This paper presents a novel silhouette-based feature for vision-based human action recognition, which relies on the contour of the silhouette and a radial scheme. Its low-dimensionality and ease of extraction result in an outstanding proficiency for real-time scenarios. This feature is used in a learning algorithm that by means of model fusion of multiple camera streams builds a bag of key poses, which serves as a dictionary of known poses and allows converting the training sequences into sequences of key poses. These are used in order to perform action recognition by means of a sequence matching algorithm. Experimentation on three different datasets returns high and stable recognition rates. To the best of our knowledge, this paper presents the highest results so far on the MuHAVi-MAS dataset. Real-time suitability is given, since the method easily performs above video frequency. Therefore, the related requirements that applications as ambient-assisted living services impose are successfully fulfilled.

This paper proposes an adaptive moving vehicle detection algorithm based on hybrid background subtraction and frame difference. The background image of continuous video frequency is reconstructed by calculating the maximun probability grayscale using grey histogram; Moving regions is gained by frame defference, the initial target image is obtained by background difference method,moving regions image and initial target image AND,XOR and OR operations to get the vehicle moving target images. Experimental results show that the algorithm can response timely to the actual scene changes and improve the quality of moving vehicle detection.

Abstract. This paper describes the design of a general purpose multifunction simulator which is used to test radar and its components. The simulator is a hardware system controlled by computer software which generates echoes of targets, clutter and jamming for radar electromagnetic environment scenario simulation. It will responds to the subject radar’s antenna scan by producing composite echoes in real time. Computer programs are used to management the simulation process and allow various combinations of electromagnetic environment. Parallel signal generator is exploited to increase the execution speed and achieve real-time performance. Since the simulator can produce video frequency and intermediate frequency echo separately it can be used for the test of most components of radar. The capability to accommodate dynamic scenarios of long duration in real time for detailed tracking studies distinguishes the simulator from other pulse-by-pulse simulators that have been previously reported.

In view of the DTV system demand, from the encryption digital television key production, the key protection, the key renewed the entire key management process which transmitted until the key to carry on the discussion, proposed with the commercial CAS different key management strategy, improved the key production and the renewal way, designed has been suitable for the above digital television decipherment scheme key management plan, through from produced the key the method to reduce the correspondence expenses effectively, might transmit under the limited band width most according to Pass through in the ground clear channel simulation transmission, the simulation result indicated that, this plan deciphers effect and the primitive sound/video frequency difference is not big, therefore this plan has the low mistake sensitivity. Through to the simulation result analysis, proved this article designs the decipherment scheme suits the DTTB system compared to wired environment under CAS.

. With the rapid development of information technology and the popularization of the Internet, the modern educational technology represented by multimedia teaching has become the development and reformation direction of modern teaching methods thus making the development and application of multimedia courseware in classroom teaching the inevitable choice for modern education. People generally consider multimedia courseware as the teaching courseware of organic combination of multiple media such as picture, style, sound, animation and video frequency, etc. However, they have neglected the most active factor throughout the multimedia, namely, interactivity. As classroom teaching-based multimedia courseware is characterized by interactive design, realizing the interaction function of student and computer, teacher and student is in request of discussing the interactive design thinking and production method of multimedia courseware and illustrating interactive design technology of courseware with certain system and structure. The interactivity of multimedia courseware in teaching should be comprehensively analyzed from the description of learning resources and teaching system so as to attain better teaching effect and serve for optimizing classroom multimedia teaching methods.
