Статья посвящена значению энергосбережения в системах отопления на птицефабриках. Автором выполнено сравнение эффективности энергоснабжения бройлерного производства при применении различных систем отопления. В статье приведен сравнительный расчет генераторов тепла на газе и инфракрасных излучателей для птицефабрики, находящейся в городе Йошкар Ола. The article is devoted to the importance of energy saving in heating systems at poultry farms. The author compares the efficiency of energy supply of broiler production when using different heating systems. The article provides a comparative calculation of gas heat generators and infrared emitters for a poultry farm located in the city of Yoshkar Ola.

Pallet flow rack is one of the high-density storage systems. One of the main safety elements of the systems is a brake roller. Centrifugal frictional brake is the widely used type of the brake rollers, which used as speed governor for the pallet. The known method of calculation of the pallet speed on the flow rack does not take into account the length of the friction lining. In reality, the contact of the friction lining and the roller shell occurs in an arc that reaches the full length of the lining during operation. The method of calculating the speed of movement of the pallet on a centrifugal friction roller is given, and a calculation formula is obtained that allows taking into account the uniform distribution of the force of the normal pressure along the length of the lining. The results of a comparative calculation are presented, which showed that the speed of the pallet movement when taking into account the length of the lining is lower than the values obtained without taking it into account. It is found that if the lining length is up to 70 mm, it can be ignored in the calculations using a simpler formula, and if the lining length is more than 70 mm, it is recommended to use the calculation formula obtained in the work.

Differential accounting information is one of the information needed by the management of a company in planning and decision making, especially accept or reject for special orders, which will help management in this case UMKM Gilingan Padi Mekar Sari which often get special orders. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of differential accounting information in the decision to accept or reject special orders to produce superwin rice and ciherang rice types at UMKM Gilingan Padi Mekar Sari. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study can be seen based on the comparative calculation of regular production and special order production using the differential accounting information of the UMKM Gilingan Padi Mekar Sari in receiving special orders for both products namely superwin rice and ciherang rice will get an additional total differential profit of Rp 43.441.500. Therefore, the use of differential accounting information is needed in the decision to accept or reject special orders.

The article deals with the main aspects of construction of Bush sites in the difficult conditions of the far North. The main focus is on the effectiveness of the introduction of innovative technologies in the construction of road surfaces in such conditions with the use of nano-fiber concrete. A comparative calculation of the economic efficiency of using such technology with traditional ones is carried out.

Relevance. A new technical solution for channel bent closed profiles (BCP), distinguished by a composite section and related to light steel thin-walled structures (LSTWS), which are distinguished by high technical and economic indicators and massive demand in industrial and civil construction, is presented. The main results of the comparative calculation of the optimal parameters of bent channels and channel horizontal bending sections are also given. Aim of the research. The purpose of the study is to show that the characteristics of LSTWS can be further improved by shaping modification profiles, combining in its composite section straight and round outlines of closed and open loops. Methods. Through experimental design and optimization and design calculations of channel profiles, their new technical solution has been developed, the originality of which is confirmed by patent examination. Results. Channel BCP consists of two tubular shelves and one wall of double thickness. For its manufacture without welded, bolted or riveted joints, the outer and inner blanks are made along the entire length with serrated longitudinal edges, the teeth of which are staggered relative to each other and mutually bent in grooves after closing a bent profile along its shelves. The bends of the gear mounts increase the collapse thickness, provide an increase in local stability and shear strength of the thin-walled elements, and also allow not to reduce the design sections. A comparative calculation of the optimal parameters of bent channels and channel bending sections for bending showed that in the first of them the strength is maximum when the ratio of the width and height of the cross section is 1/6, and in the second - 1/5.68.

The aim of the work. The article aims to determine the most effective seismic protection devices, as well as their degree of reliability in different conditions. The method of comparative calculation for determining the quality of seismic protection devices is given. An example of calculation for the damper and vibration transducer is carried out. Calculations show that the use of seismic protection devices reduces the coefficient of K 3 more than twice. Seismic protection is an urgent problem not only in construction, but also in all branches of the technosphere. The option of using seismic protection devices in aircraft is also considered. Methods. A comparative calculation of the behavior of dampers and vibration transducer taking into account the friction coefficients f tr, the sum of vertical loads ∑ Qkd , the total shear seismic force ∑ Sdc is considered. The diagram of the location of seismic protection devices (damper and vibration transducer) under the building is presented, as well as the options for installation in aircraft are given. Comparative calculations are carried out with the presence of seismic protection installations and without them. Results. The total result is given taking into account the change in the value of horizontal seismic loads Sik , which has changed in the range of 2.26-2.46 times. This circumstance allows to conclude that the proposed damping device reduces the seismic load, which falls on the protected structure, by 1-2 points, with almost the same efficiency as the vibration transducers (difference of 0.3 times).
