Abstract In the given article the development of the moisture transfer equation based on the theory of moisture potential is considered. The task of combined heat and moisture transfer is one of the most complicated tasks in the building thermal physics field. The classical equations of moisture transfer by K.F. Fokin representing the transfer of moisture under the action of partial transfer potentials - the gradient of the partial pressure of water vapor and the gradient of humidity F - are listed. The possibility of uniform accounting of the combined water vapor transfer on the basis of the moisture potential F is described. The sorption isotherm for aerated concrete is constructed in accordance with the experiment carried out in a desiccator with an aqueous solution of sulfuric acid. A new equation of moisture transfer which takes into account moistening with vaporous moisture in the sorption zone of moisture and liquid moisture in the excess sorption zone of moisture is derived. In order to simplify the work with the obtained equation a new value of the relative potential capacity is introduced. A graph construction of sorption and excess sorption isotherms which are obtained using an analytical expression for the relative potential capacity is proposed. In the sorption zone of humidification the sorption and excess sorption isotherms coincide with the classical sorption isotherm. Meanwhile, in the excess sorption zone of humidification the sorption and excess sorption isotherms depend on temperature.

Modern technologies allow much higher rate of prosperity than normally seen around the globe. The development can be achieved based on the local resources. Pyrolysis should play the central role on the initial stage of the processing of the biomass. The practical experience made by the development engineers allow to make solid conclusion about the current problems faced during the introduction of the technology. The introduction of pyrolysis technologies, especially in developing countries, faces non-engineering problems. The assessment of the economic viability of the introduced technological process can be performed based on the coverage of the global deficit, primarily in terms of resources substituted as inputs. To motivate the local population, it is proposed to introduce a large number of small production facilities with a unified system of coordination of producers and partial transfer of ownership rights. The regional economy should undergo the balanced growth and be protected by cheap quasi real regional currency and expensive accumulative currency. The reginal saving rate can be regulated, allowing for the accelerated rate of regional investments. New green technologies based on pyrolysis should allow for the new regional economic policy named “Green economic defensive initiative”.

The main point of the work was to use virtual reality to discover its benefits on training, specifically on the precision of hand movements in specific settings, and then evaluate its effects both for virtual reality and the transfer of the results to the real world. A virtual reality simulation was created using the Unity3D game engine and real-world experimental material was also prepared. A total of 16 participants took part in the training, which lasted for approximately one month. Once the data was gathered from both the virtual reality and real-world tests, we carried out in-depth statistical analysis. The results suggest positive outcomes in most aspects in virtual reality training productivity, but only partial transfer of the training benefits to the real world scenario. The possible reasons for this are described in the work and suggestions are given to duplicate the study with different variables to try to achieve different results.

Domain adaptation-based models for fault classification under variable working conditions have become a research focus in recent years. Previous domain adaptation approaches generally assume identical label spaces in the source and target domains, however, such an assumption may be no longer legitimate in a more realistic situation that requires adaptation from a larger and more diverse source domain to a smaller target domain with less number of fault classes. To address the above deficiencies, we propose a partial transfer fault diagnosis model based on a weighted subdomain adaptation network (WSAN) in this paper. Our method pays more attention to the local data distribution while aligning the global distribution. An auxiliary classifier is introduced to obtain the class-level weights of the source samples, so the network can avoid negative transfer caused by unique fault classes in the source domain. Furthermore, a weighted local maximum mean discrepancy (WLMMD) is proposed to capture the fine-grained transferable information and obtain sample-level weights. Finally, relevant distributions of domain-specific layer activations across different domains are aligned. Experimental results show that our method could assign appropriate weights to each source sample and realize efficient partial transfer fault diagnosis.

Current state of the world economy and the development of private law institutions implies limited interference of the government in the activity of the actors of social relations based on their equality, autonomy of will, and property autonomy. Foreign experience demonstrates that the transfer of certain public functions from the government to nongovernmental or private entities yields positive results. One of such spheres of activity is the enforcement of court decisions and acts of other branches, which in a number of countries is carried out by private executors. At the same time, the effectiveness of the nongovernmental model of enforcement proceedings first and foremost depends on the quality of legal regulation. This article is dedicated to the analysis of Russian and foreign models of enforcement proceedings. The authors explore the mechanisms of denationalization of the state system of enforcement of executive documents and the prospects for its implementation in the Russian Federation. The scientific novelty of the research consists in the development of the key vectors of reforming the system of enforcement proceedings in the Russian Federation associated with partial transfer of the authority on enforcement of executive documents from bailiffs to private enforcement agents. It is noted that recently the rate of enforcement of executive documents has not been sufficient to indicate the effectiveness of enforcement proceedings, which is primarily substantiated by the increased workload of bailiffs. The conclusion is made on the need to reform the mixed model of enforcement proceedings in the Russian Federation, which includes two links: governmental and nongovernmental. The basic characteristics of such a model are formulated.
