Indonesia is a country that has a variety of diversity in it. For example, seen from the tribe, this country consists of various tribes such as SundaNese Java, Dayak, Bugis, and so on. From each tribe has a variety of cultures that enrich the original cultural patterns of Indonesia. All of this diversity requires unity. How to realize the insight of the archipelago as a political unity, social and cultural unity, economic unity, and hankam unity. The real application of nusantara insight can be done through thinking, behaving, even speaking. Thus, nusantara insight can also be interpreted as the Indonesian nation's view of themselves and their environment based on their national ideas based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution, which is the aspiration of an independent, sovereign, dignified nation and animates its lifestyle and wisdom in achieving national goals.

To verify a product’s usefulness, each application must go through a testing or evaluation phase. The usability evaluation is described as a test performed on a real user to assess how easy it is to use an application. In this study, the respondents must use the developed prototype and evaluate it by answering the questionnaire provided in order to determine the usability of the i-Rehlah prototype. Since the evaluation of usability could not be applied to Arab tourists as the main respondents, the authors decided to appoint professionals in academia, industry and government as respondents. For the initial phase of construction for the real application, the choice of this technique and a target group of experts is deemed appropriate.

Abstract The subject of analysis in this paper are rope based mechanisms for the movement of the telescopic conveyors substructure. Experimental test of ropes in conjunction with pulleys on 2 telescopic conveyors were performed in order to assess the real cause of damage and cracking of ropes in a full sense, which occurred in the real application of the conveyor at the site. These are examples of two conveyors with the same characteristics on which combinations of ropes with characteristics of construction of cross section 7x19 and construction of cross section 19x7 are placed, as well as combinations of pulleys with two kinds of grooves. Some specific tests are performed that showed the best combination of construction driving system elements.

The background of this research is to make a prototype of a Jakarta virtual tourism application system using Android OS and using virtual reality tools. The method used by this panel is to use a literature review and create an application prototype that will be applied to the making of a virtual Jakarta tourism program. The results of this study are the application of virtual reality tools on the Jakarta virtual tourism application which aims to help the tourism sector affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and the manufacture of application prototypes that use the Android OS. The limitation of this research lies in making an application prototype using the Android OS which is not perfect and has not produced a real application. This research is very useful for the development of the tourism sector during the COVID-19 pandemic and in the future, so that tourists can choose to travel online or offline.

The author analyzes some decisions of the European Court of Human Rights and its interpretive principles and decisions of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in order to answer when the creative approach of the Constitutional Court can be justified. No kind of constitutional court activism is acceptable when it comes to normative control of constitutionality, while it can be in the procedure on appeal. The author claims that constitutional court should decide on the basis of the text of the constitution. The European Court considers that the interpretation should enable the real application of the guaranteed right, but it is disputable when such an interpretation grows into the creation of law, which the author discusses primarily from a theoretical aspect, and then analyzes the case law. The main thesis in the paper is that constitutional activism is justified only in exceptional cases in order to protect human rights and freedoms.

The use of hyperspectral sensors has gained relevance in agriculture due to its potential in the phytosanitary management of crops. However, these sensors are sensitive to spectral noise, which makes their real application difficult. Therefore, this work focused on the analysis of the spectral noise present in a bank of 180 hyperspectral images of mango leaves acquired in the laboratory, and the implementation of a denoising technique based on the discrete wavelet transform. The noise analysis consisted in the identification of the highest noisy bands, while the performance of the technique was based on the PSNR and SNR metrics. As a result, it was determined that the spectral noise was present at the ends of the spectrum (417-421nm and 969-994nm) and that the Neigh-Shrink method achieved a SNR of the order of 1011 with respect to the order of 102 of the original spectrum.

Regime switching in conjunction with penalized likelihood techniques could be a robust tool concerning the modelling of dynamic behaviours of consultation rate data. To that end, in this work we propose a methodology that combines the aforementioned techniques, and its performance and capabilities are tested through a real application.
