Scabies is known in Indonesia as scurvy. Scabies is an infectious disease that can be transmitted directly or indirectly. It can be found in densely populated places. Therefore, students who live in Islamic boarding schools are important subjects in this problem. This study aimed to determine the relationship between sanitation and the incidence of scabies in several Islamic boarding schools in Banjarbaru City. This study used an analytical study design that linked sanitation with the incidence of scabies in several Islamic boarding schools in Banjarbaru city. The data was analyzed using the correlation test (Pearson Product Moment). The results showed that food and beverage management had a significant association with the incidence of scabies in several Islamic boarding schools in Banjarbaru city. Other variables had no association with the incidence of scabies. The correlation test results showed that no significant relationship between sanitation and the incidence of scabies in several Islamic boarding schools in Banjarbaru city in 2020 with a p-value of 0,073. Efforts that can be made to reduce the incidence of scabies are maintaining and paying attention to sanitation, especially in the management of food and beverages, maintenance of equipment used for cooking, and sanitation facilities.

Abstract Introduction The Smoking Cessation Clinic (SCC) is one of the government's efforts to reduce the number of smokers. The SCC is expected to help people who want to quit smoking. This study aims to describe the awareness of smokers to quit smoking through the clinical consultation service to stop smoking in the city of Denpasar. Method: The design of this study was a cross-sectional study conducted at Puskesmas in the city of Denpasar for 3 months from July to November 2018. Samples were selected using consecutive sampling of 33 people. Data was collected using a structure questionnaire. Results: The results found the potensial utilization of SCC in Denpasar City Health Center was very high, as 25 respondents (75.8%) suggested that their families use the SCC. The opinion of the puskesmas visitors to teaching and learning activities was that most or 57.6% stated that the smoking cessation clinic was effective in making smokers quit smoking. In 2017 there were 177 people use SCC and those who managed until quite smoking are only 5 people. Discussion: The level of utilization of teaching and learning activities is still low because there are still many visitors in the Public Health Centers who are not aware of it. Most of diseases and health problems are related to smoking therefor collaboration SCC with others program are important. All health officers at others program should ask and recommend patient and the family to SCC if there any smokers.

Background of the study: At the age of 10 and over, 71,2% of children experience dental caries. The prevalence of active caries in Kota Banjarmasin is 65%. While in Puskesmas (Public health service) Kelayan Timur working area, 389 cases of dental caries found. Additionaly, the governement through Kemen-Kes RI (Indonesian Health Ministry) tergeting Indonesian society to be free from dental caries by 2030. Some factors influencing dental caries are dental health awareness and attitudes namely time and frequency of brushing teeth, cariogenic foods, and the method of brushing teeth. Purpose of the study: this study is aimed to reveal the correlation between knowledge factors as well as dental health attitudes and dental caries status. Methods: This is an anlytical study utilizing cross sectional. The sample of the study is students of MIN 1 Kota Banjarmasin in 2018 with the total of 53, taken by means of perposive sampling. Statistical testing used is chi-square with 95% of reliance degree. Result of the study: The result shows that there are correlations between dental health knowledge p-value 0,004, time and frequency of brushing  teeth p-value 0,002, cariogenic foods p-value 0,018, as well as teeth brush method p-value 0,015 and dental caries occasion in MIN 1 Kota Banjarmasin. Conclusion: The dental caries status is affected by dental health knowledge and attitudes.

Acute respiratory infections affect many children, both in developing countries and in developed countries. acute respiratory infections that affect death and often affect children under 5 years of age, namely pneumonia. Pneumonia is the main killer of toddlers in the world with a higher prevalence compared to AIDS, malaria and measles. Every year, it is estimated that more than 2 million children under five die from Pneumonia (1 toddler / 20 seconds) from 9 million total deaths of children under five in the world. In Indonesia, pneumonia is still a big problem considering the mortality rate from this disease is still high.. Knowing the mother's case studies do repeat visits in infants pneumonia in health center Landasan Ulin. A qualitative study through interviews and documentation to one health worker. Not all mothers bring their babies repeated visit only 30% of mothers who commit repeated visit of all children under five suffering from pneumonia. Mother toddler who do repeat visits by 35% means that more mothers who do not do repeat visits by 65% this is because there are several reasons mothers do not bring toddlers pneumonia to re-visit them her son had recovered and did not cough again, there also reasoned mothers are busy.

