Recent political events in Belarus have caused a large wave of migration from this country. Immigrants come to Poland seeking help and escaping from the cruel repression of the autocratic regime of Alyaxandr Lukashenka. This article aims to answer what role non-governmental organisations play in the policy of integrating immigrants from Belarus in Poland. Do immigrants from Belarus contribute to the activities of non-governmental organisations in Poland? This article highlights the problem of an active response of Polish society to the Belarusian socio-political crisis. It also analyses the activity of non-governmental organisations aimed at supporting immigrants from Belarus. It is based on source research, in-depth interviews with non-governmental organisations’ activists and surveys of immigrants from Belarus. The author uses the integration policy approach to examine the activities of non-governmental organisations aimed at promoting the interests of the immigration community from Belarus and analyses its expectations. The main goals of this article are to demonstrate the phenomenon of social movement among foreigners from Belarus and to show a number of integration problems of Belarusian immigrants in Poland.

Every year waste production has increased because of human population growth in Indonesia. The most waste component is organic waste, which contributes a negative impact on the environment and human health. This situation is also discovered in the Babakan Sub-village, Binong, Tangerang District. The awareness of the society related to waste management is needed to improve due to the garbage in this village is not managed properly. Moreover, a high frequency of flooding has happened in this area during the rainy season. To deal with this problem, the community service team of Pelita Harapan University introduced a biopori system and organized a workshop to produce liquid organic fertilizer. The purpose of this activity was to raise awareness of waste management in the society of Babakan related to waste management and environmental health. The method used was the field observation and community education that was counseling and workshop. The service had been going great and the society of Babakan village, Tangerang, gave a positive and active response. These community services caused the society of Babakan, Binong, Tangerang to get new options to manage their waste more properly.

The disaster and warning smart system has been widely used to create awareness among the general population in an emergencysituations. However the existing smart system surveillance and detection system unable to provide real time communication mechanism togaining the information about earthquakedisaster before it. However, aneffectiveand resilient ICT networks played an important role to save the human life. In this research, the different resilient information communication technology (ICT) networks has been reviewed and proposed a new logical architecturewhich helps to disseminatereal time information to various components of networks while provide anactive response facility to its cross pounding department. The proposed system detects the under-surface survivals through aliveness sensing techniques (their movements, breathing, and respiration patterns) and sends itto concerned cells such as responders’ cell phones, base station unit and relevant quick disaster management response cell.

In recent years, with the continuous growth of China’s power peak load and the rapid development of renewable energy, a large number of renewable energy sources are connected to the power grid, increasing the uncertainty of power grid operation and posing new major challenges to the power system regulation capacity. Flexible load has the characteristics of wide distribution, fast response, and high economy, which is an important control resource for the future power system. Based on the flexible load of commercial buildings and residential users, this paper studies the resource characteristics and response characteristics, clarifies the resource characteristics and demand response characteristic indexes of commercial and residential users, and establishes the response characteristics model of commercial buildings and residential users. Considering the influence of weather, holidays, incentive mechanism, and other factors on the response of flexible load, the quantitative analysis method of flexible load resource regulation potential for regional power grid dispatching was studied, and the feasibility of flexible load resources directly participating in the load control system was analyzed. Based on the uncertainty and mathematical characterization method of the active response of flexible loads, the optimal combination control strategy of demand response resources was proposed to eliminate the problems of heavy load and overload of regional power grid equipment by using the active response ability of flexible loads. Finally, the IEEE 14-node system is selected for simulation verification, which provides a theoretical basis for alleviating the power grid operation pressure in the peak load period of the power grid in the urban core area, improving the safety and economic operation level of regional power grid dispatching and the utilization rate of power grid equipment assets.
