The Baikal Region, despite its favorable geopolitical position (between Europe and Asia) and the most famous lake on the planet, located in its territory, is peripheral and depressive. The lag in socio-economic development is due to severe environmental restrictions imposed on economic activities. New business models and process solutions are necessary to enable the transition to a digital economy without harming the environment. Development of a agroecological cluster based on a digital platform will help increase the connectivity of the macroregional space, its integration and the rational use of the resources of the Baikal ecosystem. Due to generation of a synergistic effect that manifests itself in the socio-economic and environmental spheres the agroecological cluster acts as an integrator uniting the subjects of the “state – society – business” triad on the basis of mutually beneficial partnership.

In processing machines, technological tasks are implemented using suitable processing solutions. Those processing solutions can in turn have very different characteristics and specific advantages and disadvantages, e.g., concerning sensitivity to changing operating speed. In state-of-the-art processing machine controls, executing one single processing solution is supported. The execution of various processing solutions together and the combination of their advantages is currently not supported at all. In this article, a motion control approach is discussed that allows combining seemingly incompatible process solutions for a given technological task into a hybrid process solution, using the example of processing machines. The objective of this approach is to increase the achievable process window of the machine in terms of operating speed. It is shown that combining different process solutions can merge their advantages and compensate for their disadvantages. The article brings together the lessons learned from previous work in a new application to exploit advantages and compensate for disadvantages.

Decentration in lens systems (for example objectives) significantly degrades the quality of image, such as the coma. In order to reduce lens decentration, the lenses are centered while manufacturing, while gluing, while attachment in the mounts. Significant decrease in the lenses decentering in the mounts is achieved by using a special manufacturing equipment, which allow combining the optical axis of the lens with the base axis of the mount in assembly process. Solutions for coma's alignment by shifting, tilting and rotation their components are also provided in the construction of high-quality objectives (microscopes [1-7], photolithographic, aerophotographic). For optimization of methods for such adjustment the influence coefficients of decentering of each optical surface of the lens system on the value and sign of coma must be calculated and taken into account. In this paper, we propose a special mounting which combined with the Opticentric of Trioptics device to center the lenses. The results show that the decentering is significantly reduced (0.9µm) compared to (44.2µm) with using a reference mount.

Изменение финансовой и экономической ситуации в стране и в мире подталкивают компании к разработкам новых и оптимизации существующих технологий. В течение 15 лет ЭКОС Групп занимается изготовлением собственных станций блочно-модульного исполнения производительностью до 1200 м3/сут. Разработан новый модельный ряд блочно-модульных и контейнерных станций повышенной производительности до 7500 м3/сут, а также модельный ряд фирменного электромеханического оборудования собственного производства. Специальная конструкция станций очистки сточных вод обладает широким перечнем преимуществ: высокой надежностью и энергоэффективностью, стабильностью в работе, сейсмической стойкостью и при этом модульной гибкостью. Гарантия эффективной очистки достигается за счет полного укомплектования необходимым оборудованием и проведения испытаний станции на заводе-изготовителе. При производстве активно используется программа импортозамещения, что позволяет создавать экономически конкурентоспособные, эффективно работающие и проверенные технологические решения. Changes in the financial and economic situation in the country and in the world are pushing companies to develop new and optimize existing technologies. For 15 years, ECOS Group has been manufacturing original block-modular plants with a capacity of up to 1200 m3/day. A new product line of block-modular and container plants with increased productivity up to 7500 m3/day, as well as a product line of own-produced branded electromechanical equipment have been developed. The special design of wastewater treatment plants has a wide range of advantages: high reliability and energy efficiency, stability in operation, seismic resistance and, at the same time, modular flexibility. The assured effective treatment is achieved by means of full equipping and testing of the plant at the manufacturing works. In the process of manufacturing, the Import Substitution Program has been actively used resulting in developing economically competitive, efficiently operating and proven process solutions.

Рассмотрен опыт внедрения современных технологий очистки сточных вод на очистных сооружениях г. Москвы, описаны технологические схемы для сооружений разной производительности. С конца 1990-х годов Инженерно-технологическим центром АО «Мосводоканал» проводились работы по разработке и внедрению современных технологий очистки сточных вод с удалением биогенных элементов. Поскольку состав сточных вод имеет отличия на разных очистных сооружениях, не удается «перенести» зарубежные технологии без изменения и адаптации, а иногда требуется разработка технологии «с нуля». Более чем за 20-летний период осуществлено поэтапное внедрение современных технологий на московских очистных сооружениях Южного Бутова и Зеленограда, блока удаления биогенных элементов Люберецких очистных сооружений (БУБЭ ЛОС), нового блока Курьяновских очистных сооружений (НКОС). В настоящее время идет реконструкция ЛОС (старый и новый блоки), планируется реконструкция старого блока КОС, в процессе реконструкции находятся очистные сооружения Троицкого и Новомосковского административных округов (ТиНАО) г. Москвы. Опыт АО «Мосводоканал» был использован при разработке справочника наилучших доступных технологий ИТС 10-2015. Разнообразие технологических решений позволяет обеспечить нормативное качество очистки для условий разных сооружений. The experience of introducing advanced technologies for wastewater treatment at the wastewater treatment facilities in Moscow is considered; process flow schemes for the structures of different capacities are described. Since the late 1990s, the Engineering and Technology Center of Mosvodokanal JSC has been working on the development and introduction of advanced wastewater treatment technologies with the removal of nutrients. Since the composition of wastewater differs at different treatment facilities, it is not possible to "transfer" foreign technologies without correction and adaptation; moreover, sometimes the development of technology "from square one" is required. For more than 20 years, a stepwise introduction of advanced technologies has been carried out at the Moscow treatment facilities of South Butovo and Zelenograd, at the nutrients removal block at the Lyuberetskie wastewater treatment facilities, at the new block of the Kurianovskie Wastewater Treatment Facilities. At present, the reconstruction of the Lyuberetskie Wastewater Treatment Facilities (old and new blocks) is underway, the reconstruction of the old part of the Kurianovskie Wastewater Treatment Facilities is planned, the treatment facilities of the Troitsk and Novomoskovsk administrative districts in Moscow have been under upgrade. The experience of Mosvodokanal JSC was used in the development of an ITS 10-2015 reference book of the best available technologies. A variety of process solutions provides for ensuring the standard quality of effluent for the conditions of different facilities.

The aim of the research is to improve the technological scheme of treatment of iron-containing wastewater from etching operations by creating combined systems, including reagent wastewater treatment, their mutual neutralization, regeneration of etching solutions, deep post-treatment using a magnetic device. The main volume of wastewater is treated in centralized systems with partial return of water to the production process. Spent solutions from etching operations are subject to regeneration with return to the production process and partial dosing into the main wastewater stream from flushing operations. The consumption of commercial HCl is reduced by 50%. The use of hydrogen peroxide can increase the effect of extracting iron from etching solutions by 30% (total purification effect of 70%). Given that deep purification from iron-containing impurities is provided using a magnetic device, the possibilities of practical implementation of reverse osmosis to obtain "pure" water in centralized systems, which can be used for preparation of process solutions and in a mixture with technical water - for flushing operations, increase. In experimental and industrial conditions the expenses of reagents, their concentrations, dosing time are established
