The marathon is the most classic Olympic running event. In several cities worldwide it has become very popular with participation increasing during the last 20 years, particularly by Master Athletes. There are evidences that long-distance running could provide considerable health benefits for older runners, specifically risk reduction of cardiovascular diseases, cancer, diabetes, depression, and falls. Several studies have focused on the distribution of participants and their performance on famous marathons such as those of Berlin, Boston and New York. In this preliminary study we have analyzed data from several editions of the Venice marathon, a famous Italian race that attracts people from every corner of the world. The Venice marathon is listed in Abbott World Marathon Majors Wanda Age Group World Ranking and is Bronze Label certificated by IAAF, and Gold Label by FIDAL. The marathon starts outside Venice near Stra, then runs along the Brenta Riviera to Venice where the runners cross the canals over floating bridges set up for the race. For this study we analyzed data of the Venice marathon describing gender distribution in 17 editions (2003-2019), but groups of age-categories and their nationality only in 13 editions from 2007 to 2019. The analysis shows a steady increase in female participation, from 2003 to 2019.

ABSTRACT Researchers conduct research to analyze and determine the effect of Product Quality, Price, and Promotion on Purchase Decisions Rich's Gold Label Whip Cream at PT. Rich's Product Indonesia, using quantitative descriptive method. According to the survey, the customer population of the at Medan city's Rich Gold Label Whipped Cream is 200 people. The sample obtained 133 customers and tested the validity and reliability of 30 respondents. Simple random sampling method used for sampling. The test is done by using multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results of data testing indicate that, Product Quality, Price, and Promotion as a whole have a significant and significant effect on the Purchase Decision of Gold Label Whip Cream products at PT. Rich's Products Indonesia. The results of the research are Product Quality of 17,159 significant 0,000 which has a partial effect on Purchase Decisions, Price of 2,503 significant 0,014 has partial effect on Purchase Decisions, and Promotion of 2,947 significant 0,004 partially affects Purchase Decisions. Product quality, price and promotion of 104,241 significant value of 0,000 is simultaneously have a relevant effect on purchasing decisions.  Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Promotion, Purchase Decision.

Glass ionomer cement and resin modified glass ionomer cement are one of the restoration materials that are widely used by dentists. Its presence in the oral cavity causes glass ionomer cement and resin modified glass ionomer cement often in contact with food and beverages such as tangerine juice which can affect the compressive strength. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of immersion in tangerine juice towards the compressive strength of glass ionomer cement and resin modified glass ionomer. This study was a true experimental with a post test only with control group design. Samples were made from GC Fuji 9 GP and GC Gold Label 2 LC with 36 samples each. Samples were divided into two groups. The first group (18 samples of GC Fuji 9 GP and 18 samples of GC Gold Label 2 LC) was immersed in tangerine juice for 24 hours in an incubator at 37°C. The second group (18 samples of GC Fuji 9 GP and 18 samples of GC Gold Label 2 LC) as a control was immersed in artificial saliva for 24 hours in an incubator at 37°C. The compressive strength was determined using a compression machine. The results showed that the mean compressive strength of glass ionomer cement immersed in tangerine juice was 14,03±0,48 MPa and immersed in artifical saliva was 52,08±0,67 MPa. The mean compressive strength of resin modified glass ionomer cement immersed in tangerine juice was 58,98±0,97 MPa and immersed in artifical saliva was 68,28±0,67 MPa. Data were analyzed with Independent T-test showing the results of p<0.05. The conclusion of this study was that there was an effect of immersion in tangerine juice towards the decreasing of the compressive strength of glass ionomer cement and resin modified glass ionomer cement.

Aim: The purpose of this study is to compare and evaluate the water sorption and solubility of ve different types of restorative cements, in order to show variations that may reduce their effectiveness. Materials and methods: Five discs each of ve different materials viz. Ketac Molar (3M ESPE), Universal Restorative 2 (GC Gold Label), Ionol plus (VOCO), High Strength Posterior Restorative 9 (GC Gold Label) and Cention-N (Ivoclar) were prepared. The discs were weighed individually on precision weight scale, dehydrated and weighed again after storing for 1 day at 37oC in 50 ml distilled water. Again, the discs were stored for a week in 50 ml of distilled water at 37oC. All the discs were weighed individually after 7 days, dehydrated and new weights were again recorded. Water solubility of material and its water sorption were obtained from the difference between the intial and the nal dry mass of each disc, after 1 day and 7 days of immersion in distilled water. Data was analyzed for signicant difference by one-way ANOVAand Tukey's test. Results: The water sorption values were minimal with Cention-N after 1 day followed by Ketac Molar, Ionol Plus, Universal Restorative 2 and High Strength Restorative 9; and after 7 days, water sorption values were minimal for High Strength Restorative 9 followed by Ketac Molar, Ionol Plus, Cention- N and Universal Restorative 2. The solubility values were minimal with Cention-N after 1 day and 7 days followed by Ionol plus, Ketac molar, High strength restorative 9 and Universal restorative 2. Conclusion: Among the tested restorative cements, water sorption was minimal with Cention –N after 1 day whereas it was minimal for High Strength Restorative 9 after 7 days. Solubility was minimal for Cention-N after 1 day and 7 days.

