The quantitative case study investigates whether Freeman’s (1989) K.A.S.A teacher framework is effective when adjusted for student use during self-reflection tasks. The potential of this teaching method to improve learner study skills, namely to scaffold learner autonomy, will be considered. This paper offered a framework to 30 students as an autonomous self-assessment task, their answers were analysed using KH Coder 3, a text-mining software, to quantitatively identify clusters of lexemes expressed by participants to determine whether they had cited the framework’s dimensions of knowledge, attitude, skills, and awareness. A notable observation is that students demonstrated agency through complex metacognitive engagement with the reflection tool, evidenced by clear proximities co-occurring between awareness and skills. Word-trees were mapped to further assist the exploration of co-occurring themes and implicated that this tool may aid students with the process of identifying personal skill proficiencies; potentially assisting learners to map their learning experiences with more nuance. 本研究は、教師が成長し続けるためにFreeman (1989) が提唱した内省の道具立てK.A.S.A.フレームワークを学生に援用し、その有効性を定量的に探索した事例の1つである。提案する内省方法が、学習を向上させる可能性、言い換えると、学習者の自立性を育むための足場となり得るかを検証した。本論文では、30名の学生が自立を促すタスクとしてK.A.S.A.フレームワークを活用した自己評価を行い、記述された回答をテキストマイニングのフリーソフトウェアKH Coder3を用いて分析し、「知識」、「態度」、「技能」、「意識」の各側面から、内省する際にどのような割合で言及しているかどうか、定量的に回答で用いられた表現における語彙のクラスターを確認した。その結果、意識と技能の間に明確な近接性があり、参加した学生はK.A.S.A.フレームワークをツールにして内省する際、メタ認知能力を駆使して主体的に取り組みをしていることがわかった。さらに、共起語を探るために作図された共起ネットワークによって、K.A.S.A.フレームワークは、自身の技能における習熟度を学生が特定する過程を支援する可能性や自身の学んだ経験をより綿密に位置付けるのに役立つ可能性があることが示唆された。

The Satisfactory levels perceived and experiences from one planned fitness programme Fat to Fit- Just Do. It was for a group of clarity employees and adopted instrument’s reliability was r = .965. Its’ consisted of 8 dimensions: General Satisfaction, Treatment to Participants, Personal Skills of Participants, Instructors’ Presentation Skills, Instructors’ Effectiveness, Skill Acquisition, and Teamwork among Instructors with several items in each dimension. Participants were volunteer basis and had undergone one planned theory and practices session within one and the half day programme. The programme was fruitful which covered of fitness test, evaluation, dietarily and nutrition measurement among participants. Resulted descriptively showed highly satisfactory level achieved among 33 (Males = 8., Females = 25). Perhaps, experiential education theory based on outcome of this study showed all dimensions were undoubtfully at satisfied or very satisfied level (45% and 52% respectively). In addition, the study had justified those dimensions were gone through non parametric systematic with Kruskal Willis statistical method analysed by Friedman test ranked the most satisfied and to the least satisfied with mean rank from Instructor Presentation (4.75,1)., Instructor’ Effectiveness (4.55,2)., Personal Skill (4.50,3)., Teamwork of Instructor (4.45, 4)., Treatment to Participants (4.32, 5)., Skill Acquisition (4.24, 6)., General Satisfaction (4.23,7) respectively. This result concluded that fulfilled of the outcome - based education concerned. Therefore, it is highly recommended for implementation of more fitness programme such as Fat to Fit and at the same time considered researchers’ team of this programme were brilliant instructors in performing their expertise to conduct fitness programme and awareness of adults on important of self- fitness concerned.

Представлено исследование мотивационной сферы студентов младших курсов технического вуза. Проведен анализ связи учебных, малоосознаваемых личностных мотивов студентов с группами универсальных компетенций, а также определены дефициты персональных навыков, которые влияют на формирование универсальных компетенций. Были сделаны следующие выводы: изучение и анализ мотивационной сферы студентов младших курсов позволяют своевременно актуализировать дефициты персональных навыков в освоении универсальных компетенций, закрепленных в образовательной программе подготовки специалистов; разработав модель формирования универсальных компетенций на базе полимотивационной структуры учебных мотивов, можно получить инструмент подготовки специалиста, отвечающего современным требованиям профессиональной среды. The paper presents a research of motivational sphere of undergraduate students of a technical Universi-ty. The connection of educational, poorly realized personal motives of students with groups of universal competencies was analyzed, and the deficiencies of personal skills that affect the formation of universal competencies were identified. Personal skills are more closely related to psychological characteristics, preferences, experience, environment, and so on. They develop more slowly and more difficult. In the motivational sphere of university students contains two main groups of motives. The first group is the motives inherent in the training itself. They determine the educational and cognitive motivation of stu-dents. The second group includes motives associated with what lies outside the learning process. In the process of developing a student’s professional competence, one can observe a different combination of the first and second groups of motives. The following conclusions were drawn: the study and analysis of the motivational sphere of undergrad-uate students allows timely updating of personal skill deficiencies in the development of universal com-petencies enshrined in the specialist training curriculum; having developed a model of the formation of universal competencies based on the poly-motivational structure of educational motives, you can get a tool to train a specialist meeting modern requirements of the professional environment.

