Abstract Insufficient development of speech and poor command of it interferes, in turn, with its perception by ear, even with the help of sound-amplifying equipment, complicates its understanding, comprehension and transmission of information in the process of communication, at least in an elementary form. Today, in different countries of the world, educational aids are being developed - devices and devices that provide children in need of this with filling the deficit of information about sounding speech, complementing the feedback structure by connecting visual perception. We have developed a computer program “Home speech therapists” to improve speech in children after cochlear implant.

In the article, the authors highlight the peculiarities of schizophrenia speech manifestations and presents an algorithm for its identification. The algorithm consists of four stages, which include the respondents’ oral and written speech analysis which considers the specifics of systemic speech indicators, associative reactions and grapheme features. The first stage features oral communication with patients, during which they are asked to answer questions about their past, general orientation in space and time, etc., which is generally consistent with the tactics of questioning, but in the projection not only on psychomental peculiarities, but on the linguistic indicators as well. This way we get an idea of the level of the patient’s general communicative competence. The results of the study are recorded in the according table. During the second stage, the authors utilize an associative experiment, the results of which are compared with the results of mentally healthy respondents and are also recorded in the table. Such comparative analysis reveals the conceptual differences between the respondents’ associative background and makes it possible to identify informative semantic segments. During the third stage, patients are asked to write a short essay about their daily routine, the most memorable day in life, which helps to determine their personal view of events, perceptions of such events, and illustrates the grapheme features of speech realizations. The results are also recorded in the table. The fourth stage involves the analysis and generalization of the results. The scientific novelty of article is that it is the first one to present a comprehensive algorithm for examining the speech of patients with schizophrenia, in particular at the level of their oral and written speech. The theoretical significance of the study is determined by the possibility of utilizing the findings in an in-depth study of speech features of patients with schizophrenia at different stages, considering the most informative language indicators, as well as in further development of pathopsycholinguistics general theory, altered consciousness states studies and other related studies. The practical value of the obtained results is determined by the possibility of utilizing them in developing methods for speech correction of mentally ill people and in the recognition of such diseases at the initial stage.

Today, an important part of work in a preschool institution is working with children with disabilities in the development of speech. Since the formation of speech skills in children at this age has a number of features and requires attention for further socialization and self-realization of the child. That is why in the article we analyze the state of modern psychological and pedagogical research on the feasibility and prospects of using information and communication technologies in the practice of speech therapist, in particular, in preschool educational institutions. As part of a study conducted based on the work of speech therapists in a preschool institution and a private educational organization – a speech club, we established that information and communication technologies are able to provide computerisation and high efficiency of the process of the development and speech correction of children with speech impairments. Obstacles to the introduction of such technologies into the practice of speech therapy are identified and ways to overcome obstacles and difficulties in solving the problems of computerisation of the speech therapy process are presented. We have proved the increase of effectiveness of the speech therapy process as a result of remote interaction of a speech therapist with teachers, parents and the public using ICT.

Oral English, as a language tool, is not only an important part of English learning but also an essential part. For nonnative English learners, effective and meaningful voice feedback is very important. At present, most of the traditional recognition and error correction systems for oral English training are still in the theoretical stage. At the same time, the corresponding high-end experimental prototype also has the disadvantages of large and complex system. In the speech recognition technology, the traditional speech recognition technology is not perfect in recognition ability and recognition accuracy, and it relies too much on the recognition of speech content, which is easily affected by the noise environment. Based on this, this paper will develop and design a spoken English assistant pronunciation training system based on Android smartphone platform. Based on the in-depth study and analysis of spoken English speech correction algorithm and speech feedback mechanism, this paper proposes a lip motion judgment algorithm based on ultrasonic detection, which is used to assist the traditional speech recognition algorithm in double feedback judgment. In the feedback mechanism of intelligent speech training, a double benchmark scoring mechanism is introduced to comprehensively evaluate the speech of the speech trainer and correct the speaker’s speech in time. The experimental results show that the speech accuracy of the system reaches 85%, which improves the level of oral English trainers to a certain extent.

In recent years, significant transformations have been taking place in the preschool education system, caused by changes in the scientific, methodological and material base of education and upbringing of children. One of the important conditions for updating is the use of new information technologies, primarily computer technologies. This allows, on the one hand, to increase the effectiveness of the educational process, on the other hand, to a greater extent to apply an individual approach in the process of teaching and upbringing of both normally developing children and children with various developmental disabilities, including speech. The article examines the actual problem of realizing the pedagogical potential of using assistive technology devices, such as multimedia correction tools, in the inclusive education of preschool children with severe speech pathologies. The article analyzes domestic and foreign experience of using multimedia technologies in correctional practice. A study was carried out using various available multimedia tools for speech correction; both positive and negative aspects were identified. Based on the results obtained, the author’s method was proposed in the form of a software and hardware complex with biofeedback, which can be effectively used in institutions implementing inclusive education.

Article reveal practical need for integration and accumulation of the knowledge in neurology, neurophysiology, neuroanatomy, neurochemistry, neuropsychology, neuropsycholinguistics for reorientation of modern logopedic practice in a narrow-disciplinary discipline. An attempt has been made to generalize the multidisciplinary research of scientists and practitioners devoted to the problems of the search for neurostimulation technologies. Author's disclosure of the experience of using modern neurostimulation technologies: neurophysiotherapy, neuroacoustic, neurologic is becoming a particular relevance. According to the results of the dynamics analysis of electrophysiological, psychological and logopedic indicators after the practical introduction of neurotechnology, positive changes in the functional state of the brain were confirmed, which contributed to the activation of the neural networks of the speech and communicative mechanism. It is generalized that the use of neurostimulation technologies in preschool-age children with different types of speech dysontogenesis is a new step in optimizing the process of children speech correction and a prerequisite for further use of classical techniques of speech therapy and steps in reaching the maximum possible results.
