This study aims to identify the level of Instructional performance of students at the Faculty of Arts and Sciences in Wadi-AL dwaser, Prince Sattam bin Abdul-Aziz University in the light of the Teacher test (TT) and its relationship with some variables, such as sex, specialization, academic level and grade point average. The study sample included (140) male and female students who have applied to teachers test. To test the hypothesis of the study researcher used the arithmetic mean standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient test , t-test and the first-order variance analysis of Kruskal-Walls. The results indicated that: 1. Low level of students' performance on the Teacher test in general. 2. There are statistically significant differences in the average performance of students on the teachers test and parameters depending on the gender. 3. No significant statistical differences in the average performance of students on the teachers test and parameters depending on the specialization and academic level. 4. The existence of the average statistically significant correlation between the performances of students on the Teacher test and the grade point average (GPA). The study included several recommendations, the most important of which is the establishment of a question bank to be followed by the University's Evaluation and Testing Unit, preparing students to test the competencies of teachers and teachers and addressing weaknesses in academic performance through the university's review of its academic programs. One of the most prominent proposals of the study is to study the relationship between the academic performance of students in the test of teacher competencies with other variables such as graduation university, graduation year, different academic departments, personal characteristics of students who are testing. – – - –

Students feel less motivated to learn Islamic learning especially for ablution and prayer procedures, therefore researchers feel it is necessary to develop a learning medium that can help the learning process of Islamic religion in the classroom, especially for children and elementary schools The purpose of this study was to develop an instructional medium for the introduction of ablution and prayer procedures based on 3D animation. The purpose of developing this application was to help students in learning the procedures for ablution and prayer. The development of learning media on the introduction of ablution procedures and prayer based on 3D animation uses the ADDIE model. There are five stages in the ADDIE model namely Analysis (Analyze), Design (Design), Development (Development), Implementation (Implementation), and Evaluation (Evaluation), Product development with this model can produce good products, because in each phase that is passed evaluation can be done. Several tests were conducted to determine the effectiveness level of instructional media on the introduction of ablution and prayer procedures, which included testing experts with 100% results accordingly, testing media experts with 100% representation in accordance with the effectiveness test with 64.80% results which means this media quite effective, the teacher test with 46 results with a very positive category and the user response test with a result of 89.07% which indicates that this media is in the very positive category.keyword : Introduction of procedure Wudhu, Introduction of procedure Shalat.

This study aims to determine the feasibility of mathematical modules with STEM approach and the response of learners and teachers to the attractiveness of the module. The research and development procedure used is the Borg and Gall development model modified by sugiyono. The data collection instruments used are questionnaires given to experts to know the feasibility of the products and questionnaires given to learners and teachers to know the attractiveness of the product. The results of the study indicate that the assessment of the experts is very reasonable (87% of material experts, 89% of media experts and 92% of linguists), the response of learners and teachers is very interesting (89% small group trial, 87% field trials and 90% teacher test).

The teachers’ knowledge and skills on general standards under the Saudi National Professional Teacher Standards is assessed with the use of the General Teacher Test (GTT) administered by the National Center for Assessment (NCA) in Saudi Arabia. This paper examines the psychometric features of the GTT in the framework of a new approach to test scoring, referred to as D-scoring model, which is used with assessments at the NCA. The stability of such features across four test forms of the GTT is also examined. The study findings provide valuable information about the accuracy of the GTT scores and the validity of their interpretation and decisions regarding the licensure of teachers.

In this written commentary for the special issue of Education Policy Analysis Archives focused on “Redesigning Assessment and Accountability,” we call for teacher preparation to embrace a multiple measures philosophy by providing teacher candidates with rich opportunities to engage with data from a variety of sources, beyond teacher test scores and principal evaluations. We apply and extend Bae’s (2018) argument to teacher preparation policies, urging teacher educators to develop programs that promote continuous improvement. We argue that teacher education can and should prepare candidates to engage in multiple measure systems, critically evaluate data and sense make to construct meaning, reflect on and improve their practice to meet the needs of all students, and ultimately advocate for next-generation accountability systems that authentically foreground and prioritize continuous improvement.
