Wikipedia belongs to education in various ways. One gains knowledge by reading Wikipedia, the other obtains profound knowledge by contributing to Wikipedia. It is the reason why educators in many countries include Wikipedia editing into their curriculum. The article is dedicated to the ecosystem of education through Wikipedia and other Wiki projects which were created by the author, developed by Wikimedia Armenia and settled in Armenia. For seven years Wikimedia Armenia has been implementing Wikipedia Educational projects in different rural regions of Armenia and hopefully will continue its development. The system offers permanent creative learning for teachers, as well as deep and interdisciplinary education on their future field of engagement with students. It revolutionarily changes the attitude of teachers and students towards education. It facilitates the teacher and student relationships. It also changes students' interrelation from contest to cooperation. It shifts the attention of educational players from marks to topics’ perception. Of course, the most valuable advantage of this approach is that teachers improve their knowledge continuously and students, even not the smart ones gain comprehensive knowledge. This ecosystem is constantly improved based on statistical surveys. The components of the ecosystem were honored as the coolest Wikimedia projects and registered as trademarks: Wikicamp, Wikiclub. In the current article the full overview of education through wiki projects is given. The detailed description and innovative solutions on the challenges of today’s education will be introduced in the upcoming articles of the publication issue.

On the other hand, its publishers were Russias most famous critics, publicists, and outstanding literary figures recognized in the cultural and scientific circles. The magazine publications stood out due to their excellent style and availability for people of various social levels: both educated readers and those without profound knowledge of literature, science, and arts. The readers pool included older and experienced people and very young students. Later, the name of the magazine became a symbol of the great intellectual wealth of Russia.

The prevalence of wounds and the cost of treating them are increasing year on year. Improving the quality of wound care will improve patient outcomes and is a financial necessity. The Lens of Profound Knowledge is a tool that can be used to support quality improvement and identify where action is needed. It allows exploration of an organisation through four aspects—appreciate the system, understanding variation, psychology, and theory of knowledge—and working on all four aspects simultaneously is believed to increase the likelihood of achieving improvement. Improvements at and between all levels—microsystem (such as frontline services), mesosystem (health boards) and macrosystem (NHS Scotland)—would reduce variation in practice and prove to be both clinically and cost-effective. Given the rapidly growing population of people with unhealed wounds, wound care needs to be valued at all system levels and be adequately resourced.

Prof. Heinz-Uwe Haus is an internationally renowned director and is considered one of the world’s leading authorities on Bertolt Brecht. Besides his theatrical achievements, he proves to have a profound knowledge of Christian doctrines, which is significantly well portrayed in his Christian poems. His poetic lines unveil the essential spirit of the New Testament. In this paper, a few poems are chosen to illustrate his theological thoughts, which are intricately connected with the core value of the New Testament, including Jesus’ crucifixion, salvation, man’s real nature, fundamental faith, and so on.

Data generation is currently expanding at an astonishing pace, and the function of marketing is becoming increasingly sophisticated and customized. Companies seek to understand their internal corporate environment and externalities and to exponentially enhance their marketing power. This study aims to understand the influence of Big data analysis on digital marketing. The methodologies used to approach this issue were: (a) a systematic literature review based on articles dated between 2014 and 2020; and (b) a bibliometric analysis of articles dated between 2000 and 2020 using the software VOSviewer. The literature review allowed us to conclude that in the next decades, the business world in general, and marketing in particular, will define more oriented strategies based on a more profound knowledge of consumer behavior. Artificial intelligence agents driven by machine learning methods, technology, and Big data will be a conditioning factor in defining these strategies.

