Hoax news or information relating to Covid-19 affects the obstruction of efforts to contain the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a descriptive study because it provides an overview or description of students' perceptions in news related to the covid-19 hoax. The results that obtained information from this study were 208 respondents or 54% of the total respondents considered hoaxes as information with no known truth, 168 respondents or 44% revealed that hoaxes related to Covid-19 were most often found or said to be hoaxes as a global elite conspiracy, 223 respondents or 58% of the total respondents received hoaxes related to Covid-19 through writing and pictures, 162 respondents or 42% of the total respondents considered that steps that could be taken to overcome the spread of hoaxes related to Covid-19 were cross-checking or clarifying first , 317 respondents or 83% thought that each party was responsible for overcoming the spread of hoaxes related to Covid-19 and 150 respondents or 39% of the total analysis that information on social media had a negative influence. The conclusion in this study is that health hoaxes can not only cause disputes like political hoaxes, but can also cause the loss of a person's life. Digital literacy skills will be able to provide hoax. Critical and analytical thinking is also an asset to prevent the spread of covid-19 related to hoaxes

The spread of Covid-19 cases throughout the world, including Indonesia, has caused regional governments to issue regional implementation policies. This directly affects people's behavior, especially in physical activity. Lack of physical activity and limited activities outside the home also cause depression in society. This literature review begins with topic selection, selecting keywords to searching for journal references. The basic data used include Google Schoolar, Sinta and Pubmed. The keywords used are physical activity, the covid-19 pandemic, behavior, adolescents and adults, and depression. This study searches a reference study list that includes 3,060 studies retrieved via search engines. A total of 25 articles were included in and 10 articles were included in the discussion. The results of this study are that the Covid-19 pandemic has changed the pattern of people's activities and the combination of physical activity and social activity causes symptoms of depression in the community.Keywords: Covid-19, Physical Activity, Depression

Introduction: The radiation dose is not controlled then the dose value will be accumulated. Then the dose received will be higher so that it can cause a drastic reduction in the number of lymphocytes. The purpose of this study was to analyze the application of occupational safety and health (K3) management to radiation at the radiology installation of Ernaldi Bahar Hospital, South Sumatra Province. Methods: This study uses qualitative methods with observational approaches, interviews and document studies. Result: The application of radiation safety management requirements at the radiology installation of Ernaldi Bahar Hospital, South Sumatra Province has not been carried out optimally. The application of radiation protection requirements, application of technical requirements, application of safety verification and health monitoring of radiation workers have been carried out properly. Conclusion: The implementation of occupational health and safety management on radiation at the radiology installation of Ernaldi Bahar Hospital, South Sumatra Province, has been going well. Keywords: Radiation, Management to Radiation, X-ray

Consuming junk food has become a habit in adolescents. This is because, with the development of the times, consuming junk food become a lifestyle. Consuming junk food continuously will be bad for health. One of the bad effects is obesity. The research objective is that the researcher wants to know whether consuming junk food can affect obesity in high school adolescents. The method used is a literature review. Literature published from 2011 to 2021 in the form of a National Journal. Data obtained from the Google Scholar database with the keywords junk food, obesity, adolescents, consumption of junk food. The results obtained are 106 articles to be reviewed were accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria, namely 7 articles. The result of the review article show that there is a significant relationship between junk food consumption and the incidence of obesity in high school adolescents. Teens who consume junk food >3 times a day are at risk of experiencing obesity. This is because the content in junk food is high in fat and low in carbohydrates, so that fat settles in the body.

 ABSTRACTHigh death rate caused by non-transmitted diseases in the world is begun with metabolic syndrome in human beings such the increase in IMT (Body Mass Index) to be obesity, the increase in blood pressure to be hypertension, the increase in blood glucose to be diabetes mellitus, and abnormality of triglycerides, and  HDL cholesterol. Many factors which trigger the indicator abnormality, and of them is bad sleep quality. The research used cross sectional design by analyzing the correlation between sleep quality and 5 metabolic syndrome indicator in female nurses in the operation room of Adam Malik Medan hospital. Sleep quality was measured by using questionnaire of Pittsburg Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), body height and weight were measured to get IMT value, blood pressure was measured by using tensimeter, blood glucose and blood lipid were measured by getting the respondent’s vena blood samples. The data were processed and analysis with independent t-test.The result with independent t-test showed that there was significant difference in IMT (sig=0,003), systolic blood pressure (sig=0,028), and fasting blood glucose content (sig=0,00). However, there was no significant difference in trigliyceride content (sig=0,519), HDL cholesterol content (sig=0,300),). The conclusion was that sleep quality was correlated with three metabolic syndrome indicators: IMT, blood pressure, and blood glucose content, but there was no correlation with trigliyceride and HDL cholesterol.Keywords: Sleep Quality, Metabolic Syndrome , T-Test,

