Abstract In the modern period, the productivity of water resources is an indicator of the efficiency with which a country uses its water resources. Taking into account the regional economic structure of Kazakhstan and the vast territories with different natural and climatic conditions, these indicators should be used taking into account the sectoral activities of the region and their availability of natural, including water resources. The purpose of this article is to consider the existing potential of water resources of our country on the basis of an assessment of water availability and determining the prospects for further development of the water economy of Kazakhstan in the conditions of sustainable development. The assessment of water availability is associated with such problems as the lack of hydrological information, differences in the conditions for the formation and use of water resources, difficulties in combining physical – geographical, administrative–territorial and water management boundaries, heterogeneity of the analyzed information.

Subject. This article considers the key economic parameters of the Chinese economy. Objectives. The article aims to group the regions of China by economic development level. Methods. For the study, we used the k-means method. Results. Based on the clustering of China's regions by economic parameter, the article determines the ranges that help subsume a region under a particular category, and describes four categories of provinces according to the growth rates of economic indicators and economic growth factors. Conclusions. It is necessary to classify the regions of China to determine the areas of transformation of the regional economic structure to ensure the transition to an intensive development model. It is also necessary to develop recommendations for the even and balanced development of regions.

Strategic positioning, in terms of the regional economic structure, is necessary to fully consider regional economic benefit in developing areas surrounding the airport. We propose a novel strategy formulation for an airport surrounding area development that moves the focus away from an approach focused on the airport toward an approach based on regional economic structure. The concept of comparative advantage and SWOT analysis was introduced by utilizing quantitative indices looking at the regional industrial ecosystem to enhance scientific analysis progress from the strategy building prospective. The proportion of inter-industry transactions, the degree of dispersion of inter-industry transactions, and the spill-over characteristics of local industries were developed into indices. Through the case study, we could systematically show that Incheon has both strengths and weaknesses in terms of the current absolute volume of transactions, opportunities in terms of demand factors and spill-over effect, but faces threats with regards to the regional industrial structure. The availability of the methodology was verified and a new concept of the airport economic impact zone has been proposed.

West Java Provincial Government in order to create innovation in order to accelerate the achievement of the vision of the Governor of West Java through the development of a strong regional economic structure. The innovation in question is to produce policies in the form of Regional Regulation Number 13 of 2010 concerning the Development and Development of West Java International Airport and Kertajati Aerocity. Various efforts have been made by the West Java Provincial government in order to accelerate the development of BIJB. The problem led to problems in land acquisition which was hampered by the rejection of some residents of the implementation of the BIJB and Kertajati Aerocity development. Another problem also arises related to the analysis of the readiness of the BIJB as the manager and support of the government in implementing BIJB and Kertajati Aerocity policies and related to the carrying capacity of water resources which are important for the sustainability of the existence of an area which is taken into consideration for implementing BIJB and Kertajati Aerocity in Majalengka Regency. West Java province. This basically requires qualified strategic steps for the realization of Kertajati aerocity in Majalengka Regency. The collaboration model of academic, business, government and civil society on Kertajati Aerocity policy is ultimately deemed qualified to realize aerocity Kertajati programs and policies. Keywords: BIJB, Regional Cooperation, Majalengka Regency

Abstract The rapid development of e-commerce has greatly promoted the development of modern logistics. The application level of e-commerce and the application status of modern logistics largely determine the development of a regional economic structure. Under such circumstances, it is particularly important to comprehensively strengthen the research on the impact of e-commerce and modern logistics on the network regional economy. China is as one of the most active regions over the world. Therefore, in this paper, we take the network regional economic as the research object. Firstly, we obtain relevant regional logistics nodes and e-commerce information through wireless networks. Secondly, based on information acquisition, we propose an empirical analysis of the development status of the logistics industry and e-commerce, and we also explain their contributions to regional economic growth. Finally, this paper proposes countermeasures to further increase the contribution of logistics and e-commerce to economic growth. This will provide a reference for building a regionally coordinated logistics e-commerce system and realizing regional economic integration.

This paper discusses regional governance and the relationship between spaces of economic governance and notions of regional economy. The region’s prominence in state spatial strategy has run alongside tendencies for spatial reform in pursuit of optimum spatial articulation of economy. Ongoing spatial reform holds implications for structural interpretation, policy priority and intervention practice. To this extent, regional governance can be understood using a periodisation approach, a response framed through specific temporal arrangements influenced by preceding actions, approaches and outcomes. Such changes however do not occur in isolation of prior spatial iterations, presenting both regional demarcation and practice as a dynamic process. This process involves three concurrent episodes of structuring, casting and disruption, creating a periodisation framework. Focusing on the English region of Greater Birmingham and Solihull and its Southern Staffordshire sub-region, I discuss the evolution of regional governance arrangements and through these interpretation and reflection of regional economic structure. I argue periodisation occurs not in punctuated forms but as a dynamic and historically founded relationship influencing reform, appropriating policy, and selectively interpreting structure for organisational interest. These complex relationships create a form of tidal heating through which regions are in a state of constant flux.
