The concept of domicile is to be researched in terms of both national and international regulations, because this term does not have the same meaning, or the scope of the term is much wider and should not be identified with the notion of ,,domicile” in the sense of the right to own a dwelling. The importance of establishing the domicile or temporary residence is determined by the legal effects it produces from the point of view of constitutional, civil, criminal, family law, etc. This study, divided into two parts, is an attempt to define the basic terms, identify situations for establishing the domicile in the case of minors, protected persons, rules and exceptions regulated both nationally and internationally.

"If one studies the passage from language as a system of signs (langue) to language in its intercultural and dialogic use, a change of perspective takes place because the theory of social action is applied to the study of language, and this theory shows the two aspects of linguistic behaviour: expectation, the social part referred to the langue, with its centripetal character; and actuation, referred to the language, which is the individual part with a centrifugal character. With linguistic actuation, speakers help cause events (agency), even if these are not wholly determined by their linguistic action. The social actor identifies in the situation a number of opportunities that he/she exploits with his/her action, the outcome of which feeds back into the diagnosis of the initial situation, either confirming or correcting it."

Person re-identification (reID) aims at retrieving an image of the person of interest from a set of images typically captured by multiple cameras. Recent reID methods have shown that exploiting local features describing body parts, together with a global feature of a person image itself, gives robust feature representations, even in the case of missing body parts. However, using the individual part-level features directly, without considering relations between body parts, confuses differentiating identities of different persons having similar attributes in corresponding parts. To address this issue, we propose a new relation network for person reID that considers relations between individual body parts and the rest of them. Our model makes a single part-level feature incorporate partial information of other body parts as well, supporting it to be more discriminative. We also introduce a global contrastive pooling (GCP) method to obtain a global feature of a person image. We propose to use contrastive features for GCP to complement conventional max and averaging pooling techniques. We show that our model outperforms the state of the art on the Market1501, DukeMTMC-reID and CUHK03 datasets, demonstrating the effectiveness of our approach on discriminative person representations.

Watching or reading a story looks like a passive experience, but actually people’s minds are quite active when they engage with a story. This chapter explores how people construct representations of the various pieces of a story in their minds—from the situation being presented to the characters to the setting—so that they can understand each individual part of the experience. The chapter also explores how people use different kinds of continuity to understand what’s happening in a story and how their pre-existing ideas about real life and fiction impact how they understand a story. Finally, it delves into the different ways a story can seem “real” and whether suspension of disbelief factors into that equation—spoiler alert: According to psychologists, the answer is not so much.

This paper invstigates how the material behavior of sheet metal components is affected by introducing features for single part tracing. Traceability of single parts is an important tool for reducing error sensitivity and thus for increasing the resilience of forming processes. For this purpose, two common methods of direct part marking are tested on flat tensile specimens and comprehensively evaluated. In addition, detailed metallurgical investigations are carried out.

Discipline is an organization attitude, whose mistakes affect balance. Even in the worst cases, discipline can damage the environment. This condition should be avoided. Because really discipline is the attitude of success. This study aims to explore information about discipline, especially individually, how and what discipline they have. The method used in this research is survey. Then the derivatives use observation, in it there is an interview. The results of the study revealed, 1) the background dominated the attitude of the discipline. 2) knowledge or education strengthen discipline. and 3) rules are instructions on how to be disciplined. This confirms, discipline in principle the individual part. Therefore placing and treating it must be a humanitarian approach. However, organizations can mix disciplines as the goals of the organization

Most methods for analyzing conjoint do so by combining data for all individuals. There could be extreme weakness in analyzing data this way, for it could obscure important individual aspects of the data. Hierarchical Bayes Estimation is one method of estimating individual part-worths. This method can reasonably estimate individual part-worths even with relatively little data from each respondent. In this paper we provide an introduction to Hierarchical Bayes Estimation and use this algorithm written in WinBUGS 1.4. to perform a conjoint analysis.

Raring the source files after divide them into some numbers which may increase loss ratio. Acquired loss ratio which may be improved by raring the individual part of the source with the help of various algorithm because each algorithm which may provides various raring ratio on involution values. In this paper, identical compression results and evaluate involution values of divide source which may obtained, and an evaluate algorithm which may got based on the following results is specified. Our algorithms divide the source into 18 parts, which may raring the individual parts with various algorithm and merge the sources after raring is to be done. Raring output which show case that the acquiring our evaluated algorithm which may use the larger raring ratio over all the source raring techniques with the ratio of 10 % on a average and 30% on larger

The possibility of infographic modeling of the modern phased educational process as a virtual space of mental activity and productive activity of an individual is shown. This space is considered as a sequence of “steps of ascent” of a person from his initial upbringing process in the family to the educational and research process of training a specialist of the highest category in the university. Such an “ascent” allows us to consistently expand and improve the individual field of opportunities for a particular person, ensuring that he is able to carry out activities in accordance with the knowledge, skills and competencies obtained. The process of "ascent", due to objective or subjective circumstances, can be stopped at any of the stages under consideration and subsequently continued. The materials presented in this article are the result of research by the author and his scientific school “Infographic modeling of functional systems”, the results of which were summarized in publications.
