In order to improve the production efficiency and elastic quality of spring cable, and meet the market demand of automatic mass production, based on the market research and experimental analysis of common spring cable shaping methods, a rapid shaping method of coil bar current heating spring cable is innovatively proposed. After the spring cable is wound on the coil bar once, the coil bar is directly heated to realize the spring wire temperature rising and setting. The process temperature is input from the man-machine interface, and the temperature control is based on a fuzzy algorithm, which is automatically adjusted by PLC. The experimental results show that, compared with the traditional sizing method, the current heating method proposed in this paper can greatly shorten the product sizing time and has good sizing effect, which can well meet the market requirement of high-quality mass production of spring cable.

Abstract Rubber tapping is a rubber latex extraction process which has to be done early morning in order to satisfy cool climate for latex flow. It is a tedious process which takes great work force and man-hour it has to be done with great accuracy. It is a great necessity for an automated or mechanized tapping to cope with the market requirement. So it is required to design a Rubber tapping machine which should be affordable to small planters.

This chapter investigates Britain’s cotton supply and usage during the war. It examines all the issues that have been misinterpreted or ignored: cotton imports, bale weights, cotton re-exports, wastage in spinning, raw cotton stocks, stocks of cotton goods, exports of cotton goods and investment in new mills. There was nothing abnormal about the cotton market in 1859–61. Without the war, there would have been no allegation of pre-war over-production, no assertion of the glutting of overseas markets. The chapter offers an alternative explanation of why short-term working, which led to the Lancashire cotton famine, began in October 1862 when there was not yet a scarcity of cotton. The international cotton trade needed a large pipeline of stock. The outbreak of war, followed by the Confederate embargo and the Union blockade, paralysed the world market and caused an abrupt fall in demand. The conclusion is that, for the three main years of the war, British yarn production was at 36 per cent of the market requirement, and that about 4.5 billion lb of raw cotton was denied to Britain in the seven years to the end of 1867.

The growth of small-medium business enterprise in Indonesia is getting faster in decade, including small-medium business enterprise who produce slippers. SISCO is one of small-medium business enterprise who produce slipper. They must keep tight with market requirement. The supply of raw materials in a small-medium business enterprise is one of the important during production process. In some case their products are mismatch number from market demand. It can be worse if there a mismatch between raw materials ordering schedule from supplier and market demand from consumers. One of this problem requires Economic Order Quantity method as a solution, because during slippers production we have to order from supplier. Inventories are materials stored as raw materials, then they processed be finish product. To find out inventory, one of the inventory models used is the economic order quantity model. This method seeks to achieve the minimum possibility of inventory levels and lower costs and better quality. Economic Order Quantity method calculation based on raw material inventory control in SISCO slipper brand. Optimum monthly cost is IDR 5.293.541,03 to meet supply materials.

The main objective of the present study was to work out the export competitiveness of Indian mango and policy recommendations for improvement in its export and the destinations as well. To achieve the objectives, various tools such as net terms of the trade revealed comparative advantage, and Markov chain analysis was applied to mango export data from 1999-2019. The estimations of net terms of trade and revealed comparative advantage discovered that India has a comparative advantage for exporting mango. It is evident from the transitional probability matrices developed through Markov chain analysis that Qatar was the most loyal buyer for Indian mango during this period. The attention should be focused on the market requirement and specifications of Qatar, Bangladesh, UAE and the UK as they were the most stable buyers of Indian mango.

Online business has opened up several avenues for researchers and computer scientists to initiate new research models. The business activities that the customers accomplish certainly produce abundant information /data. Analysis of the data/information will obviously produce useful inferences and many declarations. These inferences may support the system in improving the quality of service, understand the current market requirement, Trend of the business, future need of the society and so on. In this connection the current paper is trying to propose a feature extraction technique named as Business Sentiment Quotient (BSQ). BSQ involves word2vec[1] word embedding technique from Natural Language Processing. Number of tweets related to business are accessed from twitter and processed to estimate BSQ using python programming language. BSQ may be utilized for further Machine Learning Activities.

Modern movement has many impacts from R & D results, which becomes a general issue enabling technology enhancement to enter market requirement, primarily from portfolio through patent analysis. A patent is an intellectual property right granted under the law to protect an invention toward infringement. From patent information occurs product technology, especially connected to process that influences growth and restructuring of industrial leverage to enhance the economics of a community. Canning technology for foods as the entity of industrial process captures and introduces the chance of potential, innovative, and efficient strategies for global knowledge from appropriate technology and offers the possibilities for implementation based on reducing tools specification, timing process, and operational budgeting. The purpose of this paper is to know the competition among the same product through the utilization patent database registered on WIPO fields with patent analysis. The method in this research is patent analysis using Innography software from online WIPO database as potential leading patent-issuing authorities with 1747 patent document that is registered. This study intended as a reference and recommendation in the information for product canning technology for food benchmarking, which tailor to the capabilities and capacity R & D results from differences in significance innovation development for commercial in market needs

ABSTRACT The market requirement regarding fruit type varies from region to region and it is necessary to produce cultivars with different patterns of fruit morphology. Therefore, the aim of this study was to select lines with resistance to tomato leafminer and different fruit shapes in order to meet the different market segments. Seventy-six lines and pre-selected populations were used for pest resistance together with four other susceptible controls (TOM-584, TOM-684, NC-123S, and Santa Clara) and two wild accessions (Solanum pennellii ‘LA 716’ and S. habrochaites var. glabratum ‘PI-127826’) considered resistant. The experiment consisted of tests of resistance to the tomato leafminer Tuta absoluta. The selection of lines was efficient, being obtained 33 lines or populations resistant to the tomato leafminer that comprise the market segments of the types of multilocular fruit, Santa Cruz, Saladette or Italian, as well as intermediate standards of fruits.

In this study, we combine the biodegradable plastic with petrochemical plastics to prepare a biomass elastomer. In addition to the energy saving and carbon footprint reduction, it is safer than traditional one. A biomass Polylactide (PLA) and coffee slag were blended with thermoplastic rubber (TPR), and an environmentally friendly, low-carbon-footprint golf club grip was prepared. The product has higher deodorization ability than traditional one and is comfortable as well. The recipes design, coupling and toughening mechanism, and compounding technology are discussed in this study. The resulted PLA/TPR/coffee composite has tensile strength 213.6 kgf/cm2, which is higher than TPR of 181.0 kgf/cm2. The coefficient of friction (COF) is 4 kg and hardness is Shore A 56, furthermore, it can deodorize 85% ammonia within 2 h, which fits the market requirement.
