Abstract The article examines the features of state support for technical re-equipment of the agro-industrial complex of the Samara region. The main activities, financed from the federal and regional budgets, aimed at the development of technical equipment for the agro-industrial complex, have been identified. The purpose of the study is to assess the existing system of state support for the renewal of agricultural machinery in the agro-industrial complex of the Samara region. It is necessary to solve the following tasks: - to analyze the state of the agro-industrial complex technical equipment in the Samara region; - to evaluate the support system for the agricultural machinery park modernization in the Samara region; - to identify the shortcomings of the state support existing system for the new equipment acquisition. The current trends in improving state support for the agro-industrial complex show that the authorities of the country and the region have come to understand the problem importance. The subsidies amount is constantly increasing, new areas of support appear. The state support new direction is developing - the modernization of the land reclamation system. The Spassky irrigation system restoration is the most important reserve for increasing agricultural production.

Abstract: In the context of increasing healthcare demand, as a result of an aging population, and current budgetary constraints, as a result of reduced public resources, the decision to invest in efficient medical equipment is a challenge for most health facilities, constantly concerned with promoting innovative and sustainable solutions, as well as results-based ones, in order to increase the value of health technologies and the overall benefits of patients. In order to achieve the balance between safety, quality, costs and benefits and the realization of the best value of medical equipment, the decision-making process requires a multilateral evaluation of financial, clinical and social impact instruments, represented by relevant profitability, life cycle costs, results delivered and overall productivity. In the case of procurement of medical equipment, the lowest price of an economic offer is not an award criterion that strictly reflects the value or efficiency of the technology and departmental procurement structures must include in the evaluation strategies and complementary factors to the process, to add value to the medical organization.

Increasing volume of industrial processing of ores with decreased content of extracted elements resulted in a necessity of large volumes of their fine grinding for effective enrichment. Since the fine grinding can be provided only by application of small diameter grinding bodies (balls and cylpebs), a demand sharply arose for grinding bodies of small diameter (less 40 mm). However, the demand turned out to be unsatisfied because of absence of necessary equipment. To solve the problem, the All-Russian research, development and designing Institute of metallurgical machine building after academician Tselikov and OJSC “ShPS” have designed, manufactured and supplied to Russian and Kazakh customers seven ball rolling complexes for production grinding bodies of diameter from 16 to 40 mm and hardness 56-61 HRC at least. Total production of the grinding bodies exceeded 120 thousand t/year. Description of the ball rolling equipment presented as well as its basic technical characteristics. It was shown, that created complexes realize a continuous technology of grinding bodies production in the united technological flow, including work piece charging into reheating furnace, the work piece heating, hot screw rolling in the two-high working stand, balls chilling down to hardening temperature in the chilling drum, interrupted hardening by water in the chilling drum and balls self-tempering in containers. Other modifications of the ball rolling complexes for production balls of 20-60 mm diameter can have induction furnace or gas reheating furnace. There were five base modifications created differing in productivity, assortment of the grinding bodies and power of the heating equipment, which enables to decrease the capital outlays for the equipment acquisition. The complexes can operate in both manual and automatic cycles.

Subject. The article discusses the availability of technological equipment in the agriculture of the Republic of Dagestan. Objectives. We analyze the current situation and trends in the development of available technological equipment in the republican agriculture, identify the role and place of machine and tractor fleet in the retrofitting of the regional agriculture. Methods. The study is based on monographic, abstract logic, statistical, analytical methods. Results. Dagestan has got a critically few technological equipment, which affects the development of the regional agricultural sector. The availability of technological equipment is found to have dramatically reduced in animal husbandry for the recent 30 years. The availability of technological equipment and land cultivation strongly correlates, thus simplifying applicable agricultural technologies. Most agricultural producers of Dagestan were found to be unable to participate in the program for federal agricultural lease. Conclusions and Relevance. The deterioration of available technological equipment in agriculture is a key cause undermining the competitiveness of products and efficiency of the regional agriculture. We prove the importance of governmental actions incentivizing the influx of new technological equipment, including a set of measures reinforcing the availability of technological equipment. As long as most agricultural producers are microbusinesses that lack resources to participate in many machine renovation programs, funding should be increased substantially to subsidize a portion of equipment acquisition costs incurred by agricultural producers, and a portion of reimbursed costs as much as at least 50 percent of the value of agricultural machines acquired.

Background and aims. Considering nowadays trend among dentists to install a radiology laboratory beside their current practice, we proposed to investigate the aspect of financial efficiency related to such investment. Methods. We evaluate two existing options: simple investment, consisting of intra-oral equipment and accessories, or investment in a radiology center that includes panoramic and CBCT equipment. The initial investment includes equipment acquisition, fitting out of the location, radiology accreditation and other miscellaneous expenses. Costs were estimated based on current quotations on the specific market available in Romania. We also described a financial model to estimate the financial risk. Results. The analysis was made under the assumptions that the laboratory is operated by the dentist who made the investment in the form of a legal person and paying corporate tax like all Romanian entities. The analysis took into account current fees for different types of x-rays, usual expenses of such a laboratory, and describes the approach to this analysis, starting with the initial investment estimation and forecast of revenues and expenses. Based on these projections and assessment of the working capital, we have built the cash flows forecast. Following a risk analysis we could assess the financial efficiency of the two investment alternatives. Conclusions. Our study reveals that the radiology center represents a more profitable investment due to the higher economic return rate.
