The course of the implementation of the General Election can never be separated from all kinds of ethical and criminal matters that always color in the course of the electoral stage in Indonesia. Several cases of violations of the ethics code and corruption committed by the Commissioners and Secretariat of the KPU at all levels resulted in sanctions imposed by the DKPP against the KPU. Therefore, the results of this study will look at the case of the KPU code of ethics in the DKPP decision for the 2018 to 2020 period, as well as the impact of this decision on election organizers at the KPU. This study using a qualitative descriptive research design. The data used in this study were obtained from literature studies in the form of documents of the results of the verdicts that have been issued by the DKPP obtained through the official portal website of the DKPP, with a period from 2018 to 2020. The document of the decision of the DKPP ethics case was then carefully processed by the author using the application of qualitative data processing Nvivo 12 Plus. The data processing results found that enrichment of the electoral code of conduct by-election organizers in the KPU is still felt less. All parties should highly praise preventive efforts to violate the code of conduct.

Human resources is one of the assets that has an important role for the organization, namely its ability to contribute and optimal work performance such as the development or improvement of the code of ethics, professional ability, dedication, initiative, sense of responsibility, and employee performance.This research was conducted to find out, describe and analyze the code of ethics & code of behavior and employee satisfaction in order to improve employee performance in Kanwil DJP Jabar I.The method used is an associative descriptive method. The sample taken was 94 respondents. Data processing and analysis is  using statistical methods.Based on data processing, it is obtained that R = 0.769 means that the relationship between the code of conduct & the code of conduct and employee satisfaction with employee performance is strong. While kd = 0.591, it means that the code of ethics & code of conduct (X1) contribute 0.270 and employee satisfaction (X2) contribute 0.321 to employee performance (Y) and the rest of 0.409 is influenced by other factors not examined. With simultaneous testing results obtained F count = 65,813> F table = 3,099. Thus the hypothesis is rejected and accepted, this means that the code of ethics & code of behavior and employee satisfaction can improve employee performance in the Kanwil DJP Jabar I.

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the recruitment process, the impact of the recruitment pattern of the election organizers at the level of the Voting Organizing Group in Medan Selayang District, Medan City on the Integrity of the 2019 Concurrent General Elections. The form of this research is qualitative research with descriptive analysis, to describe and explains in depth the recruitment pattern of election organizers for the Voting Organizing Group (KPPS) which is the spearhead of the implementation of voting and counting of votes in the 2019 Election. The impact of the recruitment pattern of general election organizers at the KPPS level in Medan Selayang District, Medan City on the Integrity of the General Election Concurrent Years 2019, linked by scrutiny, has had a positive impact. Supervision from Bawaslu that has been getting better, the rules and implementing regulations set by the KPU are detailed. Bawaslu already has a very good system. This supervision plays an important role in its implementation to maintain the code of ethics of the organizers, one of which is integrity. The positive impact is evident from the fact that KPPS Medan Selayang is able to carry out its duties properly, following established procedures and regulations, there are no reports of complaints, either from Bawaslu, witnesses from parties / pairs of candidates, or the public. The election activities were carried out in an orderly and conducive manner, according to schedule, and the counting of votes was transparent. KPPS is wise. The public can exercise their voting rights in an orderly and comfortable manner. TPS locations are well prepared. Good approach and communication with local residents.

