Health connected is a technology that links medical devices, telecommunications and security techniques. It empowers patients to be observed and treated remotely from their homes. Patient’s healthcare records with a connected healthcare system should be stored securely before transmitted for further investigation and interpretation. Electrocardiogram (ECG) is the clinical method utilized to screen heart execution and utilized for the detection of various arrhythmias. For diagnostic purposes, individuals with a background of heart diseases have long records of ECGs, which results in the requirement of a large amount of storage space and labor. Hence, there is a requirement for a system that involves digital signal processing and signal security so that the spared information is made sure about at one spot and an only authentic individual can see and utilize this ECG signal for additional findings. This study presents a set of security solutions that can be deployed in a connected healthcare territory, which includes the fully homomorphic encryption (FHE) techniques used to secure the ECG signals. The study helps the medical provider to record ECG signals confidentially and to prevent mistreatment. The study focuses on Pan and Tompkins algorithm methods for the detection of the ECG Signal. As a result, the output of the Pan and Tompkins algorithm for ECG signal processing with the FHE technique shows a sensitivity of 92.59% and a positive prediction of 90.00%.

The electrocardiogram (ECG) is one of the most powerful tools used in hospitals to analyze the cardiovascular status and check health, a standard for detecting and diagnosing abnormal heart rhythms. In recent years, cardiovascular health has attracted much attention. However, traditional doctors’ consultations have disadvantages such as delayed diagnosis and high misdiagnosis rate, while cardiovascular diseases have the characteristics of early diagnosis, early treatment, and early recovery. Therefore, it is essential to reduce the misdiagnosis rate of heart disease. Our work is based on five different types of ECG arrhythmia classified according to the AAMI EC57 standard, namely, nonectopic, supraventricular ectopic, ventricular ectopic, fusion, and unknown beat. This paper proposed a high-accuracy ECG arrhythmia classification method based on convolutional neural network (CNN), which could accurately classify ECG signals. We evaluated the classification effect of this classification method on the supraventricular ectopic beat (SVEB) and ventricular ectopic beat (VEB) based on the MIT-BIH arrhythmia database. According to the results, the proposed method achieved 99.8% accuracy, 98.4% sensitivity, 99.9% specificity, and 98.5% positive prediction rate for detecting VEB. Detection of SVEB achieved 99.7% accuracy, 92.1% sensitivity, 99.9% specificity, and 96.8% positive prediction rate.

BACKGROUND YouTube, is the second most used website, globally. The Arabic language is the sixth spoken language in the world. The incidence rate of breast cancer is the highest rate among other cancers, in Arabic countries. OBJECTIVE Our objective is to assess the ability of the public people to evaluate Arabic YouTube videos about breast self-examination (BSE). METHODS It is a cross-sectional study. We searched YouTube, using the literal Arabic translation of "breast cancer self-examination" and "breast self-examination", on 6/Jan/2021 and 8/Jan/2021, to get a total of 848 videos. No filter was used. We analyzed the characteristics of video, speaker, and title. Kruskal Wallis and ANOVA tests were used to compare two groups of the included videos; high and low viewing rate videos. RESULTS We got 323 videos to be included. The scientific score was statistically significant between the two groups of viewing rate (P=.011). A significant correlation was between scientific score and viewing rate, (P=.015), correlation is positive, with a correlation coefficient of 0.096. The use of supporting mages/materials is a positive prediction for the scientific score (P <.001, regression coefficient: 1.887), while the video power index is a negative prediction (P=.047, regression coefficient: -0.17). Days since the upload of the videos is a positive prediction for the viewing rate (P=.007, regression coefficient: 0.015). CONCLUSIONS The viewers interacted more with the low scientific score Arabic BSE videos. The recommended characteristics of health-related videos to support them by materials and upload it on a channel with a high number of subscribers.

Introduction. In recent years, the rate of childhood obesity has been on the rise, currently standing at levels close to 20%. This means that one in five children is more likely to suffer from cardiovascular or metabolic diseases. Physical Education classes are therefore an ideal way to raise awareness among children and their families about healthy and balanced eating habits. Method. A total of 113 primary school students, aged 9–12 years, participated in the study. In order to analyze the data, a structural equation model (SEM) was used to analyze the influence between the variables. Results. The SEM results revealed that a controlling social context showed a negative prediction of psychological need satisfaction and a positive prediction of frustration. However, an autonomy supportive social context showed a negative prediction of psychological need satisfaction and a positive prediction of psychological need satisfaction. Frustration of psychological needs was negatively related to motivation, whereas satisfaction was positively related to motivation. In turn, motivation was positively related to each of the factors of the theory of planned behaviour. Finally, intention to follow a healthy diet was positively related to the Mediterranean diet. Discussion. These results revealed the importance of social context and physical education classes in the adoption of a balanced diet.

Social networks provide a convenient place for people to interact; members in social networks may create new connections or break existing connections, driving the evolution of complex network structure. Dynamics in social networks, such as opinion formation and spreading dynamics, may result in complex collective phenomena. This paper conducts a survey on 495 students from six schools in Shaanxi, Henan, and Zhejiang provinces and discusses the impact of self-presentation on adolescent network altruistic behaviors, the intermediary role of social ability cognition, and the moderating role of privacy awareness. The results show the following: (1) Self-presentation in social networks can positively predict adolescent network altruistic behaviors. The positive prediction effect of network sharing is the largest, and the positive prediction effect of network support is the least. (2) Social ability cognition plays an intermediary role between self-presentation and adolescent network altruistic behaviors. (3) The moderating effect of privacy awareness is not significant.

Urinary tract infection (UTI) is one of the most common pathological conditions. The positive prediction for UTI of clinical symptoms oscillates around 0.5 even lower in the case of urethral syndrome in women. An appreciable number of UTIs evolve asymptomatically, and the child under the age of 2 years the symptoms of UTI are nonspecific. The total number of germs in the urine is determined and expressed in UCF / ml. No colonies appeared after 18-24 hours of incubation, so the negative result was released (under 1000UCF / ml or under 103 CFU / ml).

The purpose of this study is to examine whether customer service, product quality, pricing policy, physical store, and awareness can predict loyalty with the retailer trust as a mediation variable at IKEA Alam Sutera. The sample was selected using a convenience sampling method, amounting to 150 respondents at Universitas Tarumanagara. The results of this study indicate that customer service has a significant positive prediction of loyalty through retailer trust as a mediating variable, product quality has a significant negative prediction of loyalty through retailer trust as a mediating variable, price policy has a significant positive prediction of loyalty through retailer trust as mediation variable, physical store has a significant positive prediction of loyalty through retailer trust as a mediating variable, and awareness has a significant positive prediction of loyalty through retailer trust as a mediating variable. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji apakah pelayanan pelanggan, kualitas produk, kebijakan harga, fisik toko, dan kesadaran dapat memprediksi loyalitas dengan variabel mediasi kepercayaan pengecer pada IKEA Alam Sutera. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan metode convenience sampling yang berjumlah 150 responden di Universitas Tarumanagara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan pelanggan memiliki prediksi positif yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas melalui kepercayaan pengecer sebagai variabel mediasi, kualitas produk memiliki prediksi negatif yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas melalui kepercayaan pengecer sebagai variabel mediasi, kebijakan harga memiliki prediksi positif yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas melalui kepercayaan pengecer sebagai variabel mediasi, fisik toko memiliki prediksi positif yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas melalui kepercayaan pengecer sebagai variabel mediasi, dan kesadaran memiliki prediksi positif yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas melalui kepercayaan pengecer sebagai variabel mediasi.
