SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Malang City is a school which is located on Jl Letjen Sutoyo No 68 Malang City. This school has great potential and has the opportunity to carry out two tier multiple choice question-making service activities because the school is the school's top priority (partner). The problem faced is that teachers have never compiled Two Tier Multiple Choice questions, especially science teachers. The science teacher said that he was always prepared questions for student evaluation instruments, either formative, sub-summative or summative, but the questions that were arranged were still conventional. The teacher said that he was not yet skilled in compiling HOTS questions, let alone the type of Two Tier Multiple Choice that he had never known. Activities to be carried out are socialization of teacher training programs, pre-test teacher assistance. This research is motivated by the discovery of learning that does not take place in two directions between teachers and students, as well as a lack of learning that hones students' abilities, skills, and creativity in learning. Through mentoring, it is hoped that teachers can arrange effective learning to make students active, one of which is somatic, auditory, visual, and intellectual (SAVI) learning. This research is a school action research conducted on 6 teachers of SDN 009 Teluk Kiambang. The instrument used was the observation sheet. The results showed that in the first cycle the teacher's ability was 65.83 in the sufficient category, in the second cycle it was 79.16 which was in the good category. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the ability of SDN 009 Teluk Kiambang SDN teachers in developing the SAVI learning model has increased through mentoring by the principal as a researcher.

This article aims to describe the form of anti-corruption education to strengthen the value of honesty in schools, factors that encourage and inhibit the implementation of anti-corruption education, as well as solutions to overcome obstacles in the implementation of anti-corruption education. The study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Data analysis uses interactive analysis. Anti-corruption education is carried out in two ways i.e, the honesty canteen and the learning of Pancasila and Citizenship Education. Supporting factors that influence the honesty reinforcement are teacher modeling, increased worship activities, and participation in organizational activities. The inhibiting factor is that canteens often suffer losses due to lack of supervision and teacher assistance. The solution to overcome these obstacles is to increase cooperation between teachers, increase supervision, carry out regular assistance, and support from families and communities.