Keluarga berencana merupakan salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kesehatan reproduksi dengan menggunakan alat kontrasepsi. Namun, partisipasi pria dalam menggunakan kontrasepsi tergolong rendah. Di desa Pingaran Ilir Rt 02 tidak terdapat data suami yang berpartisipasi dalam penggunaan alat kontrasepsi. Hal ini dapat disebabkan oleh tingkat pengetahuan dan kemampuan suami yang rendah untuk ber-KB. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui  pengetahuan suami terhadap kontrasepsi vasektomi di desa Pingaran Ilir Rt 02 Kecamatan Astambul Kabupaten Banjar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif. Teknik sampling pada penelitian ini adalah purvosive sampling dengan sampel 48orang . Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret-April 2018 dengan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner. Hasil penelitian tentang gambaran pengetahuan suami terhadap penggunaan kontrasepsi vasektomi di desa Pingaran Ilir Rt 02 Kecamatan Astambul Kabupaten Banjar  antaralain baik sebanyak 3 orang (6,25%), cukup sebanyak 19 orang (39,58%) dan  kurang sebanyak 26 orang (54,17%). Berdasarkan simpulan di atas, maka perlu adanya upaya untuk meningkatkan pelayanan yang lebih baik.

A system of Electronic Health Record (EHR) is an activity computerized the contents of the medical record and process related. Based on the preliminary studies in Hospital of Ratu Zalecha Martapura obtained that already some clinics that implement EHR systems and for some clinics will get their turn to apply the system. The purpose of this research was to identify the security system (security), clinical support (clinical support), and reports (report) on the system of the EHR. The method of this research uses descriptive research with qualitative analysis. Research instrument this is manual observation and interview guidelines. This research was conducted to 8 informant head installation medical record, IT officers, three doctors and three nurses. The results of research at in Hospital of Ratu Zalecha Martapura to be able to access the EHR user must use a username and password. Username and password are made according to their respective limits and authority. Clinical support in the system is good, doctors and nurses fill their own diagnoses into EHR applications, service time is more effective and more efficient so as to improve patient services. Reports produced were reports of 10 major outpatient diseases, outpatient visit reports, daily outpatient census reports, RL1, RL2, RL3, RL4 and RL5.

The posyandu program was carried out for the benefit of the community, in Indonesia in 2010 toddler visits to the posyandu were still 50%. This study aims to determine the relationship of knowledge of mothers of children under five with toddlers visits to posyandu in Beringin Kencana village, Tabunganen District, Barito Kuala Regency The study is analytical, a type of correlational research with a cross-sectional approach. The population and sample were all mothers who had children under five in Beringin Kencana Village, Tabunganen District, Barito Kuala Regency, which amounted to 72 people. The sampling technique used is total sampling. The data collection instrument uses a questionnaire and observation sheet. The statistical test used was the Chi-Square test. The results of the study were 72 respondents, more than 50% were less knowledgeable (69.5%), knowledgeable (5.5%), knowledgeable enough (25%) about posyandu knowledge, more than 50 % of respondents (52.8%) regularly visit toddlers posyandu. The results of the analysis using the chi square test showed p value: 0.516, the value of p> 0.05, there was no relationship between maternal knowledge of children under five and toddler visits to the posyandu. Based on the results of the study, it is recommended that the Tabunganen Health Center improve information provision by distributing leaflets on the benefits of toddlers posyandu and toddler visits to the posyandu as well as empowering the community by involving the community to become health cadres. To the next researchers are expected to be able to conduct research with different variables

