Typing errors or typography are errors made when typing a document or text, typing errors can occur due to mechanical failure or slipping of the hand or finger. Generally, typing errors are something that often occurs when someone is typing and is considered normal, but this typing error in some contexts can change the meaning of the word or even the meaning of the sentence itself, This causes the need for correction again after someone has finished typing, but the correction process is mostly still manually so the results of the correction depend on how carefully someone makes corrections and how many documents will be corrected. Therefore we need a system that can make corrections quickly and accurately, the correction process can be done by various methods, one of which is using the text modeling method. In this study, the test data used 10 documents of the Banggai Regent's important speech, Central Sulawesi. The text modeling method can be combined with other supporting methods such as word2vec, where word2vec will be used as a recommendation for corrected words. This study creates a system that can correct word errors in important speech documents of the Banggai Regent, Central Sulawesi by using text modeling and Word2Vec methods, the results obtained from the system that has been made are the system has good performance and gets maximum test results

Good scriptwriting or reporting requires a high level of accuracy. The basic problem is that the level of accuracy of the authors is not the same. The low level of accuracy allows for mistyping of words in a sentence. Typing errors caused the word to become non-standard. Even worse, the word became meaningless. In this case, the recommendation application serves to provide word-writing recommendations in case of a typing error. This application can reduce the error rate of the writer when typing. One method to improve word spelling is Approximate String Matching. This method applies an approach to the string search process. The Levenshtein Distance algorithm is a part of the Approximate String-Matching method. This method, firstly, is necessary to go through the preprocessing stage to correct an incorrectly written word using the Levenshtein Distance algorithm. The application testing phase uses ten texts composed of 100 words, ten texts composed of 100 to 250 words, and ten texts composed of 250 to 500 words. The average accuracy rate of these test results was 95%, 94%, and 90%.

AbstractPolyploidy poses several problems for parentage analysis. We present a new polysomic inheritance model for parentage analysis based on genotypes or allelic phenotypes to solve these problems. The effects of five factors are simultaneously accommodated in this model: (i) double-reduction, (ii) null alleles, (iii) negative amplification, (iv) genotyping errors and (v) self-fertilization. To solve genotyping ambiguity (unknown allele dosage), we developed a new method to establish the likelihood formulas for allelic phenotype data and to simultaneously include the effects of our five chosen factors. We then evaluated and compared the performance of our new method with three established methods by using both simulated data and empirical data from the cultivated blueberry (Vaccinium corymbosum). We also developed and compared the performance of two additional estimators to estimate the geno-typing error rate and the sample rate. We make our new methods freely available in the software package polygene, at http://github.com/huangkang1987/polygene.

The Quran search system is a search system that was built to make it easier for Indonesians to find a verse with text by Indonesian pronunciation, this is a solution for users who have difficulty writing or typing Arabic characters. Quran search system with phonetic similarity can make it easier for Indonesian Muslims to find a particular verse.  Lafzi was one of the systems that developed the search, then Lafzi was further developed under the name Lafzi+. The Lafzi+ system can handle searches with typo queries but there are still fewer variations regarding typing error types. In this research Lafzi++, an improvement from previous development to handle typographical error types was carried out by applying typo correction using the autocomplete method to correct incorrect queries and Damerau Levenshtein distance to calculate the edit distance, so that the system can provide query suggestions when a user mistypes a search, either in the form of substitution, insertion, deletion, or transposition. Users can also search easily because they use Latin characters according to pronunciation in Indonesian. Based on the evaluation results it is known that the system can be better developed, this can be seen from the accuracy value in each query that is tested can surpass the accuracy of the previous system, by getting the highest recall of 96.20% and the highest Mean Average Precision (MAP) reaching 90.69%. The Lafzi++ system can improve the previous system.

<em>This study aims to describe and explain the form of language errors in the field<strong> </strong>of phonology, morphology, and syntax in the exposition essay of the student of X MIPA SMA N 4 Surakarta and describe the causes of language errors and efforts that can be done by teachers and students so that the Indonesian language error in the exposition essay by the students of X MIPA SMA N 4 Surakarta can be minimized. The research uses qualitative method with case study type. Research data in the form of Indonesian language error obtained through the exposition essay by the student of X MIPA and the data source used are documents and informants. Data collection technique conducted through observation, interviews, dan test. Data validity test used is triangulation method, informant review, dan intrarater. The result of this research are description of: (1) forms of language errors in the phonological field include capitalization misuse, misuse of punctuation, particle error, rewrite error, typographic error, and typing error; (2) the form of language error in the morphological field include mistakes of preposition, mistake of word formation, and error of pleonasm; (3) the form of language error in the syntax field include the phrase structure dan sentence structure; and (4) the factors causing the Indonesian language error not only comes from the students but also because of teacher and efforts that can be done to minimize language errors.</em>