This study aims to determine the pattern of communication in the process of developing life skills at the Darul Fallah Islamic Boarding School, Bogor Regency. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the curriculum used was an integrated curriculum, namely a combination of religious material, general material, and life skills consisting of: personal skills, social skills, academic skills, and vocational skills. Personal skill development is carried out through public lectures, muhadhoroh, pencak silat, and sports. Social skill development is carried out through HISDAF which is an organization of students, muhadatsah and scouts. Academic skill development is carried out through learning the Qur’an, Hadith and the Salaf book (Yellow book). Vocational skill development is carried out through an integrated agricultural program. Linear communication patterns are actualized in general lectures and muhadhoroh (discourse) activities. Interactional communication patterns are carried out in muhadatsah (conversation) activities, learning the Qur’an, Hadith and the Salaf books. While transactional communication patterns are carried out in scouting activities, HISDAF student organizations, and agricultural education.Keywords : Life skills, linear communication, interactional communication, transactional communication ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola komunikasi dalam proses pengembangan life skill di Pondok Pesantren Pertanian Darul Fallah Kabupaten Bogor. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum yang digunakan adalah kurikulum terpadu, yaitu gabungan materi keagamaan, materi umum, serta keterampilan (life skill) yang terdiri atas: personal skill, social skill, academic skill, dan vocational skill. Pengembangan personal skill dilakukan melalui ceramah umum, muhadhoroh, pencak silat, dan olahraga. Pengembangan social skill dilakukan melalui HISDAF yang merupakan organisasi santri, muhadatsah dan pramuka. Pengembangan academic skill dilakukan melalui pembelajaran al-Qur’an, Hadis dan kitab salaf (kitab kuning). Pengembangan vocational skill dilakukan melalui program pertanian yang terpadu. Pola komunikasi linier diaktualisasikan dalam kegiatan ceramah umum serta muhadhoroh. Pola komunikasi interaksional dilakukan dalam kegiatan muhadatsah, pembelajaran al-Qur’an, Hadis dan kitab salaf. Adapun pola komunikasi transaksional dilakukan dalam kegiatan pramuka, organisasi santri HISDAF, dan pendidikan pertanian.Kata Kunci: Life skills, komunikasi linier, komunikasi interaksional, komunikasi transaksional

Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kepemimpinan Transformasional kepala ruang terhadap pengembangan kemampuan softskill dari perawat pelaksana. Metode : Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan kajian pustaka, yang berkaitan dengan pengembangan soft skill perawat melalui kepemimpinan transformasional, dimana peneliti mengumpulkan beberapa jurnal kemudian melakukan pembanding. This research aims to know and examine the personal relations skills journalists with quality news in realizing good governance in the daily newspaper Sriwijaya Post Palembang public, with the population and samples of 90 people. The research method used is quantitative with the aim to know the amount of personal relations skill journalist with quality news in realizing good governance in daily newspaper Sriwijaya Palembang public, using SPSS ver 14. It is known that Personal Skill journalist which include education, experience, knowledge, skill language, and network has a close relationship and significant to the quality of news in realizing good governance in the Daily Newspaper Sriwijaya Post Palembang for 0.771. Based on the research results, 59.5% of the variation of news quality in realizing good governance in Sriwijaya Post Palembang daily newspaper can be influenced by variable Personal Skill journalist, while the rest 40.5% influenced by other factors not observed in this research. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji tentang Hubungan personal skill wartawan dengan kualitas berita dalam mewujudkan good governance pada surat kabar harian umum Sriwijaya Post Palembang, dengan jumlah populasi dan sampel sebesar 90 orang.Metode penelitian yang digunakanyaitu kuantitatif dengan tujuan mengetahui besarnya hubunganpersonal skill wartawan dengan kualitas berita dalam mewujudkan good governance pada surat kabar harian umum Sriwijaya Post Palembang, dengan menggunakan SPSS ver 14. Diketahui bahwa Personal Skill wartawan yang meliputi pendidikan, pengalaman, pengetahuan, keterampilan berbahasa, dan jaringan kerja memiliki hubungan yang erat dan signifikan terhadap kualitas berita dalam mewujudkan good governance pada Surat Kabar Harian Umum Sriwijaya Post Palembang sebesar 0.771. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh 59.5% dari variasi kualitas berita dalam mewujudkan good governance pada surat kabar harian umum Sriwijaya Post Palembang bisa dipengaruhi oleh variabel Personal Skill wartawan, sedangkan sisanya 40.5 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor yang lain yang tidak diamati dalam penelitian ini.

General Life Skill is a set of skills which is needed by those who are either already working or still studying. General Life Skill (GLS) comprises personal skill which consists of self-awareness and rational thinking and social skills. In Life Skill concept, this general life skill is prioritized to be developed. The problem is, in the practice of education, it is often "neglected" The education often gives less consideration to the process of emotional development (self-awareness), and method of rational thinking and even there is a tendency of education to act as an elite institution which is unfriendly to its social environment.
