This paper presents a stress detection algorithm using heart rate variability (HRV) parameters. Five-minute electrocardiograms were recorded at rest and under exam stress (252 students were involved). The determined HRV parameters were applied to detect stress by means of several classification algorithms. We analysed linear indices in the time (standard deviation of NN intervals (SDNN) and root mean square of successive RR interval differences (RMSSD)) and frequency domains (low frequency (LF) and high frequency (HF) power as well as LF/HF ratio). To study nonlinear HRV indices, we evaluated approximate entropy (ApEn), sample entropy (SampEn), α1 (DFA1) and α2 (DFA2) scaling exponents, correlation dimension D2, and recurrence plot quantification measures (recurrence rate (REC), mean diagonal line length (Lmean), maximum diagonal line length (Lmax), determinism (DET), and Shannon entropy (ShanEn)). Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) was used to test the performance of the classifiers derived from HRV. The highest area under the ROC curve (AUC), sensitivity, and specificity were found for mean RR-interval, DFA1, DFA2, RMSSD, and Lmax. These parameters were used for stress/rest classification with the help of algorithms that are common in clinical and physiological applications, i.e. logistic regression (LR) and linear discriminant analysis (LDA). Classification performance for stress was quantified using accuracy, sensitivity and specificity measures. The LR achieved an accuracy of 68.25 % at an optimal cutoff value of 0.57. LDA determined stress with 67.46 % accuracy. Thus, HRV parameters can serve as an objective tool for stress detection.

A good and right relationship marketing strategy and social media will lead to good consumer behavior as well. This study aims to examine the effect of marketing strategy (X1) and social media (Instagram) (X2) on consumer behavior (Y) café Malam Banjarmasin. This research is a descriptive study, with a sample of 100 at café Malam Banjarmasin consumers. The data collection used a questionnaire, while the data analysis used multiple linear regression. The variables studied were Likert scale. The questionnaire was tested by validity and reliability tests. Data processing using SPSS version 25.0.The t test results on consumer behavior are valid because r > 0.3 and the reliability test shows reliable because alpha cronbach > 0.6. The normality test is obtained 0.05 and it is said that the data is normally distributed and on the normal line of the plot, you can see that the points from the graph spread around the diagonal line and follow the diagonal line. The more the marketing strategy variable (X1) increases, the consumer behavior (Y) increases, while the marketing strategy variable (X1) decreases, the consumer behavior decreases(Y). The conclusion of this study is that there is a marketing strategy and social media that affect consumer behavior by 57%.Keywords: Marketing strategy, social media, consumer behavior.

We have previously demonstrated that chimpanzees, similar to humans, can discriminate the orientations of a diagonal line better when lines are presented in redundant contexts than alone. In the present study, we examined whether the same redundant context facilitated diagonal orientation discrimination in mice. Mice were presented one of three simultaneous, diagonal orientation discrimination tasks: (1) presented alone; (2) presented with the context that resulted in emergent configurations in chimpanzees and humans; and (3) presented with the context not resulting in emergent configurations in chimpanzees or humans. In contrast to the facilitative effect of congruent context in chimpanzees and humans, the identical context did not facilitate the discrimination of the diagonal orientation in mice. This finding suggests that mice, unlike chimpanzees and humans, do not perceive emergent Gestalts.

Two types of importance-performance analysis (IPA), quadrant model and diagonal line model, are applied widely. Some studies have described the advantages of the diagonal line model, but multiple studies have reported disadvantages of direct measures of importance, as used in the traditional diagonal line model. In addition, there is no clear rationale for the use of a 45-degree diagonal line as a distinguishing line in the diagonal line model. This study used the partial correlation coefficient-base of attributes corresponding to overall satisfaction to measure a new importance value to replace direct importance in the traditional method. The new diagonal line reflects the average of the slope formed by the impact of various attributes on overall satisfaction, rather than a 45-degree diagonal line. The new approach was successfully applied to determine a management strategy of tourist satisfaction, and the results confirm the rationality of the studied case and were considered reasonable by appropriate managers.

Persistent gait alterations can occur after concussion and may underlie future musculoskeletal injury risk. We compared dual-task gait stability measures among adolescents who did/did not sustain a subsequent injury post-concussion, and uninjured controls. Forty-seven athletes completed a dual-task gait evaluation. One year later, they reported sport-related injuries and sport participation volumes. There were three groups: concussion participants who sustained a sport-related injury (n = 8; age =15.4 ± 3.5 years; 63% female), concussion participants who did not sustain a sport-related injury (n = 24; 14.0 ± 2.6 years; 46% female), and controls (n = 15; 14.2 ± 1.9 years; 53% female). Using cross-recurrence quantification, we quantified dual-task gait stability using diagonal line length, trapping time, percent determinism, and laminarity. The three groups reported similar levels of sports participation (11.8 ± 5.8 vs. 8.6 ± 4.4 vs. 10.9 ± 4.3 hours/week; p = 0.37). The concussion/subsequent injury group walked slower (0.76 ± 0.14 vs. 0.65 ± 0.13 m/s; p = 0.008) and demonstrated higher diagonal line length (0.67 ± 0.08 vs. 0.58 ± 0.05; p = 0.02) and trapping time (5.3 ± 1.5 vs. 3.8 ± 0.6; p = 0.006) than uninjured controls. Dual-task diagonal line length (hazard ratio =1.95, 95% CI = 1.05–3.60), trapping time (hazard ratio = 1.66, 95% CI = 1.09–2.52), and walking speed (hazard ratio = 0.01, 95% CI = 0.00–0.51) were associated with subsequent injury. Dual-task gait stability measures can identify altered movement that persists despite clinical concussion recovery and is associated with future injury risk.

In this paper, the lateral migration of a neutrally buoyant spherical particle in the pressure-driven rectangular channel flow of an Oldroyd-B fluid is numerically investigated with a fictitious domain method. The aspect ratio of the channel cross-section considered is 1 and 2, respectively. The particle lateral motion trajectories are shown for the bulk Reynolds number ranging from 1 to 100, the ratio of the solvent viscosity to the total viscosity being 0.5, and a Weissenberg number up to 1.5. Our results indicate that the lateral equilibrium positions located on the cross-section midline, diagonal line, corner and channel centreline occur successively as the fluid elasticity is increased, for particle migration in square channel flow with finite fluid inertia. The transition of the equilibrium position depends strongly on the elasticity number (the ratio of the Weissenberg number to the Reynolds number) and weakly on the Reynolds number. The diagonal-line equilibrium position occurs at an elasticity number ranging from roughly 0.001 to 0.02, and can coexist with the midline and corner equilibrium positions. When the fluid inertia is negligibly small, particles migrate towards the channel centreline, or the closest corner, depending on their initial positions and the Weissenberg number, and the corner attractive area first increases and then decreases as the Weissenberg number increases. For particle migration in a rectangular channel with an aspect ratio of 2, the transition of the equilibrium position from the midline, ‘diagonal line’ (the line where two lateral shear rates are equal to each other), off-centre long midline and channel centreline takes place as the Weissenberg number increases at moderate Reynolds numbers. An off-centre equilibrium position on the long midline is observed for a large blockage ratio of 0.3 (i.e. the ratio of the particle diameter to the channel height is 0.3) at a low Reynolds number. This off-centre migration is driven by shear forces, unlike the elasticity-induced rapid inward migration, which is driven by the normal force (pressure or first normal stress difference).
