Abstract The integration of radar and communication is conducive to improving the utilization rate of hardware resources and spectrum. To address the issue that the communication information in orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) integrated signal for radar and communication affects detection performance, an OFDM integrated signal for radar and communication based on precoding was proposed. The communication information of the integrated signal was pre-coded by using the Gray Complementary Sequences (GCS) with better correlation performance to improve the performance of the ambiguity function of the integrated signal and its detection ability. Simulation results show that GCS have better correlation performance compared to M and Gold sequences, and the OFDM integrated signal pre-coded by GCS has lower Peak Sidelobes Ratio (PSLR) and comparable radar performance to LFM.

Point cloud coding solutions have been recently standardized to address the needs of multiple application scenarios. The design and assessment of point cloud coding methods require reliable objective quality metrics to evaluate the level of degradation introduced by compression or any other type of processing. Several point cloud objective quality metrics has been recently proposed to reliable estimate human perceived quality, including the so-called projection-based metrics. In this context, this paper proposes a joint geometry and color projection-based point cloud objective quality metric which solves the critical weakness of this type of quality metrics, i.e., the misalignment between the reference and degraded projected images. Moreover, the proposed point cloud quality metric exploits the best performing 2D quality metrics in the literature to assess the quality of the projected images. The experimental results show that the proposed projection-based quality metric offers the best subjective-objective correlation performance in comparison with other metrics in the literature. The Pearson correlation gains regarding D1-PSNR and D2-PSNR metrics are 17% and 14.2 when data with all coding degradations is considered.

This research is motivated by activities that rarely pack the learning in the form of games, so the child will only struggle with the child work sheet provided by the teacher only. Thus the purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between gross motor skills in children aged 4-5 years with the activity of playing ESKA. The method used is quantitative method using experimental research design with product moment correlation technique with sample size 20 children aged 4-5 years. The data collection technique used is performance observation with correlation performance test instrument. Data analysis technique used is correlation test. From the results of the analysis through the correlation test obtained that r-count (0,863) and r-table (0,444) at α 5%. Thus r-count > r-table so that (H0) is rejected and (H1) accepted.

This study aims first, analyzing the effect of leadership, motivation and recruitment simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Tuning Auto Graha Palembang. Second, analyzing the effect of leadership, motivation and recruitment simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Tunas Auto Graha Palembang. The population is 140 people and the sample in this study is based on Sugiyono's opinion with an error rate of 5%, totaling 100 respondents / employees. Testing the validity of the instrument through Corrected Item-Total Correlation, Performance Variables (Y), leadership (X1), and motivation (X2) the results of the test are valid. The reliability test results are all reliable variables on the questionnaire. The results of the statistical calculation of the regression equation Y = 15.149 + 0.327.X1 + 0.624.X2 + 0.438.X3 + e. This study concludes first, leadership, motivation, and recruitment together have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT Tunas Auto Graha Palembang City. Second, leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Third, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Fourth, recruitment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT Tunas Auto Graha Palembang City

There are some special merits for the orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) chirp waveform as multiple input multiple output (MIMO) signals. This signal has high range resolution, good Doppler tolerance, and constant modulus superiority since it exploits a full bandwidth and is based on chirp signals. The correlation sidelobe peaks level are critical for the detection requirement of MIMO radar signals, however conventional OFDM chirp signals produce high autocorrelation sidelobe peaks (ASP) and cross-correlation peaks (CP), which reduces detection performance. In this paper, we explore the structure of OFDM chirp signals’ autocorrelation function and proposed a scheme to reduce the designed signal’s ASP by a designing suitable range of subchirp bandwidth and a segmented transmit-receive mode. Next, we explore a suitable range of interval between the chirp rates of each two signals to reduce the CP. The simulation of designed signals verifies the effectiveness of the proposed methods in the reduction of ASP and CP, with the correlation performance being compared with recent relate studies. In addition, the multiple signals detection and one-dimensional range image simulation show the good detection performance of a designed signal in MIMO radar detection.
