Abstract Smartphone Application Control is a project designed to block other phone applications that have excessive use by users. Excessive phone use is often experienced by children aged 7-18 years old. At the same time, many parents nowadays do not have time all day long to monitor and limit the use of their children’s phone due to work. The efforts of the mass media to advise on the use of phone do not give much positive impact on these children. Therefore, a robust alternative such as Smartphone Application Control is essential to curb these issues. To develop this application, a methodological approach has been used namely the Evolutionary Prototyping model. Android Studio version 3.6.2 is used to develop this application while SQLite Database acts as a database for storing all application usage statistics and Google-Cloud Firebase is used to store user-related information for user authentication purposes. To create an attractive user interface, Adobe Photoshop CS6 is used to design background and interface buttons. This app is able to track usage hours of other apps and block them if they exceed their daily usage limits. The time limit for such use can only be set by parents. Additionally, notification of excess usage will be sent to parents via email as a notification. A pop-up alert notification will be issued when user has reached his or her application limit. Smartphone Application Control is very important in helping user to control their phone usage behaviour.

In this study, a web database application with the Flask framework was developed to implement three types of queries and visualize the results over a bioinformatical dataset from Alfalfa (Medicago sativa). A backend SQLite database was constructed from genome FASTA, population variations, transcriptome, and annotation files with extensions ".fasta", ".gff", "vcf", ".annotate", etc. Further, a supplementary command-line-based Java application was also developed for faster access to the database without direct SQL programming. Overall, Python, Java, and HTML were the main programming languages used in this application. Those scripts and the development procedures are valuable for bioinformaticians to build online databases from similar raw datasets of other species.

Many Indonesian people, especially in Bali, make pigs as livestock. Pig livestock are susceptible to various types of diseases and there have been many cases of pig deaths due to diseases that cause losses to breeders. Therefore, the author wants to create an Android-based application that can predict the type of disease in pigs by applying the C4.5 Algorithm. The C4.5 algorithm is an algorithm for classifying data in order to obtain a rule that is used to predict something. In this study, 50 training data sets were used with 8 types of diseases in pigs and 31 symptoms of disease. which is then inputted into the system so that the data is processed so that the system in the form of an Android application can predict the type of disease in pigs. In the testing process, it was carried out by testing 15 test data sets and producing an accuracy value that is 86.7%. In testing the application features built using the Kotlin programming language and the SQLite database, it has been running as expected.

Abstract— The high demand for tin mining commodities has pushed the development of mining product processing technology quite significantly. However, the more difficult it is to obtain available reserves and the lower the processed Tin content, the lower the selling value. One of the tools that can be used to get good quality tin with fine grains according to its level is a rocking table. Currently, the processing of data from the processing of Tin ore using a rocking table has not been carried out optimally. This situation causes the monitoring system and optimization of the use of the rocking table to not be implemented properly. The formulation of the  problme is using a mobile-based data collection system . So that the data obtained can be used as the basis for optimizing the use of the existing rocking table in each mining unit as well as increasing the ease of access to recheck on land production, especially from processing rocking table tools. For the system development model using a waterfall and the Database Management System (DBMS) used is using a SQLite database. Based on the test results, the system provides convenience in monitoring the use of the rocking table, so that tool optimization is achieved

Closed-Circuit TV (CCTV) system is one of the technologies in the surveillance field to solve the problem of detection and monitoring by providing extra features such as email alert or motion detection. However, detecting and alerting the admin on CCTV system may complicate due to the complexity to integrate the main program with an external Application Programming Interface (API). In this study, pixel processing algorithm is applied due to its efficiency and SMS alert is added as an alternative solution for users who opted out email alert system or have no Internet connection. A CCTV system with SMS alert (CMDSA) was developed using evolutionary prototyping methodology. The system interface was implemented using Microsoft Visual Studio while the backend components, which are database and coding, were implemented on SQLite database and C# programming language, respectively. The main modules of CMDSA are motion detection, capturing and saving video, image processing and Short Message Service (SMS) alert functions. Subsequently, the system is able to reduce the processing time making the detection process become faster, reduce the space and memory used to run the program and alerting the system admin instantly.

Reuse of EHR data can substantially improve the recruitment process of clinical trials. As shown earlier, Shared EHR systems are particularly attractive data sources. The goal of this work was to conceptually design and implement a user-friendly tool for semiautomatic trial recruitment using ELGA data. The tool applies a web-based client (Vue and Electron frameworks) – server (Django-Python and Java server, SQLite database) architecture. Trial eligibility criteria are expressed as XPaths. Access to ELGA documents is simulated using the eHealth Connector library and the IHE XDS Open eHealth Integration Platform framework. Usability was optimized in expert interviews with investigators of two active trials. First feedback based on synthesized ELGA test data indicates suitability for clinical end users. Further insights are expected from applying the tool to real ELGA data.

Forensic analysis and evidence collection for web browser activity is a recurring problem in digital investigation. It is not unusual for a suspect to cover his traces. Accordingly, the recovery of previously deleted data such as web cookies and browser history are important. Fortunately, many browsers and thousands of apps used the same database system to store their data: SQLite. Reason enough to take a closer look at this product. In this article, we follow the question of how deleted content can be made visible again in an SQLite-database. For this purpose, the technical background of the problem will be examined first. Techniques are presented with which it is possible to carve and recover deleted data records from a database on a binary level. A novel software solution called FQLite is presented that implements the proposed algorithms. The search quality, as well as the performance of the program, is tested using the standard forensic corpus. The results of a performance study are discussed, as well. The article ends with a summary and identifies further research questions.

The purpose of this study is to create a dictionary application in three languages that can help users to make it easier to search for English, Korean and Indonesian vocabulary. Dictionary of 3 State Languages is a learning media that can provide convenience for students and the general public. The phenomenon that occurs is that students in the class have problems with foreign languages to complete the tasks given by the teacher in fulfilling the learning contributions needed in the learning process in foreign language subjects. This application is designed using UML, Eclipse and SQLite database. The design of this application is very useful for students, teachers, and even the general public. The method used in designing this application is the Waterfall System Development Life Cycle method. The stages carried out consist of data collection, analysis of problems and requirements, and testing. Data collected from Indonesian dictionaries, Japanese dictionaries, English dictionaries and preparatory software is required to build an application. The next step is to build an application with Eclipse and the last process is to complete the application and implement it to an android device which provides vocabulary translation services into three languages at once..
