<em>This study aims to describe and explain the form of language errors in the field<strong> </strong>of phonology, morphology, and syntax in the exposition essay of the student of X MIPA SMA N 4 Surakarta and describe the causes of language errors and efforts that can be done by teachers and students so that the Indonesian language error in the exposition essay by the students of X MIPA SMA N 4 Surakarta can be minimized. The research uses qualitative method with case study type. Research data in the form of Indonesian language error obtained through the exposition essay by the student of X MIPA and the data source used are documents and informants. Data collection technique conducted through observation, interviews, dan test. Data validity test used is triangulation method, informant review, dan intrarater. The result of this research are description of: (1) forms of language errors in the phonological field include capitalization misuse, misuse of punctuation, particle error, rewrite error, typographic error, and typing error; (2) the form of language error in the morphological field include mistakes of preposition, mistake of word formation, and error of pleonasm; (3) the form of language error in the syntax field include the phrase structure dan sentence structure; and (4) the factors causing the Indonesian language error not only comes from the students but also because of teacher and efforts that can be done to minimize language errors.</em>

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan </em><em>pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana sekolah dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik dan sudah memenuhi standar nasional pendidikan serta para siswa sudah terfasilitasi dengan baik untuk mengembangkan keterampilan dan kemampuan</em><em>nya masing – masing.</em><em> </em></p><p><em> </em></p><p><strong><em>Kata kunci:</em></strong><em> Pengelolaan, Sarana, prasarana, Sekolah Dasar</em></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p align="center"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em>The research conducted at Pasir Penyu District Elementary School is aimed at obtaining objective, factual, accurate and systematic data on the management of facilities and infrastructure of Elementary School in Pasir Penyu Subdistrict. Education becomes very urgent at this time and in the era of ASEAN Economic Community students are required to compete competitively and qualified, so the need of facilities and infrastructure as a support facility in the learning process. This research is a qualitative research case study type with naturalistic approach which research study and describe case study related to management of facilities and infrastructure of Elementary School in Pasir Penyu Subdistrict with nonparticipant observation, in-depth interview and documentation as data collection technique. The informants are the principal, deputy head of facilities and infrastructure, deputy head of the curriculum, deputy head of student affairs, and teachers and students. The results showed that the management of school facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of learning has been well implemented and has met the national standard of education and the students have been well facilitated to develop their skills and abilities respectively.</em></p><p><em> </em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords:</em></strong><em> Management, Facilities, infrastructure, Elementary School</em></p>

The existence of the Covid-19 pandemic requires that all elements change from the economy, health and education. The role of teachers in education is the main key to successful learning, however, during the Covid-19 pandemic, online-based learning made teachers learn to improve learning media literacy, so that they could provide solutions to a fun learning process. In this research, we want to find answers about how classroom teachers' strategies in increasing media literacy during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research used a qualitative method with a case study approach. The primary data source for the researcher was all class teachers in both Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Collecting data using three techniques, observation, interviews and documentation. Analysis of the research data using the analysis of Miles and Huberman. Combined with the Quin Patton data validity test, namely data triangulation. The results showed that Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Azhar Menganti Gresik increased media literacy individually and institutionally. Meanwhile, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah An-Nur Junwangi Sidoarjo individually. For homeroom teacher, learning media at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Azhar Changing Gresik Zoom, Google Meet, Canva, Youtube and Whatsapp media. Meanwhile, in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah An-Nur Junwangi Sidoarjo, the learning process is still focused on using the Whatsapp Group. In addition, there are obstacles for classroom teachers in improving learning media literacy, including lack of internet quota, and infrastructure.

This research is entitled “The Translation Problem Types in Translating Indonesia textinto English (A Case Study of Translation Subject of Fifth Semester English Department –UPY) . It is about how Indonesia text is translated into English by English students, toidentify the translation problems, and to identify the problematics of translation technique.This research uses qualitative method to analyze the data. Techniques of analyzing datain this research consist of 3 components, they are (1) reducing the data, (2) explaining thedata, and (3) taking a conclusion. Reducing data is a process of selecting, focusing,simplifying and abstracting the data. Explaining the data is a process of organizinginformation and arranging the complete narration. Taking a conclusion is a process ofdrawing conclusion from the data. The data source of this research are Indonesia text andstudent’s translation.After conducting the research, the research find the data that all respondents havesimilar translation problem types in translating Indonesia text into English. The problems arediction, tenses, no equivalence translation; others have problems of adverb, article, andrelative clause. None of respondents apply other translation technique. They only apply wordper word translation technique. The accuracy of transfer level is adequate level. Only onerespondent have almost completely successful transfer level. Other respondents haveadequate accuracy transfer level. By applying the untrue translation technique has an impactto translation accuracy transfer level.This research is expected to open wide opportunities and challenges to academicians,especially those in translation linguistics sphere to deepen their research and study, especiallyin translating Indonesia text to English in order to be a new contribution to the translationfields.

