The recession caused by the pandemic and the vulnerabilities faced by the entire international monetary system and the national financial systems requires a particular approach to analyzing the current situation and the design of new developments. Based on these arguments, we set out to investigate national financial systems from the perspective of complex systems theory.Following the research, we concluded that understanding the nature and characteristics of the manifestation of synergistic effects allows organizing the financial system's management at a new quality level, based on the concepts of discretion and stability of development trajectories of the world economy.

Extraction of the remaining reserves at the Starobinsk potassium salt deposit is associated with degradation of geological conditions as the content of clay beds in roof rocks increases with depth. The article presents the underground test data on the most promising techniques of roof support in development entries in deep-level unstable rocks in the Starobinsk potassium salt deposit. In an operating mine, various combinations of different support types and ground control approaches were tested, namely, compensation voids (slotting, racking) and long roof bolting. It is found that the maximum efficiency of development heading support is achieved with the combination of destressing headings and compensation slots. These flow charts are applicable to a depth of 860–900 m at the clay bed content of 35%. At the depths greater than 900 m and at the clay bed content higher than 35%, each underground excavation should have a specific support type. In extremely complex conditions at any depth and at the clay bed content from 35 to 60% in the roof, the support design for long underground openings with a span to 3.8 m, without slots in the sidewalls can involve roof scaling up to the roof arch (pressure arch) and installation of special-shape and expansion-type yielding support in sidewalls.

Adolescence is a transition from children to adulthood, usually this is a very vulnerable period for parents because at this age children begin to look for identity. Teenagers begin to want to have their own desires and no longer want to be regulated by parents because they already feel as adults. Environmental factors in the residence and school environment are very influential on the stability of development in adolescence. Teenagers who are out of control and unable to control themselves will very easily fall into social behavior deviations such as fighting with friends, brawl to drug abuse. To help the school and parents in overcoming this problem, media education needs to be deviated social behavior in adolescents based on visual multimedia. Visual multimedia technology was chosen because this media tendency is much easier to be accepted and understood by teenagers compared to just a lecture or seminar. The making of educational media for social behavior deviations in adolescents was built using motion graphic techniques. Then for the development method used is the Multimedia Development Life Cycle. The results obtained in this study in the form of motion graphics with the title of Morals with duration 00: 02:20.
