The paper focuses on the determination of technical conditions and degradation of photovoltaic modules installed in grid-on operated photovoltaic systems in Ukraine and the Czech Republic. Detected malfunctions of PV modules are classified and Fault Tree Analyses (FTA) is created for particular PV modules. For assessment of the technical condition of the PV modules it is proposed to use residual resource index (RRI), that is being successfully used for determination of technical condition of transformers, breakers and synchronous generators. The main contribution is the method for the detection of photovoltaic modules condition with the use of a neuro-fuzzy network based on the experience of operational (maintenance) staff of particular plants.

Changes that occur rapidly during a pandemic are prone to causing psychological distress in adolescents. Therole of resources and the vulnerability index of resilience need to be explored as variables that affect psychologicaldistress. This study used a quantitative design with 111 adolescents who were collected online. Data were processedusing descriptive and correlation-regression analysis. The resource index has a negative effect of 12.6 %, while thevulnerability index has a positive effect of 21.2 % on psychological distress. The interaction of both indexes has a rolein psychological distress (R2= 0.21,F= 14.50,ρ= 0.000). Other findings indicate that participant psychological distress is high, with an average resource and a low vulnerability index. This study found that the higher the resourceindex, the lower psychological distress. Conversely, the higher the vulnerability index, the higher the psychologicaldistress. Intervention needs to be done by targeting both resilience indexes.

The forest ecological security of the Yangtze River Economic Belt has an important influence on improving the regional environment and promoting the sustainable development of the social economy. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to provide countermeasures and suggestions for improving the level of regional ecological security by quantitatively analyzing the forest ecological security status of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the tributaries of the Yangtze River. Using three main aspects, i.e., resources, socio-economic pressure and maintenance response, the study established 26 indicators that affect the forest ecological security of 11 provinces (cities) in the Yangtze River Economic Belt. The index weights were determined by principal component analysis, and the forest ecological security levels of 11 provinces (cities) in the Yangtze River Economic Belt were classified and evaluated by the grey clustering method. The results show the following: (1) the principal component analysis determined the weight of the three aspect indicators. The order is as follows: resource index > socio-economic pressure index > maintenance response index. This means that the basic environmental condition which the forest growth depends on and quality and quantity of forest is most important, and the maintenance activities performed by human beings in forest resources need to be strengthened. (2) The level of the forest ecological security in all the provinces (cities) of the Yangtze River Economic Belt is relatively good, with an upward trend. The level of forest ecological security in each province (city) decreases from the upper reaches of the Yangtze River basin to the lower reaches, and the level of forest ecological security in the central cities is lower. (3) The resource index, socio-economic pressure index and maintenance response index of all the provinces and cities showed an upward trend in these four years. The provinces with a significantly higher forest resource index include Yunnan and Guizhou. Shanghai, Chongqing, Sichuan, Hunan and Jiangxi were the provinces with significantly higher socio-economic pressure values; Yunnan province, Shanghai, Jiangxi Province and Hubei province were the provinces with higher forest maintenance response values.

This study investigated differences in main purposes of leisure activities, leisure constraints, and the quality of life among segmented clusters based on leisure condition index, leisure resource index, and leisure attitude index utilizing Korean Better Leisure Index (K-BLI). Characteristics of each cluster were aggregated for profiling using data from the ⎡National Leisure Activity Survey 2019⎦ in Korea. Results of this study provide room for debate and response regarding leisure experience and sustainability of recreation service in local community based on characteristics of each cluster. This study semanticized adults living in Gyeonggi-do having the highest population density in Korea by conducting K-means clustering. This study segmented subjects into three clusters. Characteristics of each cluster were determined and t-test was conducted to determine associations among the main purpose of leisure activities, leisure constraints, and quality of life. As a result, adults living in Gyeonggi-do were divided into “dissatisfaction with leisure resource”, “dissatisfaction with the quality of life”, and “sensitive to the leisure constraints” clusters. Their desire for improvement for quality of life and leisure activity were definitely clear. This means that results of this study through segmentation based on leisure index are meaningful as baseline data to suggest an actual policy plan.

To understand the development status of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) hospitals in Northwest China under the background of the Belt and Road initiative(B&R), this study analyses the health resource index of TCM hospitals in Northwest China, and finds that the development of TCM hospitals in Qinghai and Ningxia is relatively slow, the recognition of ethnomedical services is relatively low among the residents. Regional linkage could be used to co-ordinately facilitate the development of TCM hospitals in Northwest China. B&R could be taken advantage of to promote the high-quality development of local ethnic medicine. Cultivating composite TCM talents, promoting poverty alleviation with TCM services, advocating TCM culture could all be utilized to build the People-to-people bonds along the new Silk Road.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the local government’s success in its development, especially in the field of sports from the aspect of open space availability, community participation, sport resource, and community fitness level (Sport Development Index) that an evaluative research approach is conducted in this study. The research employs both stratified random sampling and cluster sampling technique. The population basic characters used include; the differences of regional progress level, gender between male and female, age ranging from children aged 7-12 years old, adolescents aged 13-17 years old and adults aged 18-40 years old, while the basic cluster used is district and sub-district or village. The research results show that the open space index is classified in low category (0.180), human resource index in medium category (0.551), public participation index in medium category (0.572), and physical fitness index in low category (0.488). Simultaneously, the Sport Development Index of Banyumas Regency in 2010 is classified in low category (0.487).
