Abstract Despite an extensive literature on the stress process of caregiving, little attention has focused on how caregivers provide care (caregiving styles). To explore caregiving styles among 100 primary caregivers for persons living with dementia, we utilize k-modes machine learning analysis. This technique clusters caregiver’s use of behavioral (Dementia Management Strategies Scale; criticism, active management, encouragement) and cognitive (Caregiver Readiness Scale; understanding, adaptability) approaches into style profiles. Three styles were identified: Managers (n=25; high use of criticism, moderate use of active management and encouragement, poor understanding and adaptability), Adapters (n=48; low use of criticism, high use of adaptive management and encouragement, good understanding and adaptability), and Avoiders (n=27; low use of all behavioral strategies, moderate adaptability and understanding). Styles differ by demographic and care characteristics. Findings suggest that caregivers have variable approaches to care that are measurable, thus, targeting/tailoring interventions to caregiver style could be an effective approach.

Introduction. The global transformation of the public life as well as social tension and the restructuring of gender stereotypes affect the role repertoire of women and their active inclusion in socio-economic life. This requires studying the nature and types of women's personal and professional behavioral styles.Aim. Based on the analysis of Ukrainian and foreign sources, to explore the content, types and significance of women's personal and professional behavioral styles.Results. The author has analyzed the contentof personal life scenarios and the nature, types and role of women's personal and professional behavioral styles.Conclusions. The findings can be helpful in givingpsychological support for women's professional activities, in particular in providingpsychological counseling and training programs.

Numerous politicians and scholars have argued that accountability of public authorities to citizens, clients, and societal actors is needed in the current age of governance. Academic debates about social accountability are however scattered with incompatible conceptualizations, high normative expectations, and sobering findings. This article develops an in-depth framework that provides a comprehensive definition and typology of social accountability. It discusses major empirical challenges to social accountability and multiple behavioral styles within social accountability. By distinguishing consensual and confrontational styles of account-holding and account-giving, this article shows that social accountability could serve multiple purposes that go beyond rosy ideals.

The article presents the results of the clinical and psychological study of the styles of psychosomatic behavior and psychological defenses. Patients with confirmed diagnosis of syphilis (30 people) took part in the research. The following methods were used: questionnaire “Lifestyle index” by R. Plutchik, H. Kellerman and H. R. Conte; questionnaire of psychosomatic behavior styles by V. М. Byzova, A. E. Loviagina, E. I. Perikova; “Individually typological questionnaire” by L. N. Sobchik; the projective technique “Drawing of a Man”. The patients of the selected group demonstrate the predominance of cognitive and behavioral styles of psychosomatic behavior and such psychological defenses as projection, denial, rationalization. Types of connections that were determined between styles of psychosomatic behavior and psychological defenses: the direct connection of the cognitive (r=0.317, P<0.05) and behavioral (r=0.657, P<0.01) styles of psychosomatic response with rationalization; moderate positive connection between the behavioral style of psychosomatic behavior and repression (r=0.380, P<0.05) as well as regression (r=0.398, P<0.05); reverse connection (r= −0.327, P<0.05) between the emotional style of psychosomatic behavior and displacement.

This article numerically analyzes the distribution of the zeros of Riemann’s zeta function along the critical line (CL). The zeros are distributed according to a hierarchical two-layered model, one deterministic, the other stochastic. Following a complex plane anamorphosis involving the Lambert function, the distribution of zeros along the transformed CL follows the realization of a stochastic process of regularly spaced independent Gaussian random variables, each linked to a zero. The value of the standard deviation allows the possible overlapping of adjacent realizations of the random variables, over a narrow confidence interval. The hierarchical model splits the ζ function into sequential equivalence classes, with the range of probability densities of realizations coinciding with the spectrum of behavioral styles of the classes. The model aims to express, on the CL, the coordinates of the alternating cancellations of the real and imaginary parts of the ζ function, to dissect the formula for the number of zeros below a threshold, to estimate the statistical laws of two consecutive zeros, of function maxima and moments. This also helps explain the absence of multiple roots.

Introduction. In order to study the impact of women's personal and professional behavioral styles on their attitudes towards money, which is an important problem in the context of women's economic socialization and inclusion in social and professional life, researchers need, in particular, special research methods and instruments. Aim. To develop a set of instruments to study women's personal and professional behavioral styles as factors in their attitudes towards money. Results. The author has developed a set of instruments, which includes (a) instruments to study monetary attitudes of a person, (b) instruments to study women's personal and professional behavioral styles, and (c) instruments to study gender, socio-demographic, organizational-professional and socio-economic factors behind women's attitudes towards money and personal and professional behavioral styles. Conclusions. The proposed set of instruments can be used for assessing women's personal and professional behavioral styles as factors in their attitudes to money.
