Research background: The current conditions of globalization come to a necessity of flexible adaptation and efficient use of the resources. The companies compete with each other and try to attract customers through an attractive offer that determine the global trends. Purpose of the article: The aim of the article is to examine the introduction of new gastronomic trends and innovative solutions into the offer of restaurants in the Czech Republic and their acceptance on the customer side. Methods: The article examines the opinion about the product, marketing and organizational innovations, their economic success and attractiveness of the offer to clients. Marketing research based on the online questionnaire survey between providers of the gastronomic services and the customers is used. Explored was the relationship between the qualitative factors of the service and the repeated visit by consumers from the perspective of catering service providers. The Chi quadrate test of independence is used for the evaluation of the research question and two hypotheses as well. The method of comparison including the results of previous research and the synthesis of research conclusions are used. Findings & Value added: The identification of new trends can be an inspiration for entrepreneurs in the development of new products and in the introduction of service innovations. The definition of the significant gastronomic trends of Czech gastronomic companies can be used for gastronomy business and can bring a higher customer satisfaction and tourist attendance for the establishments and destination.

AbstractA major challenge in applied ecology consists in integrating knowledge from different datasets to produce robust ecological indicators. To estimate species distribution, occupancy models are a flexible framework that can accommodate several datasets obtained from different sampling methods. However, repeating visits at sampling sites is a prerequisite for using standard occupancy models, which may limit their use. Under certain conditions, detection/non-detection data collected during single visit can be analysed with occupancy models. To date however, single-visit occupancy models have never been used to combine several different datasets. Here, we developed an approach that combines multi-method and single-visit occupancy models. As a case study, we estimated the distribution of Bottlenose dolphins (Tursiops truncatus) over the North-western Mediterranean Sea by combining 24,624 km of aerial surveys and 21,464 km of at-sea monitoring. We compared the outputs of single-vs. repeated-visit multi-method occupancy models, and that of single-method occupancy models.Multi-method models allowed a better sampling coverage in both coasts and high seas and provided a better precision for occupancy estimates than single-method occupancy models using aerial surveys or at-sea surveys in isolation.Overall, single- and repeated-visit multi-method occupancy models produced similar inference about the distribution of bottlenose dolphins. This suggests that single-visit occupancy models provide robust occupancy estimates, which open promising perspectives for the use of non-standardized datasets.Synthesis and applications: Single-visit multi-method occupancy models can help making the best out of ecological monitoring programs by optimizing cost effectiveness through the formal combination of datasets.

Acute respiratory infections affect many children, both in developing countries and in developed countries. acute respiratory infections that affect death and often affect children under 5 years of age, namely pneumonia. Pneumonia is the main killer of toddlers in the world with a higher prevalence compared to AIDS, malaria and measles. Every year, it is estimated that more than 2 million children under five die from Pneumonia (1 toddler / 20 seconds) from 9 million total deaths of children under five in the world. In Indonesia, pneumonia is still a big problem considering the mortality rate from this disease is still high.. Knowing the mother's case studies do repeat visits in infants pneumonia in health center Landasan Ulin. A qualitative study through interviews and documentation to one health worker. Not all mothers bring their babies repeated visit only 30% of mothers who commit repeated visit of all children under five suffering from pneumonia. Mother toddler who do repeat visits by 35% means that more mothers who do not do repeat visits by 65% this is because there are several reasons mothers do not bring toddlers pneumonia to re-visit them her son had recovered and did not cough again, there also reasoned mothers are busy.

This research has several objectives: (1) Knowing the influence of tourist attraction to the satisfaction of tourists,(2) Knowing the effect of tourist satisfaction on the intention of repeated visit, and (3) Knowing the direct influence of tourist attraction to the intention of the visit of tourists in Kampung Warna Warni Kota Malan. This research method using quantitative approach with descriptive analysis method, data collecting technique by spreading questionnaires to 100 respondents at tourist sites and hypothesis testing method using path analysis. The result shows that: (1) The tourist attraction has a significant effect on the satisfaction of the tourists (H1 accepted), (2)  The satisfaction of tourists has a significant influence on the intention of the tourist visiting in Kampung Warna Warni Malang (H2 accepted), and (3) Tourist attraction has a significant direct effect on the intention of the visit of tourists in Kampung Warna Warni Malang (H3 accepted). And the results of testing Sobel show that the variable satisfaction of tourists mediate tourist attraction and intention to re-visit the Kampung Warna Warni Malang.

This study explore the demography, behavior, the information needed and accessible media audience of the Festival Film Pelajar Jogjakarta (FFPJ), Festival Film Dokumenter (FFD) and Jogja-Netpac Asian Film Festival. A quantitative descriptive method using questionnaire through convenience survey was employed. Finding show that most of the festival attendees are teenagers and young people who study in university. JAFF’s audience is more heterogeneous compares to other festivals. Repeated visit is relatively low. The most influential information sources are: friends recommendation, website and social media. Most of the festivalgoers choose the festival programs carefully based on website information and catalogue message.

IntroductionThe first time when people attempt suicide first contact is critical. Psychiatrists must decide to hospitalize them or follow-up in mental health units and the bases of a doctor-patient relationship are formed.ObjectivesAn analysis of referrals to psychiatry from the emergency room (ER) was developed. Our objective was to discover if there was a statistical correlation between gender and other variables, especially repeated visits and admissions.MethodsOur sample was composed of patients who visited the ER for suicidal tendencies for 20 months. We carried out an observational retrospective study. The variables collected were: age, gender, cause, repeated visit (visit to the ER in the following two months), previous attempts, previous follow-up, method used, use of toxic substances during the attempt, intentionality, referral from the ER, later follow-up and diagnostic impression at the ER.ResultsA total of 620 patients were sampled. The relationship between gender and repeated visit, previous attempts, dysfunctional personality traits, use of substances and later follow-up was found (Chi2). Although the relationship between admissions and gender were not statistically significant, influence by gender (over all in males) can be observed in logistic regression models. As well as, in patients who visited the ER several times, dysfunctional personality traits seem to be the most common but gender marks significant differences between groups.ConclusionsThe data obtained is consistent with those reported in previous studies. To know who the riskier groups are can allow professionals to plan protocols and unify admission criteria.Disclosure of interestThe authors have not supplied their declaration of competing interest.
