Abstract The fuzzy control system is composed of an integral part of modern intelligent automatic control, can control of precision is difficult to directly establish the mathematical model of the intelligent control system object data for effective fuzzy control, so fuzzy has wide application field, considering the basic features of fuzzy control arithmetic, more close to the parallel processing of the way of fuzzy data stream, so fuzzy control is more suitable for implementation by a special control circuit, not only can not only improve the speed of data processing, and it also can improve the control system running stability. With the improvement of programming logic and programmable ability of FPGA, FPGA has the necessary ability to implement ASIC directly and meet the requirements of system programming and design on chip. It has become the development trend of FPGA. The fuzzy analog controller can be used as a digital analog controller of a DC/DC fuzzy converter. In the absence of Matlab/Simulinkc environment, a DC/DC fuzzy converter can be modeled by using Maplecs toolbox. The simulation test results firstly verify the practical feasibility of the fuzzy analog controller. Then PLXILINXXC3S500EFPGA chip is used to realize the fuzzy simulation controller, and good simulation results are obtained.

The digital-based learning by using the internet can be a solution that applicable to build learning interactions between teachers and students during the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this community service activity (PkM) is to assist teachers from PPKS Foundation to design innovative learning and courage-based assessments. This activity was used an active learning approach that directed each participant to contribute actively in designing learning tools. The data technique used a questionnaire, interviews, and lesson plan as supporting document. The results showed that junior high school teachers contribute high participation in designing an online lesson plan, while vocational teachers had a higher variety about using digital devices in other to online platforms. Priority recommendations in PkM activities were that there was a need for an assessment of cognitive and motoric skill evaluation reviewed from another level, starting from kindergarten to vocational school, training for learning tools by colleagues, and support for novice teachers that need to be done through sharing knowledge with teachers who already have a lot of experience.

The paper is regarding the automating of driver’s license testing system and updating the results to the person through website and conjointly through registered email. Usually, while driving test the person who requested for license have to be compelled to show his driving skills ahead of the authorities. The person need to operate the vehicle according to several rules. If he fails, he/she are knocked out and have to appear for the driving test next time. The Officials observe mistakes of the applicant physically. The proposed solution for the automation of existing manual test method permits the elimination of intervention of humans and improves the accuracy of driving test thereby going paperless, with Driving Skill Evaluation System. In the proposed system, we have a tendency of taking data from sensor as inputs from hardware simulator and stores into the database. In this system, the person participating in the test are obsereved by sensors. Therefore weather the person is qualified or not is informed to the applicant as well as the authorities. Gradual increase in number of road hazards are due to less practice in driving and illegal driving license given to the unskilled drivers by taking bribe. To beat this drawback, automated driving license test will be advantageous. This solution is introduced for ensuring the quality in approving in license to enhance safety.

BACKGROUND The current cariology education based on the traditional teaching method faces a lot of challenges. Meanwhile, the COVID-19 pandemic causes an unprecedented disruption in medical education and healthcare systems worldwide. Innovative teaching mode of Cariology education is required to change the situation. OBJECTIVE To evaluate the application effects of a case-based social-media-assisted teaching method in cariology education. METHODS Dental students of Class 2019 and Class 2018 were enrolled into the experimental group and the control group, respectively. A case-based social-media-assisted teaching method was used in the experimental group, which included pre-class activity via social media, additional discussion and practice process record in class, and questions and answers via the platform after class. The traditional teaching method was used in the control group, which was conventional preparation before class, traditional lectures and demonstrations, followed with students practice in class, and questions and answers step after class. The teaching materials were the same in both groups. At the end of the program, students from both groups took cavity preparation skill evaluation tests. Questionnaires were tested on the case-based social-media-assisted teaching group students anonymously. All data were analyzed using the SPSS statistical software. RESULTS The students cavity preparation skill evaluation scores was 82.51±6.82 in the experimental group while 77.19±5.98 in the control group (P<.05). The questionnaire response rate was 100%. Of those, 94.3% of the students recommended the case-based social-media-assisted teaching method in cariology education. The majority of the participants agreed that it helped them memorize the theoretical knowledge of cariology, facilitated in-depth discussion, improved their enthusiasm and initiative in learning, and enhanced the relationship between teachers and students (98.1%). They also recognized that the classroom atmosphere was active (88.7%). CONCLUSIONS The case-based social-media-assisted teaching method was beneficial in terms of learning, as demonstrated by the statistically significant improvement of the cavity preparation skill evaluation scores and satisfaction from attended students. It could be used to supplement the teaching of cariology.

Improving ski-turn skills is of interest to both competitive and recreational skiers, but it is not easy to improve on one’s own. Although studies have reported various methods of ski-turn skill evaluation, a simple method that can be used by oneself has not yet been established. In this study, we have proposed a comfortable method to assess ski-turn skills; this method enables skiers to easily understand the relationship between body control and ski motion. One expert skier and four intermediate skiers participated in this study. Small inertial measurement units (IMUs) and mobile plantar pressure distribution sensors were used to capture data while skiing, and three ski-turn features—ski motion, waist rotation, and how load is applied to the skis—as well as their symmetry, were assessed. The results showed that the motions of skiing and the waist in the expert skier were significantly larger than those in intermediate skiers. Additionally, we found that the expert skier only slightly used the heel to apply a load to the skis (heel load ratio: approximately 60%) and made more symmetrical turns than the intermediate skiers did. This study will provide a method for recreational skiers, in particular, to conveniently and quantitatively evaluate their ski-turn skills by themselves.

The detection of needs in educational reinforcement must be done in the early stages of childhood during primary education to improve the acquisition of motor skills. An adequate early intervention can solve some detected difficulties, thus contributing to children’s motor progress and mitigating possible deficiencies such as weak motor coordination. In this work, we present a mobile application (app) that allows physiotherapists to design activities for the evaluation of motor skills. These activities can be adapted to the child’s progress and the corresponding reinforcement needs. We tested the app with children from ages 6 to 12, corresponding to the six primary school grades. The results show that these children did not have notable motor difficulties, although children in lower primary school years showed a higher level of error in movement precision. The results allow us to establish reference values for a future comparison with collectives with motor difficulties.