Pencemaran lingkungan dapat terjadi akibat dari kegiatan industri, peternakan, pertanian dan aktivitas domestik. Terdapat beberapa parameter yang mengidentifikasikan pencemaran dan merugikan masyarakat serta ekosistem perairan antara lain BOD, COD, DO, Deterjen dan Fecal Colifrom. Pencemaran lingkungan pada air dapat menimbulkan berbagai macam penyakit di masyarakat yang tinggal sekitarnya. Penelitian data sekunder ini menganalisis parameter kualitas air sungai (BOD, COD, DO, Deterjen dan Fecal Coliform) dengan kejadian Waterborne diseases di Kabupaten Boyolali tahun 2017 – 2019. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian jenis time series dengan rancangan penelitian data sekunder. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder kualitas air sungai (Sungai Gandul di daerah Cepogo, Sungai Pepe di daerah Boyolali, dan Sungai Cemoro di daerah Simo) dan kejadian waterborne diseases di Kabupaten Boyolali. Data yang digunakan merupakan data tahunan selama 3 tahun yaitu dari 2017 hingga 2019. Data kualitas diolah dengan metode indeks pencemaran kemudian di analisis uji beda berpasangan wilcoxon serta pemetaan cluster – outlier Moran’s. Hasil perhitungan indeks pencemaran yang diperoleh kondisi dalam status tercemar ringan namun beberapa titik sungai mengalami kondisi cemar sedang.  Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kualitas air sungai saat musim hujan dengan musim kemarau. Risiko penyebaran waterborne diseases  tertinggi di  Kecamatan Wonosegoro dan Kecamatan Klego.

HIV/AIDS is a health problem that has a global impact, one of the causes is proper prevention efforts. HIV prevention must be followed by the implementation of appropriate health policy strategies in each country. The purpose of this study is to identify and identify health policies of HIV/AIDS prevention behavior in FSW. The method of writing a literature review begins with selecting a topic, determining keywords and making journal references. The databases used include Google Scholar, Elsevier, Pubmed. The search for references was limited from 2016 to 2020. The keywords used were “Strategy, Health Policy, Prevention, HIV/AIDS, Female Sex Workers”. A total of 25 articles were included in the availability and 8 articles were included in the discussion. Factors that affect HIV/AIDS prevention in FSW are low knowledge of HIV, inability to negotiate factors, violence, commercial sex for more than 1 year with a partner of 2-3 people for a night. Health policy strategies in various countries are adapted to the needs of FSW according to guidelines, such as improving reproductive health services, VCT, condom distribution and peer support. HIV-based innovation programs such as zoning for localization areas, health promotion from a religious perspective and the DIFFER strategy. All risk factors that need to be considered in determining the HIV/AIDS strategy in FSW by considering advocacy in the region.

At the end of 2019, the world was shocked by the new virus called the corona virus (COVID-19), this virus was first discovered in the Wuhan area, China. COVID-19 is an infectious disease that attacks the respiratory tract. Humans exposed to this virus usually experience mild to severe symptoms. The purpose of this literature study is to discuss how the 3M health protocols application . the method us the literature review. The literature consists of journals with a travel year from 2011 to 2021. Literature collection is done through google scholar using the keywords “3M health protocol”, “COVID-19 pandemic”, and “community”. The results of the literature search were 73 articles that were relevant to the keywords, as many as 60 articles were excluded because they were not relevant to the author’s criteria. Total 13 articles using inclusion and exclusion criteria were obtained 5 articles with good quality. Review results show that most people have not implemented 3M health protocols properly and correctly, this is one of the causes of the increase in COVID-19 cases.

The SARS-CoV-2 virus that causes a worldwide pandemic has changed the learning system to online since early 2020. However, the Ministerial Decree 4 states that schools may hold face-to-face learning in 2021. The purpose of the study was to determine the preparation of elementary schools to carry out face-to-face learning. This type of research is descriptive with a population of 45 elementary schools in the district of West Semarang. The results of the study provide an overview of toilets (100%), hand washing facilities (100%), disinfection (100%), access to health services (87%), application of social distancing (10%), checking body temperature (56%), use of PPE (100%), human resources (80%), parent counseling (100%), monitoring (68%). So, it can be concluded that elementary schools are ready to learn face-to-face with an average score of 85.8%.

The Covid-19 pandemic has occurred since December 2019 which disrupted various human activities. The high rate of transmission of this virus has resulted in anxiety in the wider community about being exposed to Covid-19, including pregnant women. Based on these conditions, a study was conducted which aims to determine the relationship between the Covid-19 pandemic and the anxiety level of pregnant women. The research was conducted using the literature review method from journals published between 2016—2021, both nationally and internationally. Data obtained from databases include ScienceDirect, PubMED, and Google scholar with the keywords pandemic, Covid-19, pregnant women, anxiety, mental health, prenatal, pregnant women, anxiety levels. The results of the literature study obtained nine articles that match the inclusion and exclusion criteria. From the review of the article, it is known that the Covid-19 pandemic has increased anxiety for pregnant women that related to restrictions on outside activity, economic decline, and the possibility be exposed to the Covid-19. This research is expected to be useful in determining the level of anxiety of pregnant women during a pandemic during childbirth, thus it can be used as evaluation material fo related parties to determine the best solution in overcoming this anxiety.
