The article reflects the views of Spanish writers and poets who are fans of bullfighting. The authors spoke about the importance of bullfighting in Spanish culture and literature. The works written about bullfighting are investigated. The article especially deals with the concepts of “bull” and “bullfighter” from the lexical units of bullfighting, widely used in Spanish literature. Based on examples from the authors, the place of the concepts of “bull” and “bullfighter” in Spanish thought is explored. In the works, the bull is metaphorically described as “wild”, “strong”, “dangerous”, “quick”, “brave”. The characteristics of the bullfighters, such as “proud”, “handsome”, “brave”, “winner”, “professional person who earns good money", “famous” in Spanish thought, are also successfully reflected in the works of Spanish authors. QUALITY ASSURANCE IN PHARMACEUTICAL OPERATIONS

The specialized literature does not confer a consensual definition of the quality in the pharmaceutical procedures. Nevertheless, most definitions imply the satisfaction of eth customers’ needs. The customers of the pharmaceutical procedures are the patients and also the professional persons from the domain of health that prescribe, issue and administrate medicines. The pharmacist is a professional person who is in direct contact with the patient, being the first professional person to whom the patients address when the affection is a mild one and they need counselling regarding the medication or diagnostic. The more complex the medication of the patient is, the more probable the side effects shall be. The morbidity and mortality may be consequences at the error of medication. The appearance of some medicines increases directly proportional to the errors of prescribing the medication. The quality in using the medication implies the choice of the medicine, the optimization of the compliance of the patient with the treatment, avoiding side effects, assuring the therapeutical objectives. The possibilities of appearing the errors being numerous, it is easy to understand why the assurance and improvement of the quality of the pharmaceutical procedures are important aspects for pharmacists and patients. The present paper has as purpose the qualitative improvement of the pharmaceutical procedures by the help of the pharmacist, thus the pharmacy becoming a supplier of pharmaceutical care of the best quality

Aesthetotherapeutic Ways of the Formation of the Worldview Culture in Future Primary School Teachers

The article deals with the problem of the formation of the worldview culture of the carriers of Good, Beauty and Truth, namely primary school teachers. According to the author, the elementary school teacher is the first professional person, who has an opportunity to provide the younger generation with the knowledge about the contemporary picture of the world, shaping their readiness for changes and effective solution of different life situations. The problem of forming the worldview culture of future educators has been the subject of researches conducted by a number of scholars in different scientific fields. Most educators defined this term as the content of the views and beliefs of an individual, his or her social attitudes and moral principles of behavior. In the article the role of innovative psychological-pedagogical and spiritual-therapeutic educational practice – aesthetotherapy, which allows opening a person’s interests and aspirations to ideals in their worldview value – has been actualized. The author covers the experience of aesthetotherapeutic preparation of future elementary school teachers in the context of forming a worldview culture. Such professional education is carried out in the form of working out a number of professionally-oriented games and exercises, in particular: art-technique (“Self-portrait”), phototherapeutic exercise (“Way of life” and “Working with polarities”), “Creating a fairy tale” technique, methods of derephlexia, etc.

The article is devoted to the study of problematic aspects of the implementation of the mediation procedure in Russia. The author noted that mediation on the path of its development in the country encountered a number of obstacles of a moral, ethical, psychological, economic and legislative nature, the solution and settlement of which requires certain efforts both from the side of society and public organizations, and from the state. Using the method of analytical review of theoretical and practical developments of domestic researchers and legislative documents, the article identifies the following problems of mediation: low legal culture of the population; lack of confidence in this service; lack of awareness of society as a whole, and of citizens in particular, about mediation, its advantages as an alternative to the trial method; the position of the parties that do not want to compromise; the difficulty of choosing a mediator - as a highly professional person; mainly the social foundations for the development of mediation and insufficient state support. These problems are interrelated, therefore, their solution requires an integrated approach.
