Mass integration has been used for reducing the amount of process waste and environmental impact. Despite its long history, new challenges constantly arise with the use of process simulation tools offering platforms for rigorous process models. Therefore, the typical mass integration framework requires modifications to accurately account for the process performance. In this work, a novel sequential methodology is presented to realize a recycle network with rigorous process models. Initially, under the hypothesis of constant compositions of the process sources, an optimal ranking of the process sinks is determined. The optimal recycling network thus obtained is then used for a sequential methodology considering rigorous process models. The violations of process constraints are handled at each sequential step through the concept of “tightening constant”. The application of the sequential methodology to two case studies proves its ability to provide good approximations of the global optima with low computational effort.

PjBL learning is one of the innovative learning models developed with a constructivist approach, where the learning process provides opportunities for students to be more active in the learning process. The purpose of this study was to identify the obstacles faced by teachers and parents in implementing the PjBL model in the network during the Covid-19 pandemic. The type of research conducted is descriptive qualitative. The sample of this research is 68 teachers and 390 students' parents. data collection methods used are interviews and questionnaires. Before using the instrument, the validity of the instrument was analyzed using the CVR, it was obtained that the CVR value for the teacher constraint questionnaire, the VCR results showed that the 38 instruments developed were valid with a score of 0.73-1. Meanwhile, for the reliability test, the Cronbach Alpha coefficient of 0.82 was obtained. Meanwhile, for parental instruments, CVR showed that the 25 instruments developed were valid with a score of 1 reliability with Cronbach's Alpha, obtained a score of 0.93. Analysis of the data used is the analysis of the data in the study carried out interactively. The results of the analysis show that the constraints are constraints on making learning plans, the availability of learning tools, the availability of tools and materials used in the PjBL learning process, constraints on the participation of other parties in the PjBL learning process, obstacles in the implementation of PjBL learning, especially the implementation of PjBL syntax and the last obstacle. is the PjBL assessment process. As well as the obstacles faced by parents in assisting students to learn, among others, are some parents still have problems providing facilities even though the numbers are not too large, another obstacle faced is that parents experience problems if the tools and materials used in PjBL learning are difficult to obtain, besides that, the obstacles experienced are that parents have difficulty because they do not understand the material being studied by students.

With the rapid development of on-orbit services and space situational awareness, there is an urgent demand for multisatellite flyby inspection (MSFI) that can obtain information about a large number of space targets with little fuel consumption in a short time. There are two kinds of constraints, namely inspection constraints (ICs) at each flyby point and transfer process constraints (TPCs) in the actual mission. Further considering the influence of discrete and continuous variables such as inspection sequence, time, and maneuver scheme, it is complex and difficult to solve MSFI. To optimize it efficiently, the task flow and the problem model are defined firstly. Then, the algorithm framework based on constraint repairing is given, which contains repair methods of the ICs and the TPCs. Finally, the proposed method is compared with the nonrepair optimization method in two numerical examples. The results indicate that when the constraints are hard to meet, it is better and more efficient than the nonrepair method.

This work provides a feasibility and effectiveness analysis, through numerical investigation, of metal replacement of primary components with composite material for an executive aircraft wing. In particular, benefits and disadvantages of replacing metal, usually adopted to manufacture this structural component, with composite material are explored. To accomplish this task, a detailed FEM numerical model of the composite aircraft wing was deployed by taking into account process constraints related to Liquid Resin Infusion, which was selected as the preferred manufacturing technique to fabricate the wing. We obtained a geometric and material layup definition for the CFRP components of the wing, which demonstrated that the replacement of the metal elements with composite materials did not affect the structural performance and can guarantee a substantial advantage for the structure in terms of weight reduction when compared to the equivalent metallic configuration, even for existing executive wing configurations.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, cases of the increase in positive patients in Indonesia were getting out of control and increasing in number, therefore the Government is ready for a vaccine that will be given in stages according to the priority of the recipient as an effort to tackle the spread of COVID-19 transmission. Vaccination can be carried out in health agencies such as in Puskesmas. The purpose of this research was to evaluate the quality of service in the implementation of the COVID-19 vaccination at Puskesmas Mojo Surabaya. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The data technique used was observation, interview, and documentation study and then analyzed using an interactive data analysis model. The results of this study are the quality of the COVID-19 vaccination service at Puskesmas Mojo Surabaya based on the dimensions of public service Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Emphaty. Applicable in the process of vaccination services at Puskesmas Mojo Surabaya on complicated online data collection and scheduling, because not all of the facilities and population data are available where there have never been residents who have moved, therefore the result is a long queue to update the data. The quality of vaccine services at Puskesmas Mojo Surabaya is satisfactory in terms of facilities, services, and resources and it is necessary to make efforts to schedule and collect data more regularly to overcome service process constraints

At present, the prefabricated construction industry is in a situation of increasing types of prefabricated components and generally high production costs. A hybrid optimization model considering continuity and discreteness for the production of fabricated concrete members is established to minimize production costs through the analysis of the production characteristics of precast concrete members. Under the premise of fully considering the staffing constraints, process constraints, construction period constraints, process constraints, and special process time limits for component production, the production arrangement and staffing of the components are rationalized and optimized. A discrete differential evolution (DDE) algorithm is introduced for such NP-hard problems. The double genetic chromosome coding mode and the active scheduling decoding method are adopted. Based on the improved POX (Precedence Operation Crossover) cross-evolution method, the global evolution operation is carried out, and an interchange-based local search method and continuous work penalty mechanism are designed to find the global optimal solution. The experimental results verify the practicality and effectiveness of the optimization model and algorithm.