ABSTRAKHakim merupakan salah satu penegak hukum yang menurut Undang-Undang bertugas mengadili perkara di Pengadilan. Dalam Menjalankan Profesinya harus sesuai dengan aturan yang disebut juga dengan Kode Etik Hakim. Adanya ketentuan Kode Etik dan Pedoman Perilaku Hakim diatur dalam Surat Keputusan Bersama (SKB) Nomor 047/KMA/SKB/IV/2009 dan Nomor 02/SKB/P.KY/IV/2009 tentang Kode Etik dan Pedoman Perilaku Hakim yang menerangkan mengenai Kode etik yang harus di patuhi oleh hakim dan harus ada keefektifan dalam menajalankan profesinya. Walaupun terdapat kode etik, tidak menutut kemungkinan bahwa ada hakim yang nantinya lalai  yang kemudian melanggar kode etik profesi hakim itu sendiri. Dalam penerapan sanksinya pun harus sepadan dan sesuai dengan pelanggaran yang dilakukan. Artikel ilmiah ini menggunakan  metode penelitian  ini, penulis menggunakan pendekatan hukum normatif atau penelitian kepustakaan. Sedangkan metode pengumpulan data dalam penulisan artikel ilmiah ini dengan melakukan wawancara terhadap pihak yang terkait.Kode etik tersebut menjadi suatu keefektifan tersendiri bagi hakim khususnya di Pengadilan Agama Bangkalan dalam menjalankan profesinya, dilihat dari hakim yang memang melaksanakan tugas dan wewenang sesuai dengan Kode Etik Profesi Hakim. Namun. apabila melanggar terdapat sanksi yang diberikan walaupun hakim juga termasuk salah satu penegak umum dilingkup Mahkamah Agung, sanksi yang diberikan berbeda-beda yakni sanksi ringan, sanksi sedang dan sanksi berat. Hal ini disesuaikan dengan ringan beratnya pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh hakim. Tidak ada sanksi pelaporan pelanggaran yang diajukan masyarakat Bangkalan ke Pengadilan Agama Bangkalan, hal ini membuktikan hakim dilingkup Pengadilan Agama Bangkalan mematuhi kode etik yang berlaku. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pengadilan Agama Bangkalan keefektifan dalam mengimplementasikan adanya Kode Etik Profesi sesuai dengan Pedoman memang benar-benar dipatuhi serta tidak ada sanksi pula yang dilanggar oleh Hakim yang ada di Pengadilan Agama Bangkalan.Kata Kunci : Hakim, Kode Etik, Efektivitas, Sanksi.  ABSTRACTThe judge is one of the law enforcers who according to the Law is tasked with hearing cases in the Court. In carrying out his profession must be in accordance with the rules, also called the Judges' Code of Ethics. The provisions of the Code of Ethics and the Code of Conduct for Judges are regulated in the Joint Decree (SKB) Number 047 / KMA / SKB / IV / 2009 and Number 02 / SKB / P.KY / IV / 2009 concerning the Code of Ethics and the Code of Conduct for Judges which explains the Code ethics that must be obeyed by the judge and there must be effectiveness in managing his profession. Even though there is a code of ethics, it does not undermine the possibility that there will be judges who will be negligent who then violate the professional code of justice itself. In applying the sanctions must be commensurate and in accordance with the violations committed. This scientific article uses this research method, the author uses a normative legal approach or library research. While the method of collecting data in writing scientific articles is by conducting interviews with related parties.The code of ethics has become a special effectiveness for judges, especially in the Bangkalan Religious Court in carrying out their profession, seen from judges who indeed carry out their duties and authority in accordance with the Professional Code of Ethics for Judges. However. if there is a sanction violated, even though the judge is also included as one of the general enforcers in the scope of the Supreme Court, the sanctions are different, namely mild sanctions, medium sanctions and severe sanctions. This is adjusted to the severity of the violations committed by the judge. There are no sanctions for reporting violations submitted by Bangkalan people to the Bangkalan Religious Court, this proves that judges in Bangkalan Religious Courts comply with the applicable code of ethics. So it can be concluded that the Bangkalan Religious Court's effectiveness in implementing the existence of the Professional Ethics Code in accordance with the Guidelines was really obeyed and there were no sanctions that were violated by Judges in the Bangkalan Religious Court.Keywords: Judge, Code of Ethics, Effectiveness, Sanctions.