A novel electrochemical gene detection method based on bio-barcode/gold label silver stain (GLSS) dual amplification is presented. The silica nanoparticle/gold nanoparticles (SiO2/AuNPs) barcode probes were constructed by combining SiO2 nanoparticle-labeled DNA with AuNPs, which hybridizes with target DNAs and the electrode surface-modified DNA probes. The silver ions were reduced on the surface of AuNPs to form a silver shell by the catalysis of AuNPs, and then the electrochemical detection of deposited silver was performed by linear sweep voltammetry (LSV). In this paper, the effects of electrode blocking agent, blocking time and silver deposition time on electrochemical detection were also investigated. The proposed electrochemical DNA biosensor bring forth a low detection limit of 0.23 fM and a widely linear range of 1 fM to 10 pM. This method can clearly distinguish the complementary and mismatched DNA, with good repeatability and stability.

Computational models for sarcasm detection have often relied on the content of utterances in isolation. However, the speaker’s sarcastic intent is not always apparent without additional context. Focusing on social media discussions, we investigate three issues: (1) does modeling conversation context help in sarcasm detection? (2) can we identify what part of conversation context triggered the sarcastic reply? and (3) given a sarcastic post that contains multiple sentences, can we identify the specific sentence that is sarcastic? To address the first issue, we investigate several types of Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks that can model both the conversation context and the current turn. We show that LSTM networks with sentence-level attention on context and current turn, as well as the conditional LSTM network, outperform the LSTM model that reads only the current turn. As conversation context, we consider the prior turn, the succeeding turn, or both. Our computational models are tested on two types of social media platforms: Twitter and discussion forums. We discuss several differences between these data sets, ranging from their size to the nature of the gold-label annotations. To address the latter two issues, we present a qualitative analysis of the attention weights produced by the LSTM models (with attention) and discuss the results compared with human performance on the two tasks.

O objetivo deste trabalho é avaliar a resistência à compressão (RC) e à tração diametral (RTD) de 18 diferentes marcas de cimentos de ionômero de vidro (CIV): Bioglass (B), ChemFil Rock (CR), Equia Forte (EF), GC Gold Label 2(GL2), GC Gold Label 9 (GL9), Glass Ionomer Type II (GIT), Ion Z (IZ), Ionglass (IG), Ionofil Plus (IP), Ionomaster (IM), Ionostar (IS), Ketac Molar Easy Mix (KM), Magic Glass (MG), Maxxion (Ma), Riva Self Cure (R), Vidrion (V), Vitro Fil (VF) e Vitro Molar (VM). O teste de RC foi realizado segundo as normas da ISO 9917-1:2007 com espécimes de 4ø x 6mm (n5). O teste de RTD seguiu a ADA n.66 com espécimes de 6ø x 3 mm (n5). Os espécimes foram mantidos na matriz em estufa a 37±1oC por 1 h e depois, armazenados em água deionizada em estufa por 23 h. Os testes de resistência foram realizados em máquina de ensaios universal com uma velocidade de 0,75 mm/min. Após testes de normalidade e homogeneidade, os dados foram submetidos à análise de variância (ANOVA) seguida de teste de Tukey (a0,05). Os valores em MPa variaram para RC de 43,1 (B) a 207,64 (EF) e RTD  de 5,65 (MG) a 13,72 (V),   com diferença estatística significante. Os maiores valores de RC foram registrados para EF, GL9 e GIT, que apresentaram valores intermediários de RTD. Os maiores dados de RTD foram de V, KM e CR, sendo que V e CR apresentaram valores intermediários de RC. B, MG, Ma e VF mostraram os menores valores nas duas propriedades. Outras propriedades devem ser avaliadas para se estabelecer a indicação adequada das diversas marcas comerciais dos CIV.Palavras-chave: Força Compressiva. Cimentos de Ionômeros de Vidro.
