As objective of this research studying of features of the choice of career by the working and jobless young people performed with different expressiveness at them this or that type of a personal maturity or immaturity. 165 respondents, jobless graduates of schools and the working university graduates participated in a research. During the research the diagnostic method and a method of poll were applied (questioning), statistical methods (factorial, regression and correlation analyses, criteria: binomial, Vilkokson, Mann-Whitney). By results of a research types of a personal maturity and immaturity at the working and jobless young people were revealed. Features of procedural characteristics of the choice of career at the working and jobless young people with different expressiveness at them this or that type of a personal maturity or personal immaturity are described. Jobless young people with a type of personal immaturity "immaturity as the expressed reflexivity" and the working young people with a personal maturity "a social and emotional maturity" carry out the choice of career mainly surely, dependently and unconsciously. The working young people with personal immaturity "immaturity as emphasis of values of individualization" make choice of profession consciously, uncertainly and dependently.

Lentil is one of the important pulse crops in the world with a high proportion of easily digestible protein. However, there are several pests and pathogens which cause losses during crop growth, harvesting and post-harvest storage. Microwave processing has shown great potential to eradicate pests and pathogens from grains; however, there is still concerns about its heat uniformity, which is of crucial importance in pest and pathogen control. Fluidization using forced hot air is one of the potential solutions for having uniform temperature during microwave processing. In this study, a single mode microwave cavity, with a 2.45 GHz microwave source, was modified to have a microwave fluidized bed and used to evaluate its potential to eliminate the Botrytis grey mold (BGM) pathogen, which is one of the important seed-borne pathogens of lentil crops in Australia. Air speed was maintained to be constant during the experiment and was just enough to fluidize 100g of red lentils in the sample holder. Two wet based (w.b.) seed moisture contents (m.c.) of 10.5% and 18.5% were prepared and the process parameters were selected as: air temperature at 50 and 60°C; microwave power at 0, 300, 400 W for 18.5% m.c. and 0, 400, 500 W for 10.5% m.c.; and exposure times of 5 and 10 min. These parameters were chosen to reach the final temperature of below 70°C. The effect of process parameters on seed moisture loss, seed germination, electrical conductivity of seed soaking water and percentage of infected seeds (IS%) were analyzed using general factorial regression and analysis of variance. The results showed that the most effective factors on moisture loss, after seed moisture content, was exposure time, followed by microwave power and air temperature. While final bed temperature was affected mostly by air temperature, and then by microwave power. Furthermore, based on general full factorial regression and pareto chart of standardized effects, moisture content had by far the most influence on the reduction of IS%. Seed pathogen inoculum reduction, without significant seed viability loss, was obtained by applying microwave power of 300W and set air temperature of 60°C (actual inlet air temperature of 57±1°C) on seeds with m.c. of 18.5% for 10 min. This gave a 27% reduction in IS% (from 82% to 55%).

This study was carried out in order to determine the suitability or otherwise of seawater for concreting. The study was carried out using the Box-Wilson symmetric composite plan B3, comprising 15 experimental points with 3 levels of treatment each. In accordance with the principle of the mathematical theory of experiment, multi-factorial regression models were evolved. The cement content at maximum level[x1 (+), water content at the minimum level [x2 (-)] and retarding admixture at minimum level of treatment [x3(-)] proved to be the most suitable condition for concreting. The result as follows were; Concrete slump: 60mm, Concrete density: 2450g/cm3, Concrete compressive strength: 22.56N/mm2, 26.65N/mm2 and 30.09N/mm2 for 7days, 14days and 28 days, respectively.

The relevance of the topic is explained by the incomplete content of economic models that form the basis for the distribution of state support in the regions, the discrepancy between the expected reactions and real ones, weakness of the results of the implementation of state programs to support the subjects of the agro-industrial complex (hereinafter - agribusiness) as concerns target indicators, and existing mismatch of selected factor indicators and effectiveness ones. In the article, we have proven the absence of a direct correlation between the method of estimating the number of subsidies aimed at supporting the achievement of the target indicators of regional programs and specific economic content of insurance, with the help of factorial (regression) and retrospective analysis. Therefore, the results of this study can serve as a basis for changing the existing model estimates the number of subsidies aimed at supporting the achievement of target indicators of regional programmes-at least in the insurance industry. In the future, it should allow increasing the efficiency of budget financing of activities related to agricultural insurance.

This paper analyzes the stock market dynamics in current business cycle of Lithuania. The research has affirmed that macroeconomic environment has the very strong impact on the share prices of Lithuanian listed companies. The early warning patterns of possible sudden OMXV index decrease were suggested analyzing the changes of companies financial condition and the relative stock market and macroeconomic indicators. The factorial regression model was developed for the support of investments decision making.
