PT. Asri Jaya had difficulty in selecting the best rubber plant seeds, both for direct planting in the plantations and recommending them to be marketed to rubber plantation companies, because the types of rubber plant seeds in the company had many varieties and varied as well as different ages of seeds. -different such as BPM seeds, IRR seeds, IRC, rubber frame seeds, GT (Gondang Tapen), PB seeds (Prang Besar), and so on. The alternatives used in this research are types of rubber plant seeds, namely BPM seeds (Balai/Pusat Perkebunan Medan, IRR (Indonesian Rubber Research) rubber seeds), IRC rubber seeds (Institute Research of Ceylon), frame rubber seeds, GT rubber seeds (Gondang Tapen) and PB (Prang Besar) rubber seedlings. The criteria used in this study were umbrella shape, petiole position, petiole shape, leaf color, leaf shape, leaf bone, leaf thickness, stem height, and seedling age. which is built using the programming language used in making the system is PHP with MySQL database. To calculate the total value, it must first determine the percentage of core factore and secondary factore. In this case the core factore is determined with a percentage value of 60% considering the main factor is an the most dominant aspect or criteria for assessing the selection of rubber plant seeds, the percentage value is greater than the pe value the percentage for the secondary factor is 40%.

Completed work on legislative and regulatory documentation on the extraction method natural rubber from a rubber plant, as well as selected and optimized conditions for creating technologies for the production of natural rubber from plant raw materials, which are not inferior in properties to NR from milky juice of Hevea. And the assessment of the metrological characteristics of the method for determining the natural rubber in plant raw materials.

The guayulins are a family of sesquiterpene compounds that consist of an isoprenoid nucleus substituted either by trans-cinnamic or p-anisic acid, and are present only in the resinous fraction of the rubber plant guayule (Parthenium argentatum, Gray). While the natural role of the guayulins remains enigmatic, they may serve as a defense function against other plants or herbivores by virtue of the accumulation of cinnamic acid. Prior research has suggested seasonal variation in guayulin content, which has been shown to decrease as winter arrives in two different varieties. In the present study, the effect of guayulins has been evaluated in 13 different accessions cultivated under the same conditions during autumn. A general reduction in guayulin content was found in the stems from all varieties between the September and November harvest, which was accompanied by an increase in the resin content. With respect to individual guayulins, while guayulin A was the most prominent member during most of the year, guayulin C had more prominence when temperature started to decrease. In this seasonal period, the production of each member of the guayulin family in the leaves was very balanced.

Coffee plant at Selangit Regency is unique, coffee was plant under rubber plant between durian plant. The existence of coffee plant has bring up industry of coffee powder since 2007. In 2013 coffee powder industry get attention from Musi Rawas Regency government under founding of KPH Musi Rawas and release prime product of coffee with brand “Kopi Selangit”. The purpose of this research was to identifird performance of coffe powder industry and analize the benefit of Kopi Selangit industry at Musi Rawas Regency.  The research method used was case study, with respondence choosen purposively. The result of this study shows that production of coffee powder has variative measurement and packaging. The production of Kopi Selangit as much as 140 kg per month or 1.680 kg per year.  Benefit from this production as much as Rp. 4.696.487 per month with 5 times production, and this industry categorize as capital intensive industry.

The use of superior rubber planting materials is one of the most important components of technology to support the cultivation and sustainability of the natural rubber industry. The effect of the genetic components of planting materials to the rubber productivity can reach 60%, and the rest is the influence of agro-climatic conditions. The aim of the rubber plant breeding program is to obtain the new superior rubber clones that have a high latex yielding potential and good agronomic characters. The fluctuations of natural rubber price and climate changes also influence the direction and objectives of the rubber plant breeding program. To deal with the conditions, it is important to provide the rubber agroforestry technology by through intercropping of rubber with various other crops. The article will provide the information about progress of rubber breeding program in Indonesia and it is role in supporting agroforestry system. Several of new superior rubber clones have been released by IRRI, and some of these clones such as IRR 112 and IRR 118 had been planting with rice, corn, and other crops by through rubber agroforestry system. The system was estimated be able to maintain latex yielding potential of clones as well as farmers’ income can be improved.

The research aimed to evaluate the land potential for annual and perennial agricultural crops in Song Hinh district - Phu Yen province of Vietnam using integration of AHP -GIS technique based on the maximum limitation method of the FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations) and ecological requirements of planted crops rubber plant and cassava plant (Hevea brasiliensis and Manihot esculenta). Twenty social, economic and environmental parameters selected to analyze in the model. The results of the land evaluation showed that the high potential land of rubber plant is likely to increase by 51% by 2065. Meanwhile, the high potential land of cassava plant is likely to increase by 32%. The study used the climate change scenarios of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) based on the most up-to-date results of climate models (under the CMIP5 project).
