This article explores the grammar-body interface by examining the intertwinement of embodied practices and turns at talk, where the sensing body permeates the ongoing syntax, in particular in activities in which the participants are engaged in talking about sensorial features while at the same time experiencing them, for instance in tasting sessions. So, the question tackled concerns how situated feelings, sensory experiences, and perceptive actions are embedded in the ongoing talk, and how they shape its emergent syntax, possibly affecting its smooth progressivity. The study shows how the choice of specific syntactic formats can be systematically related to the complex ecology of embodied actions, namely to publicly accountable ways of sensing material objects, to ways of showing and addressing an audience, and to visible ways of referring to standard documents normatively defining tasting descriptors. The syntactic formats described and their specific temporal realizations are thus deeply rooted in the local material ecology, in which they not only reproduce a normative model but reflexively express the senses with words and sensuously feel the words.

To achieve the objectives of the Internal Quality Assurance System, the Quality Standard document must be socialized to each work unit, and the existence of information technology will greatly assist in the distribution and socialization of these documents. This study aims to design and build a data model for storage and management of SPMI documents, especially Standard documents, which are generally in the form of files in print or digital format with a complete structure as a collection of text. With the data model designed, the Standard document is stored in a divided state into a number of entities that represent sub-sections of the document and are structured. This research produces a data model design with a relational system, so that it will produce optimal performance when create, retrieve, update and delete operations are carried out on Standard Documents, and still produce complete information about standard documents, as well as one aspect or context. in Standard documents and their linkages, through application programs and information systems. Testing was carried out by the black-box method of the SPMI document information system prototype which indicated that the data model was successfully implemented and worked well in its application.

Introduction: the constitutional changes open a new round of scientific discussion about the place of municipal power in the system of separation of powers. Municipalities are experiencing a shortage of resources. Despite this, they are responsible for the development and adoption of statutes. The work is based on the hypothesis that the use of standard charters allows for more efficient use of the resources of municipalities and the improvement of the quality of the legal text. Purpose: to determine the possibility and necessity of using standard charters of municipalities. Tasks: to establish a link between the resources of a municipality and the effectiveness of its lawmaking; to analyze the examples of standard charters of municipalities; to predict the effect of the application of standard charters; to develop a roadmap for the implementation of standard charters. Methods: analysis, comparative law, predictive, statistical. Results: law-making is very burdensome for small municipalities, and the existing easing is insufficient. In foreign legislation, Russian and foreign practice, standard charters are used to save the resources of municipalities. The mechanism of standard charters has signs of smart regulation. There are two types of standard documents: template documents and model documents (actually standard documents). Conclusions: a comparison of the resources of the municipality with the scope of its rights and obligations revealed an imbalance in the legal regulation of municipal law-making. The model charters of municipalities allow us to solve this problem to some extent. We have proposed concrete steps for the legislative implementation of the legal mechanism of model charters in the digital economy. The analysis of the results of this project may confirm or refute the nature of the model statutes as a manifestation of smart regulation. In the course of the research, the author concluded that the topic of standard documents is not sufficiently studied in the science of legal technology. To eliminate this gap, it is necessary to define the concept and features of standard documents, their place among the tools of legal technology. The study of model documents is particularly important in the light of the upcoming spread of machinereadable law.

This article discusses the concept of CAN protocol and its implementation in verilog language. Initially the CAN protocol description is given in brief with the block diagram, later its design, implementation in verilog code is presented. The CAN transmission (Tx) data Frame is realized using verilog code, this is achieved by defining individual sub-blocks verilog codes and combining these to get the CAN transmission of data frame. In the year 1986, CAN data link layer protocol was introduced in SAE conference. In 1993, CAN protocol and high speed physical layer were internationally accredited as ISO 11898. As on today it has 11898-1 to 4 standard documents. The CAN 1.0, 2.0 versions were initially had fixed data rate for the entire frame. In 2012, CAN-FD (Flexible data rate) protocol was introduced. This will allow data phase a second higher bit rate, along with this restriction of 8 bytes is extended up to 64 bytes. In this paper CAN Tx data frame is realized using Xilinx 14.7 version using verilog language.

We appreciate Dr. Rennie’s 1 interest in our recently published study evaluating the impact of zinc on susceptibility testing of metallo-β-lactamase (MBL)-harboring Enterobacterales . 2 We thank Dr. Rennie for bringing up an important point regarding the standard documents referenced in our study. While we referenced CLSI M100 3 for interpretation of broth microdilution susceptibility results, we acknowledge that the M07 4 standard, despite being referenced in the M100 document, should have been clearly identified as the reference methodology utilized in this study.

Objective: We established the compliance of the existing fund of general secondary education institutions in Ukraine with the modern requirements of the new Ukrainian school (NUS) according to the hygienic criteria for the evaluation of the architectural-and -planning decisions. Results: Over a 30-years period, the number of schools has decreased by 30%. The main fund of the GSEI in Ukraine consists of the buildings built in the 1960-1990 years. According to the current standard documents of sanitary and town-planning legislation, the existing educational premises of the GSEI have basically a rectangular shape and an area 50 m². According to the requirements of the NUS, it is envisaged to create eight zones with different functional purposes at their interchangeable use in one class building space. By the results of the calculations, it has been established that in compliance with all regulatory distances between desks and internal structures in a single building space of the standard class with an area 50 m² there is only 26.4 m² of free space for single desks, while the last row of the desks will be close to the wall (which does not meet the standard distance 0.65 m). It should be noted that at the construction of the new GSEI according to the requirements of SBS V.2.2-3: 2018 with a class area 60 m2 with a compliance of the standard distances for the placement of the desks, 31.2 m2 remains, which allows you to place 20 desks. Conclusions: In order to adapt the existing fund of the GSEI of Ukraine to the needs of the reform of the NUS education and to provide conditions for the health protection of the students, a new indicator of the placement of 15 educational places with single desks was substantiated, which can be implemented at online training.
