The long-term goal of this research is to develop a method of dealing with social problems on juvenile delinquency with a Biopsychosocial - spiritual method as a way to restore the functioning of children affected by legal issues that are being fostered in Class II Sukamiskin Prison. Social protection for juvenile deliquency through various forms of service with an emphasis on aspects of spiritual biopsychosocial is in the best interest of juvenile deliquency in terms of protection in the form of social assistance, social insurance, and empowerment. Even though the child is in custody, but they are also entitled to various kinds of protection and guarantees like other normal children, such as access to education, health, spiritual services, socialization and participating in various other skills and extracurricular activities. All aspects of social protection must support a child's biopsychosocial spiritual needs. Sukamiskin's class II rehabilitation institution which has the authority in the delivery of services to juvenile deliquency must also cooperate with other institutions in providing social protection efforts. The specific target of this research is to provide the best social service efforts for children in order to fulfill children's rights.

Fighting becomes a problem in social life, which can be categorized as juvenile delinquency. The issue of juvenile delinquency in society is currently increasing, this causes unrest in the community. The environment, place of residence, and friends in relationships have a big influence on the formation of identity and self-development. Juvenile delinquency needs to be addressed and prevention efforts need to be done, this is necessary to avoid wider impacts that can threaten the security of the community. By using juvenile delinquency theory according to Dr. Kartini Kartono in examining the forms of juvenile delinquency and the prevention of juvenile delinquency. Researchers used the Dis-programming design method for combining several programs according to community needs. Keywords: juvenile deliquency; third placeAbstrak Tawuran menjadi sebuah permasalahan yang ada di kehidupan sosial, yang dapat  dikategorikan sebagai kenakalan remaja. Isu kenakalan remaja pada masyarakat saat ini semakin bertambah, hal ini menyebabkan keresahan pada masyarakat. Lingkungan, tempat tinggal, dan teman dalam pergaulan berpengaruh besar dalam pembentukkan jati  diri  serta perkembangan diri. Kenakalan remaja perlu ditangani serta perlu dilakukan upaya pencegahan, hal ini diperlukan untuk menghindari dampak yang lebih luas yang dapat mengancam keamanan masyarakat. Dengan menggunakan teori kenakalan remaja menurut Dr. Kartini Kartono dalam meneliti bentuk kenakalan remaja dan penanggulangan kenakalan remaja. Peneliti menggunakan metode perancangan Dis-programming untuk penggabungan beberapa program sesuai kebutuhan masyarakat.

Current technological developments have had a lot of bad effects on children, causing child delinquency and lately we often hear news about children, both children as victims and as perpetrators of delinquency. To solve the problem of children's delinquency must be done and based on a comprehensive understanding of the causes. So this article aims to discuss the causes of child delinquency from both the theoretical and conceptual perspectives as well as the scope of law and methods for dealing with child delinquency in Indonesia. The problem of juvenile delinquency continues to increase based on data from the KPAI of the Republic of Indonesia showing that there were 11,492 cases of delinquency and violating the law in 2019 so that several approaches are needed to prevent and overcome current juvenile delinquency which is mostly done through a repressive approach so that appropriate methods and approaches to address juvenile delinquency problems must be carried out based on a deep understanding of the causes of juvenile delinquency.

This study aims at finding the causes influencing the emergence of juvenile delinquency, the factors driving the emergence of mass fights among adolescents, and How to deal with juvenile delinquency and mass fights between groups. This research is a normative juridical method, namely Legal Research conducted by examining library materials or secondary data. The results show that factors causing juvenile / juvenile delinquency, among others, are psychiatric or psychological factors and family structure. Mass fighting is one form of juvenile delinquency, where there are two contributing factors, namely internal factors (from within) and external factors, namely environmental factors (family, school and community). While specific factors for example to show a sense of solidarity and loyalty from friends (who tend to be inconsequential), defending the good name of the school, negative competition, lack of transportation facilities, the complexity of big city life, showing hard films on television and so on.

This study aims to determine the relationship between parents and children in the perspective of adolescents with juvenile deliquency. This study uses qualitative methods with a phenomenological approach. The research subjects were two boys aged 16-20 years who had a delinquency scale score ≥17. In addition, the researcher uses the Theunnisen Delinquency Scale, as a deliquency scale, which has been translated and adjusted to the current conditions in Indonesia. As the result, it can be showed that relations according to adolescents with risky behavior were the existence of positive and negative relations. Positive relationships such as nurturing, transmitting values, closeness, attention, and togetherness. Negative relationships such as lack of support, lack of understanding, communication errors between parents and children, and conflicts that are not accompanied by good conflict management.

The mosque at this time its function has somewhat faded, it looks much different when themosque functioned as the center of the activities of the people in the time of Rasulluah SAW.Nowadays the mosque's function is only used in activities that are merely like a prayer.People, especially teenagers, rarely maximize mosques for non-religious activities. Thisis for teenagers will cause a sense of shame on the mosque and more worrying about theless controlled youth activities. Juvenile delinquency is very prevalent in the community.Revitalization of mosque functions as an effort to prevent Juvenile Deliqeuecy (JuvenileDelinquency) is necessary. The revitalization of the function of the mosque as an effortto prevent Juvenile Deliquency (Youth Delinquency) covers the field of organization,worship, education, social and economic. In the field of organization is to maximize therole of adolescent mosque bonds, in the field of worship is the program "shame withoutberjama'ah", then in the field of education is "mosque science warehouse", and "mosquesolution msyarakat" revitalisasi social field and the last field of economy that is " economicteen-based mosque ".

Moral decadence phenomenon among teenagers includes college student. Lately, it has disturbed many parties. The phenomenon could seen from juvenile deliquency, drug, and free relationship. Higher educational institution that shoud be moral development center and students moral, even in some cases being a moral decadence transit. Therefore, educational institution is not only expected as a place to get knowledge, but also could give enough stock in educating strong student morals to face globalization era. The development of religious culture in MI Al-Barokah An-Nur Ajung Jember is carried out by instilling systematic behavior or manners in practicing their  religions, so that they have good personality, character, noble morality, and responsibility, both  their relationship with Allah, with human beings and with the environment. therefore, the values developed at MI Al-Barokah An-Nur were emphasizing morality, achievement, discipline and environmental culture. Fenomena dekadensi moral di kalangan remaja termasuk mahasiswa. Belakangan ini hal itu meresahkan banyak pihak. Fenomena tersebut terlihat dari kenakalan remaja, narkoba, dan hubungan bebas. Perguruan tinggi yang seharusnya menjadi pusat pengembangan moral dan moral siswa, bahkan dalam beberapa kasus menjadi transit dekadensi moral. Oleh karena itu, lembaga pendidikan tidak hanya diharapkan sebagai tempat menimba ilmu, tetapi juga dapat memberikan bekal yang cukup dalam mendidik akhlak siswa yang kuat untuk menghadapi era globalisasi. Pengembangan budaya keagamaan di MI Al-Barokah An-Nur Ajung Jember dilakukan dengan menanamkan perilaku atau tata krama yang sistematis dalam mengamalkan agamanya, sehingga memiliki kepribadian, akhlak, akhlak yang mulia, dan tanggung jawab yang baik, baik hubungannya dengan Allah, maupun hubungan mereka dengan Allah. dengan manusia dan dengan lingkungan. Oleh karena itu nilai-nilai yang dikembangkan di MI Al-Barokah An-Nur adalah mengutamakan moralitas, prestasi, disiplin dan budaya lingkungan.
