Abuse of Aditusine cough medicine by adolescents in Belilas Village, Kec. Seberida, Kab. Inhu (Riau), as a social phenomenon that grows in the midst of people's lives. By using the Differential Association theory approach and Techniques of Neutralization as an analytical knife and a qualitative approach as the method, this research finds a conclusion; there has been a shift in the use of drugs from previously illegal drugs (shabu, marijuana, etc.) to legal drugs (Aditusine cough medicine), as a way to avoid prosecution from both a legal and social perspective.

This research purpose is to know kriminogen factor that cause of criminal action sexual violence of children of Pelalawan Regency and to knows hpw does the effort of woman and children department and inhabitant control planed family in cope with criminal action sexual violence of children at Pelalawan Regency. This research is descriptive empirical. The date uses is primer date interview and secunder date through book. Collection technique is from study case and literature study. Analyst date technique did by used, collective, and selection date from thr study case add connecting by the theory and principle with law of norin from literature study. Based from the research result shows that effort to take in halde sexual violence of children can do as SOP that unchanged it strated from society complaint, reaching victims, management case, temporary collecting, mediation, accompanying victims and evaluation activity towards sub district and lillages in Pelalawan Regency. The effectiveness of this effort gave to the sexual violence of children at Pelalawan Regency was not effective yet,so that needed social awareness to words sexual violence of children.

Juvenile delinquency is a common problem in society. There are norms or rules that lived in society. And it must be obeyed by society. Violation of norms and rules in society is not only committed by adults but also by juvenile. The violations of norms or rules that is often occurs by juvenile is theft. The theft that often occurs in Tembilahan is theft of coconuts, and it causes unrest in community. The majority of people in Tembilahan work as coconut farmers when the price of coconuts increases, coconut theft often occurs, not infrequently the perpetrators of coconut theft are the underage child or juveline. The purpose of this research is to determine what is the factors that cause the theft of coconuts by juvenile. This research uses a qualitative method by conducting interviews with key informants and informants that related to the topic. Referring to the theory used in this research, namely social control theory, this theory can explain why the phenomenon of coconut theft by juvenile occurs. The result of this research is that the theft of coconuts by juvenile occurs due to economic factors, in order to earn money the child or juvenile steals coconuts, it can also be explained through social control theory, which according to this theory, the child commits crimes or deviations due to the absence of attachment elements, commitment, involvement, and belief in theirself.

Every child has the right to survival in terms of the nation and state, children are the future of the nation and the next generation of the ideals of the nation so that they have the right to survive, develop, grow, participate and are entitled to protection from acts of violence and discrimination as well as civil rights and freedoms. The high rate of exploitation of minors in Pekanbaru is one of the things that makes us pay attention to the splendor of the development side of the city of Pekanbaru which leads to civility. The black side of exploitation of underage children makes as citizens we are obliged to socialize the existence of the Child Protection Act, especially on the threat of criminal acts of employing children. We can also socialize human rights to parents. Early prevention at the family level can reduce the effects of children becoming victims of exploitation. There is also a formulation of the problem raised in this research which is "What is the background of the formation of the exploitation of basic age children in Pekanbaru City?". The research procedure used in this research is a qualitative method by collecting information by associating as many as 15 informants, namely 7 key informants and 8 informants whose results from the study were analyzed using the Atlas application system. IT is useful for classifying information experienced in the field. The results that the author has are the presence of actors who are motivated to carry out exploitation, appropriate targets for exploitation and the lack of supervision regarding the exploitation of these children. And the aspects behind the formation of exploitation of minors are economic aspects, coercion from parents, culture and the absence of care. In order to minimize this problem, it is hoped that the related service and the Civil Service Police Unit will carry out patrols more often and residents will participate in overcoming these problems.

Deviant behavior of sodomy is not only did by man but also did by adolescents. Sodomies in young age would serving their punishment at the Children Correctional Institution (LPKA), which was previously called children correctional institution. This research was conducted to determine what factors are behind the sodomy behavior in adolescents. The research was conducted in January-March 2020, located in LPKA Pekanbaru, Penitentiary street No.04, Muara Fajar, Rumbai sub district, Pekanbaru City, Riau. This research used descriptive qualitative method. Data obtained qualitatively and will present in a descriptive way. The research subjects were two children assisted by inmates with sodomy cases. Subject characteristics consist of: 1) age about 15 years old, 2) last education on Primary School and 3) sodomy cases. Data collection were done by observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Data analysis used triangulation, which analyzed the results of interviews between subjects, LPKA officers and the subject's family. The results of this research found that the factors causing adolescents to do sodomy are: 1. Lack of parental supervision, 2. Previous perpetrators were victims of sodomy committed by adults and felt vengeful so that they took it out on younger children, 3. Cause of porn videos of homo sexual that watched by the perpetrators.

