The result of this research is that exhibitionism actors can be caused by two factors, namely the first (internalinternal) factor, which is anfactor that comes from the actor's self which is seen from the psychological and biological side, the two (externalexternal) factors, namely thefactor. actors who can be influenced by the environment, there are no special factors that cause an exhibitionist because the causative factors depend on the condition of the actor and his environment. In Islamic Criminal Law exhibitionism is snared withpunishment, Ta'zir namely in accordance with the ijtihad judge's, the judge determines whether the perpetrator is guilty or not according to the conditions mentioned, in the Nash al-Qur'an and Hadith the punishment for exhibitionism has not been clearly regulated, because exhibitionist this is an issue that recently appeared or happened today and not yet known in ancient times because that sanctions exhibitionist according to the laws of this research includesresearch, empiricalwhereas the specification of this research is qualitative descriptiveanalysis, pedekatan main pursued is obtained through approaches with the law and approach to cases that occur in some areas.   Keywords: Exhibitionist, Law Number 44 Year 2008 Pornography, Ta'zir

Teacher’s unethical professional behaviors affect students’ physical and mental health. Prevention should start with student teachers, but empirical research is lacking in China. This study surveyed over 2,000 student teachers from China to examine the psychometric properties of a student teachers’ unethical professional behavior tendencies scale which revised by primary and secondary school teachers’ unethical professional behavior tendencies scale. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis confirmed that a bi-factor model fit the data best. The final student teachers’ unethical professional behavior tendencies scale comprised four subscales, including a general factor (unethical professional behaviors) and four special factors (perfunctory attitude and carelessness, insults and discrimination, unfairness, and using power for personal gain). The student teachers’ unethical professional behavior tendencies scale correlated negatively with their professional ethical values and positively with perceived frequency of unethical professional behaviors of college teachers around them. The data supported the scale’s measurement invariance across gender, and male student teachers scored significantly higher on unethical professional behavior tendencies than female student teachers. The findings suggest that the student teachers’ unethical professional behavior tendencies scale is a useful instrument for assessing student teachers’ unethical professional behaviors in China.

The development of in vitro investigation models could be important using sensitive and fast methods during formulation. Intranasal applied drugs (meloxicam, lamotrigine, and levodopa) avoid the gastrointestinal tract and can achieve higher bioavailability, therefore a penetration extent is a key property. In this study, the in vitro adaptability of a modified horizontal diffusion cell was tested by using these model active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). The special factors consisted of the volume of the chambers, the arrangement of the stirrers, the design of probe input for real-time analysis and decreased membrane area. Membranes were impregnated by isopropyl myristate and by using phosphate buffer to evaluate the effect of API hydrophilicity on the diffusion properties. The lipophilicity of the API was proportional to the penetration extent through isopropyl myristate-impregnated membranes compared with buffer-soaked membranes. After evaluating the arithmetic mean of standard relative deviations and the penetrated extent of APIs at 15 min, Metricel® could be suggested for levodopa and meloxicam, and Whatman™ for lamotrigine. The modified model is suitable for inline, real-time detection, at nasal conditions, using small volumes of phases, impregnated membrane, to monitor the diffusion of the drug and to determine its concentration in the acceptor and donor phases.

AbstractIn the practical application of air protection, diverse dispersion models are used to calculate the concentration of contaminants in the air. They usually involve a universal character, which typically makes them sufficient for use in almost all conditions, with the exception of those clearly deviating from the average. This is especially relevant to industrial objects of large areas, introducing a great amount of heat and mechanical energy into the air. For such cases, the standard models can be extended in order to adapt them to the unusual local diffusion conditions. Next, to be applied in practice, they must have undergone validation to document the correctness of its operation. The article describes the process of validation of the air quality assessment model containing extended procedures to incorporate special factors affecting atmospheric dispersion in a coke industry. The set of statistical indicators, obtained on the basis of SF6 field experiment, evaluate its performance. The short comparison with some popular models of general-purpose character and an assessment of the suitability of individual indicators for validation purposes are also presented.

The basic technological processes of production of monolithic integrated circuits of the microwave range in JSC "NPP Istok" named after Shokin are in the focus of the paper. The results of tests of standard products for resistance to the effects of special factors are presented. The main directions of improving the methods of forecasting and assessing resistance to these types of impacts have been developed.

The Hungarian Educational System, the Higher Education also Teacher Education have been constantly changing over the past decades. According to the results of international and domestic examinations, there is an increasing need for new standards and approaches,  in the entire Public Education, especially Teacher Education sector. The purpose of our study was to examine the key aspects of the mentoring process in physical education. We were trying to identify those special factors and identify new trends in the area of physical education. What is the role of these factors in the process of professional development of a teacher.

This chapter is an overview of the development of an asynchronous online graduate-level course on diverse literature for P-12 students as an elective for literacy teachers and pre-service librarians. The review of literature focuses on the use of classic texts and the canon in education, the importance of authentic literature, and the content of classroom and school libraries, providing evidence for the necessity of this class as a way to support culturally relevant teaching. This is followed by descriptions of the content and structure of the course as well as the activities and assessments used. The current instructor provides perspectives on teaching this course as a member of underrepresented faculty and discusses special factors in online teaching. Student feedback from the course is included as well as samples of materials.

Hyouka no toritatejoshi or known as an evaluation of toritate particle is very important in Japanese language. But there are many toritate particles with similar function and meaning, which cause some difficulties for learners to differentiate. This study aimed to analyse the error of four Japanese toritate particles namely nanka, nante, nado, and kurai, evaluating the percentage of errors, type of errors, and identify the factors that caused error in using four toritate particles. The participants of this research were 45 Japanese language students. The instruments used in this study including interview, questionnaire, and a test. The results of this study showed that the error of toritatejoshi nado which shows quotation markers in sentences was the most common type of error. While the error of toritatejoshi kurai mostly when kurai particles combined with the other toritate particles (such as ~kurainara) was the least type of error. The factors that caused errors in using those toritatejoshi were mainly overgeneralization, followed by incomplete application of rules, false concept hypothesized, and the other special factors, respectively.

The article is devoted to the impact of government debt relations on the transformation of the financial system. The purpose of the research is to outline the problem of cyclical government debt relations. It can be considered as a general form and tendency of state debt relations, however, the study of special factors, modifying cycles, which is applicable to the modern stage of the socio-economic space, is also relevant. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the identification of trends in the Russian economy, taking place against the background of the cyclical government debt relations crisis. We are talking about a kind of institutional-mechanical transformation in the financial sector of the economy. This transformation stimulates the introduction of new instruments.