ABSTRACT  The less market seen from the aspect of good sanitation and health behaviour of traders, managers and visitors can be a source of perkembangbiakkan and the spread of the disease. This can occur as a result of the Junk pile and all types of shit that has decayed, the absence of sewer/drainage and inadequate building conditions, conditions that are less healthy can be a flow of transmission of diseases from one person keorang another either through direct or indirect contact. One way to break the direct or indirect contacts that can occur in a market environment that is need for the implementation of a good market environment sanitation in accordance with the guidelines of the healthy market Kepmenkes Number 519/Menkes/SK/VI/2008. The purpose of this research is to know the health status of the market in terms of Sanitation and market aspects of Ciputat and markets Modern BSD. This research was conducted in may 2018. This research is the kind of research kuantitif with a descriptive observational approach by using a cross sectional study design, which is based on checklist No. 519 Kemenkes the year 2008 about the market Healthy. Health status of Ciputat Market aspects of sanitation categorized less with a score of 1484 or 51.5%, yet in the aspect of PHBS Ciputat Market categorized less well with a score of 1400 or 46.7% while Modern market's Health Status in terms of BSD sanitary aspects categorized both by a score of 2500 or 86.8% but in the aspect of Modern market PHBS BSD categorized both by a score of 2350 or 78.3%. The good health status of the Modern market and Ciputat Market BSD assessed aspects of sanitation and clean living and healthy behaviors (PHBS), on the assessment of the two aspects of the modern market of sanitary aspects and PHBS, market manager for Advice to undertakings leasehold improvements to market better, and need to be held or the educational approach to health promotion in the form of a media poster about the importance of clean living and healthy behavior in the market environment and sanitation hygiene training for traders and workers to improve public health degrees

Nutritional status is one of the factors that can affect learning achievement. School-age children who are malnourished will cause children to become weak, tired and sick, so children are often absent and have difficulty following and understanding the lesson. Nutritional conditions will also affect children's ability to understand lessons in school and influence learning achievement. This research is an analytical survey with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study was all students from grade 1 to grade 4 in Banjarmasin SDN Mawar 8 in 2018 totaling 83 students. The sample size was 69 respondents with cluster sampling technique. Nutritional status data were obtained using the Body Mass Index (BMI) by age (BMI/U), ie children aged 5-18 years by performing high measurements and using microtoice and weight measurements using digital scales and recording data types and age data in full years and months. . Learning achievement data is obtained based on the value of the last report card. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate Che Square tests using computer programs with a confidence level of 95%. Statistically there is a significant relationship between nutritional status and learning prestige in Banjarmasin SDN Mawar 8 with p-value (0.014) < α (0.05). Based on the results of the study, it was suggested the need for cooperation from the school with parents of students in terms of providing a healthy and nutritious breakfast and lunch, while also conducting further research studies on the most basic causes using a case control approach and multivariate testing for knowing the dominant causal factors for student achievement.

ABSTRACT Introduction: Traditional Medicine is a natural ingredient which is well known and believed by people as a mild treatment used in maintenance of health and in the prevention of illnes and well being. People in in Sungai Kitano still utilize that culture, include traditional medicine for postpartum maternal. Aims: This study aimed to know about desciption of behaviour in using traditional medicine among post partum maternal at Sungai Kitano Village. Method: The study aimed to determine the behavior of traditional medicine use for postpartum mothers in the Sungai Kitano Village By using descriptive type of research, the sample in this study were mothers who were postpartum and who had postpartum not more than 3 years and lived in the Sungai Kitano Village. Sample are 48 peoples, using total population. Result: Postpartum maternal who use traditional medicine during the puerperal period as much as (95.83%), types of traditional medicine that are widely used: herbal medicine 37 people (77.08%), a rajangan form of traditional medicine that is widely used: 28 people (58, 33%), the most widely used by drinking 31 people (64.58%), the most reason for using traditional medicine because of the customs / habits of their parents are 28 people (62.5%),who feels the benefit are 46 people (95.83%),and who has no side effects: 42 people (86.95%). Conclusion:Post Partum maternal in Sungai Kitano Village mostly use traditional medicine in rajangan form, which is drank because of the customs / habits of their parents and had felt its benefit. Suggested for maternal who is using traditional medicine for paying attention in how to use, especially in the process of making in order to keep its cleaning.