Sei Pagar Palm Oil Mill is a state-owned company that manages palm oil processing in Riau Province. The processed product produced is CPO (crude palm oil). The unit handling this is the executive employee for the production department. From the results of the preliminary study, there are symptoms that indicate deviant behavior in the workplace. This study was conducted with the aim of answering the question of whether there is a workplace deviant behavior (WDB) among implementing employees at the Sei Fence oil palm factory. The number of participants of this research is 98 production employees. The measuring instrument used in this study is the Measure of Workplace Deviance (MWB) which was adapted from a measuring instrument developed by Bennett & Robinson (2000). The results showed that 31.7% workplace deviant behavior among employees in the production division of the Sei Fence palm oil mill was determined by Job Stress while the remaining 68.3% was influenced by other factors not examined. Another result is that there is an effect of job stress on the interpersonal deviant and there is an effect of job stress on organizational deviants.

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors underlying newspaper sellers who did not attend school, but used school uniforms when selling newspapers. As well as this study aims to provide knowledge that children are not only able to become objects but also have the potential to become subjects. The research method used is qualitative with the type of phenomenological research. The research location is the Simpang Tiga Tengku Bey Traffic Lights in Pekanbaru City. The conclusion of this study is VI is the subject of deviant behavior with school uniform symbols as a mode to attract community empathy.

The phenomenon of the industrial revolution 4.0 has had many influences, both positive and negative for society. It is undeniable that slowly everything has turned to digital. The opportunities for cyber criminals are getting wider, various kinds of cyber threats continue to emerge and this is a challenge for users. So many crimes that occur today in cyberspace or what is known as cyber crime, especially affect women. There are cases of illegal content (illegal content), violations of privacy (infringement of privacy), threats of private photo or video distribution (malicious distribution), online defamation, to online recruitment (online recruitment). The high number of online-based gender violence, especially for women, seems to open our eyes to always wisely use internet technology in carrying out activities and routines of daily life.

The need for the fulfillment of technology ang information is a necessity in modern life today. Increase sophisticate communication flow makes the distance relationship between a person and another be increasingly. In addition, adolescent relationship are increasingly rife and do not know the limits of new problems in social life. Many young people today who hang out and build the relationship without knowing the time and situation. In 2017 ago at Pekanbaru there was a case of revenge porn commited by a student at one private campus initials M against his girlfriend who had the initials B. after this incident, B feel the trauma and often unpleasant treatment, and even tends to lead to harassment by some of her friends on campus. At the first, B build relationship with her boyfriend the initials M with the good condition, but the over time B often get the treated violently by her boyfriend, example phisically violent, verbally violent, and sexually violent. Her boyfriend also recorded and distributed their sexs video to social media. From this case, the author will be analysis the case of revenge porn into feminist and victimology theory. This research also uses the descriptive and qualitative methods by taking interview data from various sources, such as B as the victim, mother of B, the friends B, observers, and related institutions. In this cases, the authors also giving the reccomendations so that in the future, the similar cases will not be repetaed.

Current technological developments have had a lot of bad effects on children, causing child delinquency and lately we often hear news about children, both children as victims and as perpetrators of delinquency. To solve the problem of children's delinquency must be done and based on a comprehensive understanding of the causes. So this article aims to discuss the causes of child delinquency from both the theoretical and conceptual perspectives as well as the scope of law and methods for dealing with child delinquency in Indonesia. The problem of juvenile delinquency continues to increase based on data from the KPAI of the Republic of Indonesia showing that there were 11,492 cases of delinquency and violating the law in 2019 so that several approaches are needed to prevent and overcome current juvenile delinquency which is mostly done through a repressive approach so that appropriate methods and approaches to address juvenile delinquency problems must be carried out based on a deep understanding of the causes of juvenile delinquency.
