With the rapid development of information technology, oil painting, as an important part of art culture, plays an important role in foreign exchanges and the promotion of multicultural development. College education bears the responsibility of providing a steady stream of high-quality talents for the development of social culture and art in addition to bringing new vitality for the dissemination and development of art and cultural theories. Giving full play to the role of oil painting teaching in colleges to cultivate oil painting talents has become one of the top priorities. Therefore, colleges and universities should continue to promote the development and reform of oil painting teaching as well as better improve the overall quality and oil painting skills among college students. In the new era, innovative thinking is an indispensable core quality in students’ learning and life. In contemporary oil painting teaching in colleges and universities, it is very important to cultivate students’ innovative thinking ability. This article begins by discussing the development of oil painting in China and the characteristics of students’ innovative thinking, analyzes the importance of cultivating students’ innovative thinking, as well as explores effective ways to cultivate their innovative thinking in regard to oil painting.

The aim of the article: The purpose of this article is to discuss theoretical issues concerning the nature of the Variable Interest Entity (VIE) structure and to analyze the scale and functioning of companies using this structure to issue securities on foreign exchanges. The main research hypothesis was that the VIE structure is widely used by Chinese companies to issue securities on international stock exchanges. Methodology: The basis of the research material are academic articles, reports of institutions and corporations, journal articles and other sources, as well as statistical data of companies collected on stock exchanges. Through analysis of stock market data, the authors sought to identify the number of companies operating under the VIE structure and determine the amount of capital invested on the largest international stock exchanges. Results of the research: Empirical research indicates that the VIE structure is used by Chinese companies operating in sectors of the Chinese economy restricted by the authorities in order to issue securities, and thus raise the necessary capital for further development. The results indicate the large amount of accumulated capital, the huge number of entities involved in their operation, as well as the high risk associated with the investment.

Business education in the world is developing at a fairly high pace. The reason for this is the possibility of exchanging experience between different countries in the field of entrepreneurial technologies, as well as the need to improve the relationship between the "scientific minds" of different countries. In this regard, the leading educational institutions of the world develop and implement various training programs aimed at improving the skills of students in the field of marketing, management, the world economy, as well as international economic relations. International business education should be studied from the perspective of measuring the effect of internationalization of business schools and training programs by offering international training courses, foreign exchanges, subsidiaries, knowledge exports, various types of cooperation.

In order to deepen China's foreign exchanges and meet market needs, training translators requires closer integration of translation theory and translation practice, and emphasis on the cultivation of applied translators. Relying on the rise of China’s “Internet + Education” new business mode and the support of the “mass entrepreneurship and innovation” national policy, this research plans to build a translation practice cloud platform focusing on serving MTI students’ translation practices to help students integrate with the industry as soon as possible, and improve the quality of MTI training.

Tourism industry is not only influences the economic fabric in the society and also it touches the social and moral values. Tourism creates a large amount of employment opportunities for both skilled and unskilled, because it is a labour-intensive industry, which increases the foreign exchanges and local income. This industry play the vital role in the nation building and economic stability of the nation, so the entrepreneurship became a gift in tourism industry with the cause of environmentally preserved, economically beneficial and sustainable development for the localities and their development. Tourism entrepreneurship eliminates societal problems, but surge the fiscal growth and development of a country, resulting to rise in country’s GDP. Entrepreneurship in tourism related with all spheres of industry as tour operations, handicrafts, hotel industry and supplementary accommodation etc. Entrepreneurs in tourism industry are more concern with economically, socially and environmentally process in an ethical manner.Entrepreneurship is necessary for creation of new organization, construct new businesses. The tourism industry must be able to clearly understand the requirements of the process, tools and resources and also get opportunities to the entrepreneur. Tourism is part of entrepreneurship and promotion of the economic development. In this context the present study has undertaken to examine the role of Entrepreneurship in Tourism Development.

According to the Energy Strategy of the Russian Federation until 2035, the indicator of solution of the task of a flexible response to the world gas market dynamics is retaining by the Russian Federation of the dominant position of top three world gas exporters. Russian exporting companies are interested in trading in natural gas in European exchanges, as exchange trade in natural gas gives an opportunity to diversify the existing natural gas export mechanisms, gain access to highly liquid natural gas sales channels. At present, there is little legal research dedicated to challenging aspects of the legal regulation of exchange trade in energy resources, access of exporting companies to foreign exchanges. There are gaps and discrepancies in the existing legal regulation of this sector. The author reviews peculiarities of the legal regulation of relationships arising in trade in natural gas in European exchanges, the requirements set for exchange participants, the existing restrictions of these operations for Russian exporting companies, brings forward legal regulation development proposals.
