The article discusses the francophone review of art and literature Sélection published in Brussels (1920–22) and Antwerp (1923–33), Belgium, by André de Ridder and Paul-Gustave van Hecke. It takes as its point of departure the concept Le Génie du Nord [The Genius of the North], which was the title of a 1925 book published in Antwerp by De Ridder. The book mainly consists of essays previously published in Sélection between 1923 and 1924. De Ridder argues that France should not claim autonomy in the field of cultural production since throughout the centuries Nordic influence played a central role in its evolution. Although the book attracted little attention from the contemporary press, it offers a novel approach to the Nordic idea through the anticipation of a new classical order that distinguished itself from Southern classicism. While German expressionism is equally renounced, the book proposes a synthetic style — similar to the one that marked the gothic period — that also found expression in the art presented in Sélection. This style furnished a visual model for the invention of a new classical order stemming from the successful mingling of French rationalism with Flemish expressionism, a ‘constructive expressionism’ that became the precondition for a universal Nordic culture. The magazine was supportive of those French and Belgian artists who achieved a combination of the two styles — an ‘eclectic dualism’, in the words of Edmond Picard. Taking the origins of Gothicism and the Nordische Gesellschaft as case points of ideological complexity, the Génie du Nord concept forms an alternative discourse which intervenes in an ongoing art-historical and cultural debate that defines the identity of Sélection.

This study investigates the application and recognition of accounting policies for ownership of Cryptocurrency assets by companies in Indonesia based on Financial Accounting Standards. This study uses a qualitative method with a scoping review approach to map the literature related to the concept of cryptocurrency and accounting arrangements for cryptocurrency ownership by companies. The scoping review carried out several stages, namely problem identification, identifying literature sources, literature selection, mapping and collecting literature, and discussion analysis. This study concludes that ownership of cryptocurrency by companies can be classified as assets based on IFRS and PSAK. The most relevant type of asset classification for Cryptocurrencies is inventory or intangible assets, depending on the purpose of ownership of the company. This research indicates that with the significant increase in the use of cryptocurrencies, standard-setting bodies need to set clear and specific accounting standards to help reduce uncertainty and provide relevant and useful guidance to both preparers and users of financial statements.

The aim of this research is to conduct a theoretical study of the internalization of Sufism values that are applied to the teachings of the tarekat. This study uses an in-depth systematic literature focusing on looking at the concept of internalizing Sufism values applied in the tarekat. In this research process, there are several stages consisting of the literature collection process, literature selection, analysis, and finally combining all the analyzes into a unified whole. The results of this study indicate that the ability of the salik to accept, understand, and carry out the teachings of the tarekat given by the mursyid can be directly through the internalization of Sufism values. Sufism values can be implemented as a form of mental or mental development in the form of patience, tawakkal, sincerity, taubah, qona'ah, zuhud and others so that these values require serious training (riyadho) so that the form of application can be maximized. by experiencing it as a whole.

The aeronautical and automotive industries have, as an essential objective, the energy efficiency optimization of aircraft and cars, while maintaining stringent functional requirements. One working line focuses on the use of lightweight structural materials to replace conventional materials. For this reason, it is considered enlightening to carry out an analysis of the literature published over the last 20 years through Open Access literature. For this purpose, a systematic methodology is applied to minimize the possible risks of bias in literature selection and analysis. Web of Science is used as a search engine. The final selection comprises the 30 articles with the highest average numbers of citations per year published from 2015 to 2020 and the 7 articles published from the period of 2000–2014. Overall, the selection is composed of 37 Open Access articles with 2482 total citations and an average of 67.1 citations per article/year published, and includes Q1 (62%) and Q2 (8%) articles and proceeding papers (30%). The study seeks to inform about the current trends in materials and processes in lightweight structural materials for aeronautical and automotive applications with a sustainable perspective. All the information collected is summarized in tables to facilitate searches and interpretation by interested researchers.

This study aims to provide an overview of the field of flexible working arrangements (FWAs) study in the last two decades, starting from the year 2000 until the year 2020. We utilised secondary data from the Proquest database to succinctly review the progress of FWAs studies. In reviewing our corpus of data, we developed a systematic scanning and clustering review (SSCR) to summarise the extent to which the FWAs studies have been conducted or available in the existing literature. SSCR is a relatively new rapid method for locating specific information in a wide-range and lengthy literature selection and then clustering the information based on inherent similarity. We overviewed the FWAs literature by using SSCR to address and understand the current state in FWAs studies and identify the existing FWAs research gap, which has not been adequately studied. We also provide insights on the most focused scopes and clusters within the field of FWAs. This review helps to identify current gaps and needed research in FWAs. Besides, we also present our discussion that recapitulates our findings and deliberately highlights our review related to FWA.

Urban areas have the character of increasingly dense buildings and less land that can be used for green infrastructure. So that the option to increase green open space is increasingly difficult. Along with the population growth in Kampung Arab and the low number of public facilities, the environment became very crowded and have less adequate public open spaces for the residents who lived here. Kampung Arab itself is a settlement dominated by Muslim residents who have been in this area for a long time. This study aims to analyze the feasibility of applying the pocket garden concept to Islamic residential kasawan which is currently in a congested condition. The first step is to collect data from observations, surveys and literature selection. Then, the method used to analyze is discourse analysis and selective criteria. These two processes show the results in the form of the benefits of the pocket garden concept in settlements, a map of the location at a point in Kampung Arab which can be used as a pocket garden and a map of the distance from the pocket garden to the surrounding house. These findings explain that the concept of green open space for narrow land can improve the quality of life for urban communities, especially those in Kampung Arab. Therefore, the application of the concept as a concept that is suitable for use in the future both in planning and designing in Kampung Arab, urban areas of the population. There are related professions that can work using this system such as spatial policy makers, planners, and architects.

Automated text classification is a natural language processing (NLP) technology that could significantly facilitate scientific literature selection. A specific topical dataset of 630 article abstracts was obtained from the PubMed database. We proposed 27 parametrized options of PubMedBERT model and 4 ensemble models to solve a binary classification task on that dataset. Three hundred tests with resamples were performed in each classification approach. The best PubMedBERT model demonstrated F1-score = 0.857 while the best ensemble model reached F1-score = 0.853. We concluded that the short scientific texts classification quality might be improved using the latest state-of-art approaches.
