The authors of the article focus on the main trends observed within cyber security regulations of Taiwan (Republic of China). In fact, Taiwanese governmental websites faced approximately 5 million attacks every day in 2021 [8]. Despite these attacks, the Taiwanese government operates in a steady way to improve its cyber capability, progressing on its cyber security increase path. The main document behind it in the form of strategic regulation is the National Cyber Security Program of Taiwan (NCSP 2021–2024). It explains the structure of the entities responsible for cyber security and describes both goals that have been accomplished and the ones that are/will be implemented. In particular, Taiwan focuses on providing higher cyber security protection standards, including critical infrastructure elements, private-public cooperation, the use of new technologies, and scouting for new talents. International collaboration is also highly valued as an example of joint cyber exercises between Taiwan and the USA in 2019.

The pandemic of COVID-19 is one of the major disasters in 2020 that have occurred throughout the world, including Indonesia. In the present situation and condition, in which most schools are currently implementing an online learning process, it is necessary to make sure that every students gain the information or knowledge that they must get as the result of the learning process. Hence, the formative assessment is in accordance with everyone's expectations that student must continue to gain information as their online learning outcomes.  This study aimed to review other studies conducted by some previous researchers regarding the implementation of formative assessment in online learning environment. Since this kind of assessment was only recently applied in the COVID-19 pandemic situation, it is important to investigate the effect, as well as the perception of students and teacher in implementing formative assessment in online learning environment. A library research was conducted to collect the data. From this review study, it can be concluded that this assessment technique has the potential to be very useful to be implemented in English learning, both for teachers and students. There are correlation between motivation, self-efficacy, and strategic regulation of learning. The students and teacher also showed positive perception towards online formative assessment. Both the students and the teacher gained many beneficial things after the implementation of online formative assessment in English learning.

The Asean open sky policy will have logical consequences on the regulation, control and utilization of Indonesian air space, therefore a strategic regulation, control and utilization strategy is needed to maintain the national interests of the Indonesian state as a whole. This paper uses doctrinal research methods through literature study, while the data analysis uses qualitative methods. The results of this research study indicate that the government must improve and make improvements to infrastructure on national aviation in terms of capacity, systems and technology, as well as strengthening existing policies and regulations so as to maximize the use and utilization of the potential of the air space.

As a result of the theoretical and experimental experiments carried out in this research work, research was carried out to prevent possible expected violations in hydraulic structures, as well as to prevent the occurrence of possible hazards that can lead to adverse events. The safety of hydraulic structures requires a lot of attention. In the process of analyzing the risks and factors associated with adverse events, as well as the management of hydraulic engineering facilities, it will be necessary to conduct practical work. Keywords:technogen, hydraulic engineering, construction, project, safety, object, event, risk, analysis, design, construction

Monitoring is a critical part of supervisory control and plays a critical role on the flight deck. Monitoring the flight path is critical to aviation safety. Recently, there has been interest in improving training of monitoring. We propose a model of expert monitoring that can serve as the basis for training. We claim that effective monitoring is much more than a scan pattern or where eyes point. In aviation, monitoring is centered around the pilot’s Situation Model, which integrates and represents the pilot’s knowledge from mental models in memory with observations about the current state. Effective monitoring is a cycle of posing a monitoring question, identifying how to gather the evidence needed to answer the question, and assessing implications for action. These processes may be fluent or effortful but depend on strategic regulation. We step through implications of our model for training.

Empathy is an integral part of socio-emotional well-being, yet recent research has highlighted some of its downsides. Here we examine literature that establishes when, how much, and what aspects of empathy promote specific outcomes. After reviewing a theoretical framework which characterizes empathy as a suite of separable components, we examine evidence showing how dissociations of these components affect important socio-emotional outcomes and describe emerging evidence suggesting that these components can be independently and deliberately modulated. Finally, we advocate for a new approach to a multi-component view of empathy which accounts for the interrelations among components. This perspective advances scientific conceptualization of empathy and offers suggestions for tailoring empathy to help people realize their social, emotional, and occupational goals.
