This study aims first, analyzing the effect of leadership, motivation and recruitment simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Tuning Auto Graha Palembang. Second, analyzing the effect of leadership, motivation and recruitment simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Tunas Auto Graha Palembang. The population is 140 people and the sample in this study is based on Sugiyono's opinion with an error rate of 5%, totaling 100 respondents / employees. Testing the validity of the instrument through Corrected Item-Total Correlation, Performance Variables (Y), leadership (X1), and motivation (X2) the results of the test are valid. The reliability test results are all reliable variables on the questionnaire. The results of the statistical calculation of the regression equation Y = 15.149 + 0.327.X1 + 0.624.X2 + 0.438.X3 + e. This study concludes first, leadership, motivation, and recruitment together have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT Tunas Auto Graha Palembang City. Second, leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Third, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Fourth, recruitment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT Tunas Auto Graha Palembang City

<p>This study aimed to analyze the extent to which the effect of satisfaction, compensation and discipline on the performance of employees at PT. Lion Air in Batam as well as to analyze the most dominant variables affect the performance of employees at PT. Lion Air in applying Batam. For goal then used descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, validity and reliability test and partial test and test simultaneously.</p>From the results of the regression equation the influence of variables (job satisfaction, compensation and working discipline) with the performance of employees at PT. Lion Air Batam, there was a strong and significant influence, because the higher job satisfaction, compensation and working discipline, the higher the employee’s performance because it has a probability value of less than 0.05. Thus, in this study proved the first hypothesis. The most dominant variable affecting the performance of employees is job satisfaction, reasons for job satisfaction has a standardized coefficient of the largest value when compared with the variable compensation and work discipline.

This study aims to identify and analyze whether there is influence of motivation and discipline ito the performance of employees in the Agriculture Office of Supiori District, Papua Province. This research is classified as causal research associative quantitative approach to the instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study were all employees of the District Agriculture Office Supiori as many as 80 people. The sampling technique by means of saturated or census sampling technique. The sample in this research is to take the population, or as many as 80 samples. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through questionnaires and secondary data related agencies and journals to support this research. Test the validity of the instrument using bivariate Correclation formula, while the reliability test using Cronbach Alpha. Measuring instrument proved valid and reliable for research instruments. Multiple regression analysis used to test hypotheses of this study. The results showed that: motivation (X1) positive and significant impact on employee performance of Agriculture Office in Supiori District () 0.413 with significantly 0,01. Labor discipline (X2) positive and significant impact on employee performance Supiori of Agriculture Office () 0.741 with significantly by 0,00. And based on the test results both independent variables were tested individually dominant in influencing the performance of employees in Supiori District Agriculture Office is working discipline (with a coefficient of 0.489). It can be concluded that in this study the discipline of work (X2) partially are factors that significantly affect performance (Y).

The population in this study were all marketing employees of PT. Borobudur Oto Mobil which amounted to 36 employees and the sampling technique used in this study  was the census  method  and  the analysis  tool  used  in  this  study  was multiple linear regression. The regression test results show that the variables of work facilities, leadership, competence and division of labor have a positive effect on employee performance and the results of hypothesis testing indicate that the variables of work facilities, leadership, competence and division of labor have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the determination test produce the adjusted R square value in the regression model obtained at 0.610 which means that 61 percent of employee performance variables can be explained by variables of work facilities, leadership, competence and division of labor and the results of the accuracy test table obtained 0,000 smaller than 0, 05 which means that employee performance variables can be jointly explained by leadership variables, work facilities, competencies and division of labor.

<p><em>The purpose of this study is to study work motivation, increase loyalty to employee performance, improve career performance, and improve work discipline, loyalty, career development on the employee performance of the Batam Raudlatul Qurʻan Foundation. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. Techniques collect data using a questionnaire. The study population was 49 employees with a sample of 49 employees, all of whom were selected, using saturated samples. The results showed that work discipline value t count 2.043&gt; 1.679 tables with a significant value of 0.048 &lt;0.05, meaning that the work discipline is significant towards employee performance variables (Y), loyalty variables value t 0.410 &lt;1.679 t table with a significant 0.684&gt; 0, 05, means that the work discipline is of insignificant importance to variable employee performance (Y), career development variable value of t arithmetic 1.776&gt; 1.679 t table with a significant of 0.684&gt; 0.05, meaning career development is not significant towards employee performance variable (Y), and F test results (simultaneous) 2,722 (F count) &lt;2,81 (F table) and significant probability value of 0,055&gt; 0,05 means that work discipline, loyalty, and career development are simultaneously significant towards employee performance variables.</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p>Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh loyalitas terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan pengaruh disiplin kerja, loyalitas, pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan Yayasan Raudlatul Qur`an Batam. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi penelitian ini 49 karyawan dengan sampel 49 karyawan, yang dipilih secara keseluruhan, memakai sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan disiplin kerja nilai t hitung 2,043 &gt; 1,679 tabel dengan signifikan sebesar 0,048 &lt; 0,05, berarti disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan (Y), variabel loyalitas nilai t hitung 0,410 &lt; 1,679 t tabel dengan signifikan sebesar 0,684 &gt; 0,05, berarti disiplin kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan (Y), variabel pengembangan karir nilai t hitung 1,776 &gt; 1,679 t tabel dengan signifikan sebesar 0,684&gt; 0,05, berarti pengembangan karir berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan (Y), dan hasil uji F (simultan) 2,722 (F hitung) &lt; 2,81 (F tabel) dan nilai probalitas signifikan sebesar 0,055 &gt; 0,05 berarti disiplin kerja, loyalitas, dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh signifikan  secara simultan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan.</p><p><em><br /></em></p>

