The paper aims to examine the critical success factors that influence the attitude of health consumers and their intention to use the national health portal (MyHEALTH Portal). The study was constructed from two behavioral models; Diffusion of Innovation and Theory of Reasoned Action. It utilized an online survey hosted on the official portal website with a convenience sampling technique of 223 respondents. Results showed complexity did not significantly contribute towards attitude, while trialability and relative advantage showed significant contributions. Meanwhile, attitude influenced health consumers' intention to use the portal, while subjective norms indicated otherwise.   Keywords: Diffusion; socio-cognitive; health portal, health consumer eISSN: 2398-4287© 2021. The course of the implementation of the General Election can never be separated from all kinds of ethical and criminal matters that always color in the course of the electoral stage in Indonesia. Several cases of violations of the ethics code and corruption committed by the Commissioners and Secretariat of the KPU at all levels resulted in sanctions imposed by the DKPP against the KPU. Therefore, the results of this study will look at the case of the KPU code of ethics in the DKPP decision for the 2018 to 2020 period, as well as the impact of this decision on election organizers at the KPU. This study using a qualitative descriptive research design. The data used in this study were obtained from literature studies in the form of documents of the results of the verdicts that have been issued by the DKPP obtained through the official portal website of the DKPP, with a period from 2018 to 2020. The document of the decision of the DKPP ethics case was then carefully processed by the author using the application of qualitative data processing Nvivo 12 Plus. The data processing results found that enrichment of the electoral code of conduct by-election organizers in the KPU is still felt less. All parties should highly praise preventive efforts to violate the code of conduct.

In late 2019, Thompson Rivers University embarked on a multi-phase website usability project beginning with a website user survey, to be followed shortly afterward by usability testing and interviews. While the survey was completed as planned, the COVID-19 pandemic closed the library and interrupted the usability testing phase. This interruption and the frantic website changes that followed led me to consider survey findings within the context of differing conceptual models of the library website as a whole. This study explores a number of conceptual models of the library website in further depth, considering evidence from both the existing literature and the user survey in addition to the researcher’s own experience making post-COVID website updates. Particular models that are examined include Website as Research Portal, Website as Extension or Representation of the physical library, and Website as Library Branch. Each of these conceptual models has different implications on priorities, structure, purpose, and resource allocation. Rather than considering the models of library employees superior or more advanced than those of students, I contend that an awareness of myriad ways to understand the website can best bridge the gap between library employees and other users. The study concludes that while there is no perfect model of the library website, considering and communicating our models may sharpen collegial decision-making structures and create greater unity of purpose within the library.

When designing websites and planning marketing concepts, students need to understand how to create an experience that is user-friendly in order to build traffic over time. Users want a website that is both intuitive and informative, while simultaneously providing an ultra-efficient search experience. They want information that is essential and specific to them, for their own precise needs and purposes. The key to designing a successful interface is to meet the user’s expectations of finding a suitable fact, product, or service expeditiously. Examining the case of Zillow.com, a highly successful real estate portal website, provides students with an effective example of underlying web design principles, such as user knowledge, ease of navigation, content adjustment, and the site’s fit within the digital marketplace. Zillow.com exemplifies incredible ease of use through various aspects of superior web design, such as the accessibility and functionality of both of the top menu and submenu links and the ability to filter search results using data fields with key requirements, leading to instant, valuable results. By looking at what Zillow has done right, students can glean a set of best practices in web design that not only apply to the real estate industry, but can be translated broadly across websites in all industries.

IntroductionThe Dementias Platform UK (DPUK) Cohort Explorer is an interactive, online visualisation tool that allows users to explore data for a number of DPUK cohorts. Over 30 variables across cohorts have been harmonised, including information on demographics, lifestyle, cognition, health, and genetic biomarkers. Objectives and ApproachThe tool has been developed to complement existing DPUK cohort metadata to provide a visual representation of participant numbers and field-level information for a selection of cohorts. This enables users to determine a cohort’s eligibility before applying for access to a cohort’s data, and aid in shaping potential hypotheses. Developed using Microsoft PowerBI, the Explorer hosts a subset of the cohort’s baseline, harmonised data, allowing a user to interrogate the visualisations of the uploaded data in a secure manner on the DPUK Data Portal website. Visualisations are linked so that participant numbers and distributions can be explored interactively. ResultsThis approach allows the user to explore the harmonised data across a number of cohorts simultaneously whilst setting and adjusting filters that are of interest to the user’s search criteria. This provides a better understanding of the real-world data and enables the user to determine the feasibility of each cohort for potential studies, whilst facilitating meaningful comparisons across cohorts. The tool currently visualises five DPUK cohorts with a total of 82,391 participants, however it is being incrementally developed with more cohorts being added continually. Conclusion / ImplicationsBy combing an easy-to-use, interactive dashboard with harmonised sets of real-world data, the tool allows the user to explore, interrogate and better understand field-level information in a secure manner with zero data transfer. This provides more insight for the user when applying for access to a cohort dataset using the DPUK Data Portal and may help the user to make more informed decisions and/or hypotheses.
