Being a good lecturer is awareness, but being a responsible lecturer is a demand. In this section, it will be found that many lecturers are not correct in some of their obligations, and this causes the institution's performance to be drop. In this research, it will be stated how the actual lecturer performance, what is the meaning and impact, and what to do next. Qualitative methods are used to see the reality of a phenomenon, and the data becomes authentic evidence, so that it can be suggested implications. The results showed that the lecturers' performance was low, both in education, research, and community service. This emphasizes how lecturers are ignorant of their obligations, how institutional leaders do not care about the situation, and this is normal if the institution's achievement is low

The world of education in Indonesia cannot be proud of itself, many international reports show the level of education in the middle category (for example UNDP & GTCI). In fact, this concern is bigger when looking at the facts on the ground, how many problems and shortages in Indonesian education are, and the most terrible thing is the quality of the teaching force. This study seeks to show evidence, how to portray the competence of educators in Indonesia. Can a certification program increase the knowledge and abilities of educators? This is the main topic of research. So that we can see, to what extent are the roles of the government, the ministry of education, the schools, and the teachers themselves, trying to improve their professionalism, so as to make a real contribution to realizing a smart and prosperous society. To that end, a qualitative approach was taken. Namely, a research process that uses an empirical approach, in order to reveal the real situation. The results showed that the certification program was not interpreted as an effort to increase competence, but rather to improve welfare

The state civil apparatus is a state servant in charge of serving the community. Therefore, they are required to work professionally and integrity. To achieve good performance requires an attitude of commitment, and this is influenced by many factors including leadership, organizational culture, and work motivation. This study aims to analyze these three factors, how they affect commitment. Research methods using quantitative and path analysis. The research site at Education and Training Center of Indonesian Religion Ministry. The unit of analysis sampled was 50 people (employees who volunteered to fill out the questionnaire). The results showed that organizational culture can significantly increase employee commitment if work motivation to be mediation

One of Mina Kahuripan fish cultivators in Jampang village located in Bogor Regency has innovation and achievements in managing fish and its fish feed, and is the largest fish producer in Bogor Regency. One of the innovations of fish cultivators is the use of a 4G (Four G) fish pond. Besides the fish pond innovation, there is another innovation, namely the use of the Azolla plant. This research aims to analyze the collaboration between Azolla and the 4G pond in waste management scenarios and cycle costing. This research is a qualitative research phenomenon. The data collection technique is done by using observation, interview, documentation, and experiment techniques. Respondents of this study were fish cultivators Mina Kahuripan in Jampang Bogor Village. The results showed that the cycle costing analysis between conventional and 4G fish ponds, it was seen that the production costs in conventional ponds were higher because the media used were all purchased by new categories, while the production costs for 4G fish ponds were lower even though there was a budget for Azolla plant ponds, the quality of the fish produced was guaranteed. Lower production costs are due to the fish cultivators doing waste management from the waste in making 4G fish ponds, resulting in cost efficiency. Another advantage of Waste management scenarios utilizes waste from vegetable and fruit plants that are above the 4G fish pond

Building public trust is the core of public services, but currently at the Regional Office of  Banten Religion Ministry, public trust has not been built. The negative stigma of society, such as lack of transparency, many civil servants who act on behalf of religion take advantage of the public's ignorance on Hajj and Umrah management, and poor management of religious education. Therefore, this study was conducted  seeing to what extent the employees of Banten Religion Ministry performed, and to analyze work culture factors had an impact on  performance. This study uses quantitative methods, research sample is 67 respondents, sampling technique is simple random, research instrument uses a questionnaire, and the analysis method uses linear regression. The results showed that professional work culture contributed dominantly to performance. This finding confirms that the professional working model in the Banten Religion Ministry is more prominent than other cultural values

To show the role, then show the performance. Maybe, the term is right for the bank. The existence of banks influences economic stability, therefore financial performance must be good. There is no choice but to increase the entire financial ratio. Interest in reviewing the financial ratios of banks, especially Islamic banks, is the goal to be achieved in this study. Use financial statements as data, and analyze the extent of their performance and influence. For this reason, a quantitative approach and regression analysis are needed. So that research results can be explained properly. The findings in this study suggest that the performance of Islamic banks is relative. Its role is not yet at a significant stage for the economy, and it is still far from conventional banks

Providing excellent service is mandatory, the customer feels the warmth of the employee, hospitality, smile, responsiveness, and tenderness. The company must work hard, encourage performance improvement, commitment, stimulate self-enthusiasm by promoting career development. This research is intended to look at internal and external performance factors. The reason for using quantitative methods is simple, and can show clarity of interpretation. To collect data, questionnaires were distributed. Respondents answered according to predetermined criteria (Likert scale), then the data were analyzed using regression. The results of the study confirm that performance can develop significantly if internal and external factors are built up. In the long term career strategies are needed, but in operational (daily) efficacy and commitment are needed

This finding suggests, that a person is said to be disciplined if his attitude is in accordance with his behavior. His behavior is measurable proof of discipline, and has implications for organizational goals

There are two ways to survive, first work and second entrepreneurship. Choosing to be an entrepreneur is not easy, many things to learn, including yourself. Starting from building a business spirit, having knowledge, studying the market, creating products, and management. In this dedication opportunity, a qualitative method was chosen. Where all parties are directly involved in learning and practice. Activities carried out for 3 days, covered by studying theory, practice, and providing motivation. Where participants are encouraged to awaken the spirit of entrepreneurship by looking at the reality of business and business knowledge. The results of the activities provide conclusions; 1) to increase entrepreneurial activities in the community, the first thing it takes is building a business spirit, with routine business practice. 2) the role of tertiary institutions is mentoring by educating entrepreneurship. and 3) tertiary institutions bridge the community to get business assistance to the government

UMKM is a pillar for most Indonesian people. This is proof, the state must be present, by providing facilities, such as guaranteeing economic stability, stable prices, ease of capital, partnerships, etc. Especially in the current digital era. MSMEs must take a role, by utilizing existing resources, and optimizing technology. this research is present as a form of proof of the role of MSMEs for the welfare of society. on the other hand, see what things are becoming a nuisance to MSMEs. To test the problem formulation, a qualitative approach is used. Where the research emphasis is on what happens to the SMEs, especially in the South Tangerang region. Observation was chosen as a way to obtain convincing data. Research results show, that MSMEs have not been able to exploit the digital era, plus the role of the state has not been felt