This study aims to examine the effect of the work environment (X) on employee performance (Y) at PT. Budi Anugrah Bersama. The approach taken is quantitative and type of research (explanatory research). The population and sample in the study were 61 people. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and questionnaires. Likert scale variables are examined. The questionnaire was tested with a validity test and a reliability test. Data processing using SPSS version 21.0, analyzed with descriptive statistical analysis and hypothesis testing with simple linear regression.The validity test results for the working environment are valid because r > 0.3 and the reliability test shows reliable because of alpha cronboarch> 0.6. Normality test is obtained at 0.05 and it is said that the data is normally distributed and on the normal line the plot shows the point of the graph spreading around the diagonal line and following the diagonal line.The conclusion of this study has a significant effect on the work environment by 72% on the performance of employees at PT.Budi Anugrah Bersama.Keywords: Working Environment, Employee Performance

This study aims to determine the effect of the mutation on the performance of employees at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Operations 1 Jakarta. In this study using survey methods and eksplansi with the collection directly from the original source, in the form of questionnaires were drawn from a sample. The sample in this study were all employees of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Jakarta Regional Operations 1 102 respondents. Data analysis and processing techniques used are validity, reliability test, descriptive analysis, simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data processing test "t" to see the effect of the mutation on employee performance variables significant or not, it can be seen from the figures the probability (sig). Probability value 0.000 <0.05 by t value = 6.305 and t table = 1.66023. 1.66023 Figures obtained from the t table with α = 0.05 and degrees of freedom (df) nk-1 = 100. If t> t table is 6.305> 1.66023, so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected or mutations significantly influence employee performance

This study aims to describe the effect of salary and incentives on the performance of employees of PT. Unilastindo Interbuana Pandaan simultaneously, partially and most dominantly. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, data analysis techniques that are validity, reliability, multiple linear regression with F test and t test. The validity test results obtained by the calculated r value of the variable salary, incentives and employee performance is greater than the value of r proven valid tables and the reliability test results obtained a reliable value of salary, incentives and proven reliable employee performance. Based on the results of the F test (Simultaneous), known the value of sig. F count is 0.00 because the significance value of F is less than 0.05, the regression analysis model is significant. T test results explain, that the salary and incentive variables significantly influence employee performance variables, because the salary is significant 0.018 <0.05 and the incentive is significant 0.012 <0.05. The most dominant incentive variable influences employee performance, this is indicated by the value of Standardized Coefficients Beta incentive variable is greater than the salary variable. Influenced by indicators include: performance, length of work, seniority, needs, fairness and eligibility, job evaluation.

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and compensation on the performance of PT. Delami Brands Kharisma Busana Surabaya. This study used  a quantitative approach and data collection through questionnaires and observations. With a population of 76 respondents. Analysis of the data used  the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, and multiple linear analysis test. The results showed that the effect of work motivation and compensation on the performance of PT. Delami Brands Khasrisma Busana Surabaya showed positive and significant results. The F test results are 70,878> F table = 2,92 simultaneously. Partially work motivation of 8.433> t table 1.993 has a significant effect on employee performance, compensation of 4.564> 1.993 has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Delami Brands Kharisma Busana Surabaya.

The formulation of the problem in this study is the effect of compensation, motivation and work environment on the performance of UPTD PSDA Nganjuk employees. This study aims to find out whether compensation, motivation and work environment influence the performance of UPTD PSDA Nganjuk employees. In this study, the population is a contract staff of 100, the sampling uses the Slovin formula, which is a sample of 80 respondents. Based on the results of the study, the regression equation is obtained as follows: Y = 1.135 + 0.259 X1 + 0.408 X2 + 0.212 X3. Based on the results of statistical data, the indicators of this study are valid and the variables are reliable. In the normality and multicollinearity test the data of this study were normally distributed and there were no multicollinearity disorders. The results showed that the value of t count was 2.752 for compensation, 2.860 for motivation and 2.253 for the work environment with t table values of 1.668 (t count> t table) which means that the three variables affect each of the performance variables. The results of the F test show that the value of F count is 10.080 with a significant level of 5% and it is known that the significance value of 0.000 is smaller than o, 05 which means that the three variables affect the employee performance variable. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai UPTD PSDA Nganjuk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui apakah kompensasi, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja bepengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai UPTD PSDA Nganjuk. Dalam peneltian ini, Populasi adalah pegawai tenaga kontrak yang berjumlah 100 maka pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin yaitu sampel yang digunakan sebesar 80 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh persamaan regresi sebagai berikut: Y= 1,135 + 0,259 X1 + 0,408 X2 + 0,212 X3. Berdasarkan hasil data statistic, indikator- indikator penelitian ini bersifat valid dan variabelnya reliable. Pada uji normalitas dan multikolinieritas data penelitian ini terdistribusi normal dan tidak terjadi gangguan multikolinieritas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai t hitung masing-masing sebesar 2,752 untuk kompensasi, 2,860 untuk motivasi dan 2,253 untuk lingkungan kerja dengan nilai t tabel sebesar 1,668 (t hitung> t tabel) yang artinya bahwa ketiga veriabel tersebut berpengaruh masing-masing terhadap variabel kinerja. Hasil uji F menunjukkan nilai F hitung sebesar 10,080 dengan taraf signifikan sebesar 5%  dan diketahui nilai signifikansi 0,000 lebih kecil dari o,05 yang arti ketiga varioabel tersebut berpengaruh bersam-sama terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai.
