This study determined the management practices of school heads, organizational behavior, and performance of teachers in the distance learning environment. Fifty-five (55) public school principals and one thousand five hundred seven (1507) teachers were the respondents of the study. The researcher utilized the descriptive-correlational examination plan, which utilized the adopted and modified questionnaires to assess and measure the variables under study. The statistical tools used to analyze the data gathered were: Frequency and Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Findings revealed that the management practices, organizational behavior, and performance of teachers were relevant to the distance learning environment. The findings were used to determine the strategic plan model to be proposed by the DepEd and school officials. Since the school heads' management practices are assessed to a high extent, it may be sustained by introducing innovations in their respective stations, which will focus on how the instructional programs may be carried out to achieve the vision, mission, and goals of the DepEd. This may be done by involving the teachers in the instructional decisions to be made as well as in crafting the different plans to be implemented in the school context. The teachers may be exposed to seminars and capability building to further enhance their teaching pedagogy as well as their skills in the different aspects of the instructional program in the context of the new normal in the educational system.

This article aims to carry out a descriptive analysis of the performance of teachers qualified as researchers, in the distance education environment according to the student's perspective. The results will be a frame of reference for university authorities on the path of continuous improvement of virtual education. When carrying out the research, a general qualification of the teaching performance of 14.20 was determined, established the highest grade equal to 20, it can be indicated that there is a good performance of the teacher in the virtual education environment. In addition, the results show that the highest evaluation corresponds to the indicator management of the group and fulfillment of the objectives, which is directly related to the administration of the class, while the lowest rating is for the indicator "Teacher effectiveness so that their students acquire relevant knowledge, skills and attitudes”, which is directly related to the didactic strategies used, that is, to the use of technological tools that today are more than just an option. Finally, it can be noted that of the total of 17 teaching, 23.5% present a very good performance, 35.3% present a good performance and 41.2% present a regular performance.

This paper provided an overview of the types of interactions in the distance learning environment mentioned in the literature, which are represented in the interaction of the learner with the content, the interaction of the learner with the teacher, the interaction of the learner with the learners, the interaction of the learner with the technological system and the interaction of the learner with the graphical interface. It added a sixth type related to the interaction of the learner with the employees of the university units and departments, such as the Admission and Registration Unit, the Academic Advising Unit and others. This type of interaction, we refer to, plays an important role in the distance learning process and when it occurs, it will likely help learners to cope with the technical and psychological problems they face and will drive their spiritual، social and physical growth, in addition to cognitive growth, that is through technical support services and curricular and extracurricular activities which provided by university's units and administrations. This paper also revealed the relationship between the different types of interaction, how they are affected by each other, and the dependence of some on each other, and it proposed a model that demonstrates this.

This descriptive study determined the level of expectations, experiences, and satisfaction of the graduate students with distance online learning environment in Occidental Mindoro State College Graduate School during the Covid-19 pandemic. The study was conducted from January 2021 until August 2021 at OMSC Labangan Campus, San Jose, Occidental Mindoro, Philippines. A total of 58 respondents selected through a simple random sampling technique participated in the study. The questionnaire was the main instrument used in gathering data for the study. Data gathered were analyzed using frequency and percentage, weighted mean, Pearson-r moment correlation, and Regression analysis. It was found that the level of expectation, the extent of the learning experience, and the level of satisfaction with the online learning environment of the graduate school are very high. There is a high positive correlation between expectations, experience, and satisfaction. Experience has a high positive correlation with satisfaction. None of the indicators of expectation influenced satisfaction. The social and cognitive presence influence the satisfaction of the graduate students with the distance online learning environment of the OMSC Graduate School. It was suggested to improve internet connectivity, use asynchronous and modular delivery modes of instruction, give feedback and return students' output, and the faculty must keep up their good work to improve the distance online learning environment. It was concluded that graduate student's expectation and experience greatly influence their level of satisfaction with the online distance learning environment. Concrete actions are needed to improve and optimize the processes in the distance learning environment to enhance students' experiences and increase satisfaction.

The Covid-19 pandemic has forced Ukraine, like other countries, to move to distance education. The study aims to analyze the distance learning experience of Ukrainian philology students, to find out the pros and cons of distance education, those things that motivate students, and the challenges they face while studying online. The survey consisted of a questionnaire and embraced 105 respondents. The survey goal was to collect data that would allow concluding about the effectiveness of distance education for Ukrainian philology students at the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine, particularly for the study of foreign languages. The significant results of the survey include: obtaining reliable data on the effectiveness of distance learning of Ukrainian philology students through their feedback in questionnaires, online testing, a variety of writing assignments, and assessment in the online classroom, finding out the most effective distance learning tools, the main features of teacher – students interactions in a distance-learning environment. The research proves that Ukrainian philology students overall positively evaluate their distance learning experience. It does not negatively impact students’ foreign language learning motivation. Despite a positive attitude to distance learning, Ukrainian philology students face particular challenges connected with access to devices, lack of information and communications technology skills, Internet connection, and lack of communication with their peers. The finding reveals, whatever are the benefits of distance education, it cannot entirely replace face-to-face learning.

Currently, many different approaches to higher education are being discussed with the requirements of the educational authorities. The importance and necessity of meeting the educational needs of the population, ensuring access to quality education and integrating education and science and technology are usually emphasised. Purpose of the study: to identify the specific features of the use of electronic textbooks (interactive publications) for teaching a foreign language on different online platforms in a distance learning environment. A systematic review can be explained as a research method and process for identifying and critically evaluating relevant studies and for collecting and analysing data from identified studies. Educational materials need to be used on time and the spot. The Pinboard method can be used to increase the efficiency of the lesson. The word "pinboard" comes from the English language and means "pinboard backing", "pin board". The essence of this teaching method is that discussion and learning dialogue are connected practically. Its strengths are its developmental and educational functions. Students will develop a culture of communication and discussion, the ability to express themselves not only orally, but also in writing, and the ability to think logically and systematically.

Distance-learning has become widespread around the world. Many training areas such as engineering require the acquisition of practical rather than theoretical knowledge. In this paper, a framework is presented in the form of four pilot projects which is used for practical laboratory measurements in a distance-learning environment. Four demonstration devices consisting of an induction motor drivetrain, a magnetorheological clutch as well as a rolling resistance and an ultrasonicsensor were built and several examples of measurements presented. The system, based on accessible and user-friendly hardware, is cost-effective, simple to program and can be adapted to suit any application.