This book offers a new vision of early modern biblical scholarship through a close study of Hugh Broughton (1549–1612), the colourful English Hebraist who cuts a strange figure in the history of the period. Best known today as the puritan who criticized the King James Bible (1611), Broughton was both despised and admired by his contemporaries for his abrasive personality, controversial pamphlets, and profound knowledge of Hebrew, Greek, and rabbinic literature. Modern historians have found it equally difficult to reconcile the contradictions of Broughton’s life and legacy, scarcely moving past the stereotype of him as an angry, eccentric puritan. By providing the first monograph-length account of Broughton, this book explains how the same person could be both one of the most conservative and backward-looking scholars of his generation, and also one of the most innovative and influential. In doing so, it advances a new understanding of the relationship between elite intellectual culture, lay religion, biblical criticism, confessional identity, and broader processes of secularization in the period from the late Reformation to the early Enlightenment.

Recently MEIS1 emerged as a major determinant of the MLL-r leukemic phenotype. The latest and most efficient drugs effectively decrease the levels of MEIS1 in cancer cells. Together with an overview of the latest drugs developed to target MEIS1 in MLL-r leukemia, we review, in detail, the role of MEIS1 in embryonic and adult hematopoiesis and suggest how a more profound knowledge of MEIS1 biochemistry can be used to design potent and effective drugs against MLL-r leukemia. In addition, we present data showing that the interaction between MEIS1 and PBX1 can be blocked efficiently and might represent a new avenue in anti-MLL-r and anti-leukemic therapy.

Leopold Mozart's letter to his daughter of 16 February 1785, describing a performance of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's latest string quartets in the presence of Joseph Haydn claims that Haydn considered Mozart to have taste, and also a profound knowledge of composition. Contrasting interpretations of this statement are considered, including the relationship between taste and compositional technique, involving discussion of some sketches for Mozart's quartets and investigation of Haydn's statement against the background of 18th-century aesthetics.

The purpose of the article is to show the features of the formation of a musical notation as information transmission media from the composer to the performer in a historical context. A special is given to the time when the functions of the authors and the interpreters of their music have been divided. The article outlines some reference points in today’s permanently changing informational field. The methodology of the research consists of the use of observation, induction, generalization, modeling. This approach allows one to formulate certain rules of interpretation of the musical text which can serve as a guide for both scholars and performing musicians. The scientific novelty of this study is in the formulation of certain factors affecting the conventions within various historical types of music notation, and in the consideration of certain rules of the decoding (i.e., interpretation) of such notational conventions. Conclusions. The work with musical text requires a musicologist and/or a performing musician to have profound knowledge of the historical context in which the music has been created, the performing traditions and conventions of the appropriate period, as well as the scholarly sources, e.g., the written treatises and methodological writings by composers. This information creates an important communicative field, in which the interpreter of a musical text can find or create the best options from the point of view of artistic persuasiveness and stylistic compliance.

Abstract Purpose This study deals with missions, significant policies, operational approaches, and training programs learned from Singapore's experiences, thus contributing to a more profound knowledge of entrepreneurship in order to establish suggestions and boost the implementation of entrepreneurship and incubator business, particularly in universities in Indonesia. This study purposes to understand in-depth the practical implementation approaches of university incubation centres to facilitate entrepreneurship in Singapore. Insights were obtaining following a literature review approach. Design/methodology/approach Data for this study were collected from a variety of sources, including government documents, university reports, global related entrepreneurship research websites (GEI, Global Entrepreneurship Monitor [GEM], 2019), and related journals (e.g., Entrepreneurship, Incubators, and University Incubators). Findings Synthetically, incubation centres possess the following primary missions: (1) they integrate professionals in various fields to promote industry partnerships and engagement; (2) they provide training to new entrepreneurs for achievement enhancement, mainly to help them acquire missing business knowledge; (3) they encourage start-ups to engage with one another in the culture of incubators, to enlist more people to join in supporting and expanding the society; (4) they commercialise intellectual properties and promote the commercialisation of inventions and innovations for the future market; (5) they bridge academic professors with industry entrepreneurs for technology upgrades and business transformation. To summarise, University Incubation Centres in Indonesia should strive to emulate the best practices of some Singaporean universities and do everything possible to help their tenants accelerate their entrepreneurial processes. In order to be competitive, an incubator must extend its network and partner with successful industries, funding agencies, industries, and universities.
