The purpose of the research is to find out the impact of continuous assessment techniques such as oral tests, written test home assignments and re-cape exercises on the academic performance of students at the secondary level. Present research work revolves around some salient issues on continuous assessment implementation with emphasis on the empirical impact of continuous assessment on the academic performance of students in secondary schools. The descriptive research design is most suitable for data collection. Researchers use a simple random sampling technique for sample selection. This study was continued with a sample of 226 secondary school teachers, of which 80 female teachers and 146 were male and 300 students of secondary level. The finding of research shows that four continuous assessment techniques have a significant effect on academic performance. It is recommended that techniques such as oral tests, written tests, home assignments and re-cape exercises should be used for enhancing the academic performance of students at the secondary level.

The study aims at investing the reasons for negligence of testing students orally at the secondary level. The study is based on a descriptive analytic method. The data were collected by means of a questionnaire for teachers of English language of secondary schools in Gezira Southern locality. The participants in this study were 50 English language teachers from Gezira southern locality. The findings of the study showed that insufficient time and large classes contributed to the negligence of oral testing. In addition to, the absence of oral tests on the syllabus is considered one of the reasons for the negligence of oral tests. The recommendations of the study emphasize the importance of speaking skills testing and encourage teachers and educational circles to give particular consideration for testing oral skills. In addition, oral skills should be included in the syllabus. Moreover, teachers should devote extra time to test oral skills.

The goal of this research is to analyze: (1) problems in evaluating Islamic education learning, (2) The impact of the problems, and (3) Solutions for the existing the problems. The research has been done at MTs. Usman Syarif Medan. This research is using descriptive qualitative analysis method. The data collected comes from interviews and some observation. To ensure the validity of the data, the test is carried out by credibility/trust test, transferability test, dependability test and confirmability test. The results of this learning evaluation problem are including: Difficulty of evaluating learning in the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains when learning is doing online (in a network). The impact of learning from home has a negative impact on educators and students. The solution to learning problems is to evaluate learning using the WhatsApp application by doing written tests, oral tests, and also quizzes. This solution is a response to learning problems during the Covid-19 pandemic.

In this study, the author describes the problem of how to implement the BTQ matriculation program at IAIN Pekalongan. Is there an increase in Al-Qur'an literacy skills of PAI students through the BTQ matriculation program at IAIN Pekalongan. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the BTQ matriculation program at IAIN Pekalongan and to find out whether there was an improvement in the Al-Qur'an literacy skills of PAI students through the BTQ matriculation program at IAIN Pekalongan. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach using experimental methods. The results of the study can be concluded that the implementation of the BTQ matriculation program at Pekalongan IAIN is conducted once a week on Saturdays. To find out the ability of students to read and write the Qur'an, an examination or test is carried out both written tests and oral tests. The results of calculations through prerequisite tests and comparative tests show that the BTQ matriculation program can improve the Al-Qur'an literacy skills of PAI students. From the results of these calculations, it can be concluded that there is a significant increase in the results of student test scores before participating in the BTQ matriculation program and after participating in the BTQ matriculation program.Keywords: Improvement, Read Write Al-Qur'an, BTQ Matriculation Program�

This research is motivated by the lack of speaking skills possessed by students, especially in learning Arabic. This is due to students being less accustomed to speaking Arabic so students lack confidence when speaking. Besides learning that is done only tends to lecture, read together and assignments. This encourages researchers to apply the Direct Method with the Utilization of Image Media to Improve Speaking Skills in Language Subjects in Class IV A. The purpose of this study is: to apply the direct method of using image media to improve speaking skills in Arabic subjects. This class action research (PTK) method applies Kurt Lewin's research model which consists of two cycles with 4 stages including Planning, Action, Observing, and Reflecting. Data collection techniques used in the form of observation, interviews, documentation, and assessment of oral tests.

This study is concerned with the Iraqi autistic patients’ conceptualization of adverbs of time and place at the levels of production and recognition. To measure the mental ability of a particular category of autistic patients in terms of adverb use, a group of seven to ten years of age, in the school of Hama’im Al-Salam for Language Impaired Children have been variously tested; using spontaneous oral tests by their own teachers. A number of twenty-five patient-students are selected to be representative enough. After collecting the data and conducting a qualitative and quantitive analysis, the study has come up with certain conclusions. Chief among them is that Iraqi autistic patients fail, most of the time, to recognize time adverb more than place adverbs using the silence as a strategy to show their failure in recognition and production of adverbs. Furthermore, certain paralinguistic cures are employed as the rolling of the eyes, nodding the head and smiling.

The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between oral test results with the written test results of PGSD UNRAM students. The approach used in this research is quantitative with the type of correlation research. The population was all of second semester studentsm using sampling technique of simple random sampling, the samples obtained amounted to 180. Data collection techniques used were oral tests and written tests. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistical analysis and Product Moment correlation. The results showed that: 1) oral test results were included in both categories with an average of 79.6; (2) written test results are included in both categories with an average of 78.65; and (3) there is a correlation between the learning outcomes of oral tests with the written learning outcomes of PGSD UNRAM students. Students who understand the concept of the material, have good social studies learning outcomes between oral tests and written tests. Both types of tests can be varied implementation, according to time, conditions, and type of material to be tested.
