Indonesia, which is an archipelagic country consisting of islands, sea transportation is an absolute necessity for those living in the archipelago. The port terminal is a tool for the process of moving goods and passengers to transfer modes of movement either through sea transportation or land transportation. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of sea transportation users at the Kendari Nusantara port terminal. The method in this study uses a qualitative descriptive by distributing questionnaires to users of the Nusantara Kendari port terminal who want to travel between islands. The results of the study based on the characteristics of sea transportation users through the Kendari Archipelago port were obtained based on the characteristics of sea transportation users (passengers) at the port terminal.the male gender is 57.33%, the most dominant travel destination is Muna Regency at 38.67%, the reason for using fast express boats is the consideration of travel time by 52%, the purpose of the trip is dominated by educational interests by 32.67%, The frequency of using fast boats is very frequent, which is more than 4 times by 33.33%.

Sea transportation is a major factor connecting the islands of Indonesia which has strategic and important value in supporting the sustainability of the national economy. Along with the government's policy on the sea highway program and the development of the domestic shipping industry, the growth of the commercial fleet, especially vessels, is currently experiencing rapid progress. In supporting the government program and the demand for reparation and procurement of new ships in domestic production, readiness is required from the shipyard. However, the current condition of the shipyard is only able to meet 83% of the demand for new shipbuilding so that the shipyard still needs to be developed in order to improve its capabilities, so that it can meet the needs and be able to carry out its functions in accordance with the progress of shipping technology. In this study discusses the strategy of developing shipbuilding using qualitative descriptive methods and quantitative SWOT analysis. In this case study shipyard development strategy by increasing the ability of shipyards to meet the demands of ship building by increasing supporting facilities and accompanied by increasing the ability of human resources in the mastery of science and technology. Besides also by conducting cooperation with the domestic shipping industry in the procurement of supporting partsKeywords: Shipyard, Maintenence, SWOT Analysis, Developmen Strategy

The objects of this research are PT Bank Aceh and PT Bank DKI Jakarta. The study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with secondary data types obtained from the Annual Report of PT Bank Aceh and Bank DKI. Data collection is done by documentation techniques by collecting photographs of humans in the company's annual report. The analytical method used is content analysis. The steps of this research are: 1) identifying photos of people in the annual report, 2) grouping photos by employees or non-employees, only men, only women, or men and women together, 3) overview of the quantity of photos by group, 4) interpret the results of research found in the annual report. The results showed that gender portrayals in the BPD Aceh and DKI Jakarta annual reports did not support equality between men and women. Employee photos in the annual report are dominated by male gender compared to female. <p><em>The </em><em>cross of Semarang – Magelang – Yogyakarta along</em><em> </em><em>± 130 km is now connected to the highway infrastructure. This condition makes the highway based on </em><em>the </em><em>road be the only alternative modes of transportation used by people to travel. This </em><em>condition </em><em>makes some roads that cross Bawen –</em><em> </em><em>Ambarawa – Magelang – Yogyakarta experienced a density that resulted </em><em>in</em><em> congestion. The government has a policy to reactive the railroad that once operated as a mode of transport cross Semarang-Yogyakarta. If this policy is implemented, people will have a choice of alternative modes of transportation. The study aims to assess people's preferences and attitudes related to the government policies reactivation of the rail lines cross Semarang – Yogyakarta. This study was conducted using a mixture of qualitative and quantitative research. The analysis was performed by descriptive quantitative and qualitative methods, which is after scoring the analysis results obtained community preferences, cross tabulation analysis and continued with qualitative descriptive analysis. T</em><em>his </em><em>study finding </em><em>is</em><em> the variables such as travel costs, travel time, accessibility and qualitative attitude (comfort, security and safety) have</em><em> </em><em>relationships with community preferences to switch to using the railway mode. Then, when the public preference </em><em>is compared</em><em> with the attitude of the government, the result is </em><em>there is a</em><em> match between the preferences of </em><em>public </em><em>and the government's attitude </em><em>for the</em><em> </em><em>qualitative attitude </em><em>and accessibility</em><em> variables</em><em>. This research aims to produce interactive multimedia using Lectora inspire in learning economic using the 4D development model. This work employed a qualitative descriptive method. Interactive multimedia was produced through three stages: definition, design, and development. This research was limited to the development stage. Definition stage comprised the preliminary analysis, curriculum analysis, material analysis, characteristic analysis, and formulation. Meanwhile, the design stage included pre-production from flowchart and storyboard making, media production to final activities: mixing, editing, and finalization. The development stage encompassed the following: (1) Expert appraisal, which was expert validation and revision with a result of very appropriate based on validation of media expert, material expert and language expert, and (2) Developmental testing, consisting of a small-scale tryout with a score of 81.98% (very appropriate). Our proposed system was very appropriate, according to the result of validation by an expert in a small-scale try-out; thus it can be used in economic learning at SMA Darma Yudha.

Travel time is one of the most critical indexes to describe urban traffic operating states. How to obtain accurate and robust travel time estimates, so as to facilitate to make traffic control decision-making for administrators and trip-planning for travelers, is an urgent issue of wide concern. This paper proposes a reliable estimation method of urban link travel time using multi-sensor data fusion. Utilizing the characteristic analysis of each individual traffic sensor data, we first extract link travel time from license plate recognition data, geomagnetic detector data and floating car data, respectively, and find that their distribution patterns are similar and follow logarithmic normal distribution. Then, a support degree algorithm based on similarity function and a credibility algorithm based on membership function are developed, aiming to overcome the conflicts among multi-sensor traffic data and the uncertainties of single-sensor traffic data. The reliable fusion weights for each type of traffic sensor data are further determined by integrating the corresponding support degree with credibility. A case study was conducted using real-world data from a link of Jingshi Road in Jinan, China and demonstrated that the proposed method can effectively improve the accuracy and reliability of link travel time estimations in urban road systems.