Today the mass media has become one of the necessities that can not be separated from the human routines. Every moment the mass media has provided knowledge and information to the public. Increasing needs of information from public, create the mass media institutions in Indonesia developed rapidly. Each media competing to present information that attracts interest from the public. Fierce competition among institutions of mass media today sometimes make them did not work based on the several regulations that is written on the role and function of the journalist in Indonesia. Disobedience to the rules by the journalist agency workers can be seen from the violation of journalistic ethics. Journalism Code of Ethics is a set of rules in form of the Code of Conduct to which journalists practitioners are tied. It contains the principles of right and wrong and contains moral values. The purpose of this study is to determine if the Serambi Indonesia journalists understand the journalistic ethics code based on the knowledge they have, and the practical application of journalistic ethics in journalism activities among journalists of Serambi Indonesia. The results indicate that the Serambi Indonesia journalists understand and have the same understanding of journalistic ethics code as a rule of law in carrying out the task of journalism. Serambi Indonesia journalists use ethical ways when performing job as a journalist. The ethical ways include among other things: Introducing themselves as a reporter with showing a press card. At the stage of writing the news should apply the principle of covering both sides. Performing journalist duty with the independent attitude. Serambi Indonesia’s journalists gave the initials for the victim and young perpetrators of crimes. At the publication stage Serambi Indonesia is willing to give the answer rights to the reader or speaker who feel disadvantaged.   ABSTRAK Dewasa ini media massa telah menjadi salah satu kebutuhan yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dari rutinitas manusia. Setiap saat media massa telah memberikan pengetahuan dan informasi kepada publik. Semakin meningkatnya kebutuhan informasi dari publik, membuat institusi media massa di Indonesia berkembang pesat. Setiap media berlomba menyajikan informasi yang menarik minat publik. Persaingan sengit antar institusi media massa saat ini terkadang membuat mereka tidak berfungsi berdasarkan beberapa regulasi yang dituliskan tentang peran dan fungsi jurnalis di Indonesia. Ketidaktaatan pada aturan oleh pekerja agen jurnalis dapat dilihat dari pelanggaran etika jurnalistik. Kode Etik Jurnalisme adalah seperangkat aturan dalam bentuk Kode Etik yang mengikat para jurnalis praktisi. Ini berisi prinsip-prinsip benar dan salah dan mengandung nilai-nilai moral. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah jurnalis Serambi Indonesia memahami kode etik jurnalistik berdasarkan pengetahuan yang mereka miliki, dan penerapan praktis etika jurnalistik dalam kegiatan jurnalisme di kalangan jurnalis Serambi Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jurnalis Serambi Indonesia memahami dan memiliki pemahaman yang sama tentang kode etik jurnalistik sebagai aturan hukum dalam menjalankan tugas jurnalistik. Wartawan Serambi Indonesia menggunakan cara etis ketika melakukan pekerjaan sebagai jurnalis. Cara-cara etis itu antara lain meliputi: Memperkenalkan diri sebagai reporter dengan menunjukkan kartu pers. Pada tahap penulisan berita harus menerapkan prinsip peliputan kedua belah pihak. Melakukan tugas jurnalis dengan sikap mandiri. Wartawan Serambi Indonesia memberikan inisial untuk korban dan pelaku kejahatan muda. Pada tahap publikasi Serambi Indonesia bersedia memberikan hak jawaban kepada pembaca atau pembicara yang merasa dirugikan.

AbstrakNotaris sebagai pejabat umum harus mematuhi seluruh kaedah moral yang telah hidup dan berkembang di masyarakat. Kode etik profesi notaris adalah seluruh kaidah moral yang ditentukan oleh Perkumpulan Ikatan Notaris Indonesia. Kode etik notaris berlaku dan wajib ditaati oleh setiap dan semua anggota perkumpulan dan semua orang yang menjalankan tugas jabatan sebagai notaris. Pengawasan atas pelaksanaan kode etik itu dilakukan oleh Dewan Kehormatan Notaris. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis efektivitas sanksi etik notaris terhadap pelanggaran kode etik oleh notaris di Kabupaten Banyumas dan mengkaji Hal-hal yang menjadi penghambat penerapan sanksi kode etik notaris di Kabupaten Banyumas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode yuridis-sosiologis, dianalisis secara deduktif.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Efektivitas sanksi kode etik notaris berupa sanksi teguran dan peringatan tidak dapat dikatan efektif di Kabupaten Banyumas, sanksi kode etik notaris akan lebih efektif apabila dewan kehormatan notaris daerah Kabupaten Banyumas lebih menerapkan cara menentukan sanksi terhadap pelanggaran kode etik notaris sebagaimana disebutkan pada pasal 6 ayat 2 tentang penentuan kualitas dan kuantitas sanksi kode etik notaris, apabila sekali pelanggaran dapat dikatakan kualitas pelanggaran berat maka dewan kehormatan seharusnya dapat menentukan sanksi yang tegas tanpa harus melalui tata urutan sanksi kode etik, dan hal-hal yang menjadi penghambat penerapan sanksi kode etik notaris di Kabupaten Banyumas, adalah faktor penegakan hukum yaitu tidak adanya agreement antara Majelis Pengawas dan Organisasi Profesi dengan alat perkumpulannya Dewan Kehormatan. Serta faktor sarana dan prasarana yaitu tidak adanya prasarana dan fasilitas Dewan Kehormatan di Kabupaten Bayumas, karena tanpa adanya sarana dan fasilitas tertentu, maka tidak mungkin penegakan hukum akan berlangsung dengan baik. Kata Kunci :    Notaris, Kode Etik Notaris, Sanksi, Dewan Kehormatan. AbstractNotaries as public officials must obey all moral methods that have lived and developed in society. The code of ethics of a notary profession is all moral rules determined by the Indonesian Association of Notaries. The notary code of ethics applies and must be obeyed by each and every member of the association and all those who carry out their office as notaries. Supervision of the implementation of the code of conduct is carried out by the Notary Honorary Board. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of notary ethical sanctions against violations of the code of ethics by notaries in Banyumas Regency and examine the things that are obstacles to the application of the notary code of ethics in Banyumas Regency. The method used in this research is the sociological-juridical method, analyzed deductively. The results showed that the effectiveness of a notary code of ethics in the form of a warning and warning could not be effectively addressed in Banyumas District, a notary code of ethics would be more effective if the notary honor board of the Banyumas Regency applied more methods of determining sanctions against violations of a notary code of ethics as mentioned in article 6 paragraph 2 concerning the determination of the quality and quantity of notary code of ethics, if once a violation can be said to be the quality of a serious offense, the honorary council should be able to determine strict sanctions without having to go through the order of the code of ethics sanctions, and things that become obstacles to the application of the code of ethics sanctions notary in Banyumas Regency, is a factor of law enforcement that is the absence of an agreement between the Supervisory Board and Professional Organizations with the tools of the Honorary Council. As well as facilities and infrastructure factors, namely the absence of infrastructure and facilities of the Honorary Council in Bayumas Regency, because without certain facilities and facilities, it is not possible to enforce the law properly. Poverty is a central focus for social work and social workers, but has received much less attention over recent times. While the ANZASW Code of Ethics and SWRB Code of Conduct differ in their expectations of social workers on social justice issues, it is the impact of managerialism and neo-liberalism and their incorporation of postmodern language of difference and diversity that is much more significant in this comparative neglect. Social workers need to reassert their collective voice on issues of poverty to meet their ethical obligations for competent practice.

