RANCANG BANGUN MODEL DATA UNTUK MANAJEMEN DOKUMEN SISTEM PENJAMINAN MUTU INTERNAL

To achieve the objectives of the Internal Quality Assurance System, the Quality Standard document must be socialized to each work unit, and the existence of information technology will greatly assist in the distribution and socialization of these documents. This study aims to design and build a data model for storage and management of SPMI documents, especially Standard documents, which are generally in the form of files in print or digital format with a complete structure as a collection of text. With the data model designed, the Standard document is stored in a divided state into a number of entities that represent sub-sections of the document and are structured. This research produces a data model design with a relational system, so that it will produce optimal performance when create, retrieve, update and delete operations are carried out on Standard Documents, and still produce complete information about standard documents, as well as one aspect or context. in Standard documents and their linkages, through application programs and information systems. Testing was carried out by the black-box method of the SPMI document information system prototype which indicated that the data model was successfully implemented and worked well in its application.

Policy Responses of Australian Governments to the Health Consequences of Greenhouse Gas and Brown Pollution in the Urban Planning, Environment, and Energy Sectors.

Greenhouse gas and brown pollution from urban land uses, transport, infrastructure, and energy generation harms population health and health equity. This article reports on an standard document analysis of policies from the urban planning (land use, transport, infrastructure, housing), energy, and environment sectors of Australian state, territory, and federal governments and their responses to the health and health equity implications of greenhouse gas and brown pollution from their sector. Our analysis shows there is awareness in all jurisdictions and sectors of their contribution to greenhouse gas pollution but significantly less when it comes to brown pollution. It also shows that commitment to action on reducing pollution varies between jurisdictions and between sectors within jurisdictions. In conclusion, Australia could do significantly more to reduce the health harms from urban pollution through more innovative and coordinated policy responses across jurisdictions and sectors.

Studying the Physical Properties of Bi-2223 Nanostructure Prepared Thermal Treatment Method

Recently, the researchers gave a great interest in the superconducting topic, as the preparation method is importance to reach a high critical temperature. In this study, the Bi2Sr2Ca2Cu3O10 (Bi-2223) compound prepared by thermal treatment method at different sintering temperatures such as (600, 700, 850) °C at (7) PH for (20 hrs). The phase formation was observed by X-ray diffraction, as well as information about the crystal structure, as the peaks were almost identical to the international standard document. the peaks are well indexed by tetragonal phase of Bi-2223. The results of the electrical resistance test showed that there is a difference in the critical temperature depending on the difference of the sintering temperatures The best result was at a temperature of 850 ° C. The sizes of the nanoparticles ranged from (22 - 123) nm, this is what the TEM measurements showed. It has been shown to be a successful method for preparing superconducting nanoparticles as (Bi-2223) compound

Evaluation of Eucalyptus microcorys wood properties

Eucalypt varieties have been identified as multipurpose materials. With origins in those nations of Oceania, this genus has been applied for purposes such as pulp and paper, bioenergy, civil construction, and furniture. Very suitable as firewood and charcoal, Eucalyptus microcorys would have good potentialities as structural solutions for construction. But, this wood species is not easily found as building parts in the Brazilian market. This paper aimed to develop a broad evaluation of this species to highlight their features for the utilization as structural lumber. Based on the Brazilian standard document on wooden structures, sixteen properties were evaluated to emphasize such potentialities. Using two moisture contents, these conditions were adopted to identify each wood property at green and dried points. About 966 repeats were realized in these tests. Nine properties showed influences with the moisture reduction as well as perceptible increases in their resistances: static bending, parallel and perpendicular compressions, and parallel tensile in the modulus of rupture; perpendicular compression and parallel tensile in the modulus of elasticity; and, shear stress and hardness properties in parallel and perpendicular directions. Eucalyptus microcorys wood reached good resistance properties, justifying its potentiality for construction in structural uses.

ABOUT THE MATTER OF LABOUR CONDITIONS CLASSIFICATION IN TBILISI SUBWAY

The aim of this research was the development of the hygienic classification of labour conditions of workers of the Tbilisi subway by indicators of harm and danger of work on the basis of appropriate standard document. The complex of adverse factors of the labour environment which is a potential risk for workers’ health is revealed. It is established that the most adverse, i.e. extreme working conditions (a class of danger 4) are noted on a workplace of a machinist, that is generally caused by parameters of noise and vibration (a class of danger 3 and 4). In the distribution hall and on a workplace of the controller on duty a working condition corresponds 3. 1 class of danger, and on other workplaces to 3.2 class. The results of the designated research are used for development of complex improving measures, which include technological, sanitary and hygienic and medico-preventive measures

CYBERSECURITY STRATEGY FOR SMART CITY IMPLEMENTATION

The development of information and communication technology has spread throughout the world. Many benefits can be obtained, but the risks cannot be avoided. Communication grows massively in cyberspace and thus poses a security threat to smart city services. This threat can be overcome through national spectrum by implementing cyberspace security strategies in developing smart cities. This paper describes cybersecurity strategies performed in supporting the development of smart cities. Security strategies are developed based on factors related to the perspective of three pillars of smart city implementation models, namely technology, people, and institutions. Factors related to cybersecurity from these three pillars are explored from the experience of policy makers, actors, and users of smart city services, and evaluated using the opinions of cybersecurity experts and smart cities. This strategy will be a standard document that will be used as a reference in carrying out all processes related to information security in supporting the development of smart cities.