This study was aimed at describing the profile of Fijai, a student of program kesetaraan paket A Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar of Bengkulu municipality(case study on Fijai who is also a clown). This study used qualitative method. Data collection was done by interview , documentation, and observation. The subjects of this study included Fijai's parents and Fijai's tutor at program kesetaraan paket A Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar of Bengkulu municipality. Data validity was examined using triangulation of subject, technique and time. Data were analyzed through three steps which were data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. From the results, Fijai's profile was as follows. Firstly, how was Fijai's family background? His parents did not have a job except to help him work as a clown. Fijai got Rp 2,500,000/month from his job as a clown. Secondly, how was his study at program kesetaraan paket A Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar of Bengkulu municipality? He always attended the class once a week. Thirdly,how did he do his job as a clown? He started his job from 10 A.M. until 5 P.M. He moved around while doing his job, sometimes at Suka Merindu traffic light, traffic light near the roundabout, and other traffic lights. Fourthly,how was his parents' response on his education and his job as a clown? His parents agreed with his education at SKB and his job as a clown did not disturb his education. Fively,how was his tutor's response on his education and his job as a clown? According to his tutor he had highly enthusiasm in studying, he always attended the class once a week. The Phenomenon of Bia Music in Batu village community needs to be closely examined considering that the Bia Music in the past to the present time is shifting and changing, due to lack of awareness, people's behavior towards Mia Music. The music of this tradition is very apprehensive to see the reality of the players from year to year diminishing in quantity and quality. The purpose of this research is to analyze: (1) Function of Bia Music, (2) Social reality that happened in society. This research uses qualitative method with data collection technique of interview, observation and document study. The technique of data validity is based on the credibility criteria, using triangulation of data. Data analysis techniques used are data collection, data presentation, data reduction, and data verification. The results of this study indicate that the Functions of Bia Music, among others, as a medium of ritual, communication media, into evangelism media, events of cultural festivals, education, association, entertainment and publicity. There are three moments of dialectics in the social realities of externalization, objectivity, and internalization.

Credit risk is one of the most frequent risks in tough financing such as on financing using ijarah and murabahah contracts in Sharia financial institutions. The reason is due to mistakes in the analysis of financing applications and lack of cooperative readiness in managing and anticipating the possibility of risk exposure in the institution. In other hand, sharia cooperatives follow the principle of lost and profit sharing that requires a careful cooperative in managing their business in order to achieve the expected profit target.As Sakinah Cooperation Sidoarjo which has been operating for 19 years only experienced credit risk less than 1%. Therefore, this study is aimed to firstly understand and describe to what extent the implementation of risk management in sharia financing in As Sakinah Cooperation Sidoarjo is, and secondly, to understand and describe the credit risk settlement scheme that occurs in sharia financing in As Sakinah Cooperation Sidoarjo.This research used qualitative method, using a case study approach. Data are collected through interview technique at main source and documents and regulation of the cooperation as secondary data source. The data were analyzed through 3 (three) steps. They are data deduction, data display and conclusion and verification.The results show that the role of the group and the joint responsibility system become the key in reducing credit risk Keywords: management, risk, credit, Ijarah, Murabahah.

In reality, not a few teachers who have been certified as educators are less competent in teaching the field of study. Many teachers are also able to master the subject matter, but they have difficult to present the material. This research applied a qualitative method using a case study design. It was carried out in the State Madrasah schools of Salahutu District, Central Maluku Regency. This research was conducted from August to 02 November 2017. The subjects of this study were 3 Arabic teachers, two principals and 6 class students totaling 12 informants. Based on the results, it was found that the pedagogic competence of Arabic language teachers was still relatively low due to the several indicators that were not implemented during the learning process. The personality’s competence of Arabic language teachers is relatively good compared to their pedagogical competence. The lacks of training, facilities, and rewards have caused the low educational competence of teachers. Their personal competence is due to strict supervision and their commitment to building the ummah as followers of religion and not because of their profession as teachers. Students are motivated to learn Arabic due to the motivation is given by the teacher, the mu'amalah is good between teachers and students, and there is a continuous and rigorous evaluation.