The impact of the psychophysiological factors of ethical relationships on the efficiency of cargo transportation has been considered. In the face of increasing tension on the roads, issues of compliance with the drivers’ professional ethics, which are a set of moral norms, that determine a person’s attitude to his professional duty, become relevant. The main problems of international transportation are inefficient communications, the causes of which are the following: psychophysiological features of drivers’ work; lack of communication skills among drivers; lack of an international ethical code of conduct for drivers. It is necessary to take into account the effect of a set of factors, that determine the psychophysiological state of drivers at different stages of the transportation process: first, highlight the factors, that determine the performance of the driver before the trip; secondly, the factors determining road safety. The general performance of the driver during transportation is determined by the psychophysiological features of the drivers’ labor in the process of driving, which, in turn, are predetermined by it's operation as part of the driver-car-road-environment system. This fact predefines the need to raise at the state level the issue of the development and implementation of the Ethical code of conduct for the driver, which will take into account national behavioral patterns and regulatory documents, governing road traffic in different states.

PurposeThis paper scrutinizes the impact of socioeconomic, political, legal and religious factors on the internal ethical values of human rights organizations (HROs) worldwide. The authors aim to examine the Code of Ethics for 279 HROs in 67 countries and the social and legal settings in which they operate.Design/methodology/approachUsing the framework of protect, respect and remedy, the authors look for keywords that represent the human rights lexicon in these three areas. In the protection of human rights, the authors select the terms: peace, transparency, freedom and security. For the respect of humans, the authors use the terms: dignity, equality, respect and rights. Sources of remedies come from justice and ethics. The analysis seeks to determine what political economy settings drive the ethical value choices of the organizations. Those choices are proxied by those keywords they mention in their Code of Ethics.FindingsThe analysis show that the scope of ethical values mentioned are higher when the HRO is in a country with more domestic violence, lower income inequality, French civil or Islamic legal origin and higher trust in politicians. In regard to the determinants of the ten keywords individually, the authors conclude that the status of the socioeconomic, political, religious and legal settings impact with local HROs mention each of the keywords: peace, justice, transparency, dignity, equality, ethics, respect, freedom, security and rights.Research limitations/implicationsThe analysis is based on HROs that have a webpage in English and list the employee Code of Conduct.Originality/valueThis study is the first to examine the Code of Ethics for HROs. The authors demonstrate that country-specific characteristics help to drive their internal ethical values.

The purposes of this research are to find out the types of politeness strategies used to save the face of the characters in Once Upon A Time season 1 and to identify the dominant scale of social dimensions when using politeness strategies in Once Upon A Time season 1. This research uses qualitative-descriptive analysis method and to get the data needed in this research the writer did the following steps: watching the movies, transcribing the speech, searching the data, classifying the data, analyzing the data and drawing a conclusion related to the types of politeness strategies and the dominant scale of social dimensions. The source of the data used is taken from the serial film Once Upon A Time season 1 by Edward Kitsis dan Adam Horowitz. The results of this research show that there are four types of politeness strategies found in the serial film Once Upon A Time season 1. They are 10 data of bald on-record (28,6%), 8 data of positive politeness strategies (22,9%), 13 data of negative politeness strategies (37,1%) and 4 data of off-record consists (11,4%) and the most dominant scale of four social dimension scales is social distance scale 14 data (40%).
