Significance They establish a framework for building China’s influence in the standard-setting realm over the next 15 years. China has developed a considerable presence in standards development organisations, both at the international level and in industry associations primarily based in the United States and Europe. However, its influence in these forums remains low relative to its ambitions. Impacts China will allow market-driven multistakeholder standards associations a greater role in a process so far coordinated mainly by the state. The Communist Party will maintain an overall leadership role in driving China’s standardisation work. China-led regional forums and China-based multistakeholder associations may in the long term displace US-based forums in specific areas. Environmental protection and 'green development' feature heavily in the guidelines, offering concrete areas for international cooperation. China will look to gain competencies in accreditation, certification, inspection and testing, where it has historically lagged.

Numerous extant studies are dedicated to enhancing the safety of active transportation modes, but very few studies are devoted to safety analysis surrounding transit stations, which serve as an important modal interface for pedestrians and bicyclists. This study bridges the gap by developing joint models based on the multivariate conditionally autoregressive (MCAR) priors with a distance-oriented neighboring weight matrix. For this purpose, transit-station-centered data in Los Angeles County were used for model development. Feature selection relying on both random forest and correlation analyses was employed, which leads to different covariate inputs to each of the two jointed models, resulting in increased model flexibility. Utilizing an Integrated Nested Laplace Approximation (INLA) algorithm and various evaluation criteria, the results demonstrate that models with a correlation effect between pedestrians and bicyclists perform much better than the models without such an effect. The joint models also aid in identifying significant covariates contributing to the safety of each of the two active transportation modes. The research results can furnish transportation professionals with additional insights to create safer access to transit and thus promote active transportation.

Currently the system of management of the economy in the Russian Arctic is not effective enough, does not represent a unified organizational structure and requires serious restructuring. This is particularly relevant to the ever-increasing trend of weakening connections between regions of the Russian Arctic and the necessity to strengthen integration processes. In the article the authors propose the concept of integration of regional management systems’ activities based on developmentof their horizontal interconnections. This will allow more effective use of resources in the interaction process and focus them on solving common tasks in the Russian Arctic, which functions as a kind of management macrosystem, consistent in relation to its integrated northern territories. The fact that there is no unified approach makes it impossible to create an environment comfortable for the people working there. Regions have different ways of resolving issues related to the production location in territories where mining or minerals extraction is the main development feature. The management of subarctic territories has differences in the regions, that may help entities to unite due to financial opportunities. Development of territories of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District and the Arkhangelsk region territories is significantly different by their budgets, and the discussed programs are implemented in the regions depending on the availability of funds in their budgets. The article discusses options and scenarios thatcan help regions to develop a concept foroptimaldevelopmentof theterritories.

The article examines the features of agricultural enterprise management in the conditions of insolvency (bankruptcy). It is shown that the liquidation of agricultural organizations often has a destructive nature, leading to a reduction in production, withdrawal of land from circulation, loss of jobs by employees, impoverishment of the village, and not to the improvement of the economy by replacing non-competitive organizations with stronger ones. The main purpose of crisis management in this industry is to restore the solvency of the organization, resolve the contradictions that caused the crisis and bring it to a higher level of development. Feature of management of the agricultural enterprise in the conditions of insolvency is defined by specificity of the reasons which have caused crisis, production potential of the organization, possibilities of its economic development dictated by an external environment. At the same time, both short-term tasks related to the repayment of debts to creditors and longterm ones aimed at the strategic development of the organization are solved. To solve these problems, a detailed plan of financial recovery of the agricultural enterprise is drawn up.

Based on the collected geological exploration and underground mining data, this thesis has analyzed the development feature of faults of No.5 coal seam in Chenghe-Second coal mine and obtained fractal law of fault structure by fractal statistics. The result shows that the faults have a good self-similarity on the plane distribution and obvious fractal characteristics and that the larger the fractal dimension, the higher the complex degree of fault structures.

Taking M reservoir of D field as an example, analyzing the development feature of a thick sandstone reservoir in the high water cut stage which is driven by natural water, and studying the distribution law of remaining oil for this reservoir through 3 aspects: sweeping of the edge-bottom water, completeness of the well pattern and barrier of the partial interbed, and expounding the development method and effect of this thick sand reservoir in the high water cut stage through exploiting 3 kinds of remaining oil rich regions as fellows: the region which is not swept by the edge-bottom water; incomplete region of the well pattern and barrier region of the partial interbed.