Abstrak: Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan upaya menumbuhkan minat baca siswa melalui budaya literasi di SDIT Qurrta A’yun Kandangan. Metode penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus dan subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah, Waka Kurikulum Sekolah, Waka Kesiswaan Sekolah, Kepala Perpustakaan, Koordinator Perpustakaan, Guru, Siswa dan Orang tua. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknis analisis yang digunakan penelitia adalah reduksi data, display data, dan penerikan kesimpulan. Peneliti menggunakan trianggulasi Teknik dan trianggulasi sumber untuk memperoleh keabsahan data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa upaya menumbuhkan minat baca siswa melalui budaya literasi di SDIT Qurrata A’yun Kandangan dengan upaya melalui kegiatan: 1) Penyediaan buku, 2) Jadwal Literasi, 3) Membuat Mading, 4) Reward, 5) Pojok Baca, dan 6) Perpustakaan Keliling. Faktor pendukung upaya menumbuhkan minat baca siswa melalui budaya literasi di SDIT Qurrata A’yun Kandangan adalah 1) Buku-buku Baru, 2) Motivasi Guru, 3) Fasilitas, 4) Lingkungan, dan 5) Motivasi Orang tua. Faktor penghambat upaya menumbuhkan minat baca siswa melalui budaya literasi di SDIT Qurrata A’yun Kandangan adalah 1) Buku yang tidak diperbaharui, 2) Gadget, 3) Waktu yang tidak mencukupi dan 4) Kurangnya dukungan orang tua.EFFORTS TO FOSTER STUDENTS’ INTEREST THROUGH LITERACY CULTURE AT SDIT QURRATA A’YUN KANDANGANAbstract: This study aims to describe the efforts to foster students 'reading interest through literacy culture at SDIT Qurrta A'yun Kandangan. This research uses a qualitative approach, a case study type with the subject of the Principal, School Curriculum Deputy, School Student Assistant, Head of the Library, Library Coordinator, Teachers, Students and Parents. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis technique used in this research is data reduction, data display, and conclusion. Researchers used technical triangulation and source triangulation to obtain data validity. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the effort to foster students' reading interest through literacy culture at SDIT Qurrata A'yun Kandangan through the following activities: 1) Provision of books, 2) Schedule of Literacy, 3) Making Wallings, 4) Rewards, 5) Reading Corner and 6) Mobile Library. The supporting factors for the efforts to foster students 'reading interest through literacy culture at SDIT Qurrata A'yun Kandangan are 1) New Books, 2) Teacher Motivation, 3) Facilities, 4) Environment, and 5) Parents' Motivation. The inhibiting factors in trying to foster students' interest in reading through literacy culture at SDIT Qurrata A'yun Kandangan are 1) books that are not updated, 2) gadgets, 3) insufficient time and 4) lack of parental support.

This study aims to describe the instruction planning implemented in Class at XII.4 SMA Kartika 1-5 Padang City. Students’ high enthusiasm for music lessons and many achievements in the field of music are evidences that the teacher has succeeded in implementing learning strategies.This research used a descriptive qualitative method. The subjects of this research were music teachers, school principal, and some students of Class XII.4 at SMA Kartika 1-5 Padang City. The object of this research was learning strategies applied in SMA Kartika 1-5 Padang City.The data were collected through observation, interview, and documentation. The source triangulation technique was used to test the validity of the data. It was conducted by comparing one data source to another as materials for data analysis. Interactive analysis was used as technique to analyze the data. There are four components: 1) data collection technique 2) data reduction 3) data presentation and 4) conclusion making.Based on the results, it can be concluded that there are several strategies of music learning implemented in SMA Kartika 1-5 Padang City. The strategies are: 1) learning preparation; 2) learning management; 3) media use; 4) methods, models, and approaches implementation; 5) approaches to motivate students; 6) learning evaluation.Keywords: Planning, Instruction, Music

This study aims to obtain an overview of how to foster children's character through the role of Islamic education from Mubaligh and contributions of parents in Gayau Pantu Sri Aman village, Sarawak, Malaysia. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study design. The subjects of this study were children aged 10-12 years old. The minority converts are tenheads of families, and the preacher consists of two people who come from the community. Data were collected through interviews and observations. Data analysis refers to the Milles and Huberman model, namely: 1) data collection, 2) data reduction, 3) data presentation, and 4) makingconclusions. The data validity technique used triangulation of data and sources. The results showed that mubaligh and parents play a role in developing children's character by applying social-oriented religious learning. Religion and tolerance are the most dominant characters that grow in children.
