В статье представлена разработка технического проекта по созданию прибора для неинвазивной оценки параметров центральной гемодинамики. Сердечно-сосудистые заболевания являются основной причиной смерти во всем мире: ни по какой другой причине ежегодно не умирает столько людей, сколько от патологий сердца. По оценкам, за последние годы от сердечных заболеваний умерло 17,9 миллиона человек, что составило 31% всех случаев смерти в мире. Другой известной причиной смертей являются различные аритмии. Таким образом, из-за растущего количества людей, страдающих патологий сердца, необходимо во время лечения как можно подробнее изучать состояние сердечно-сосудистой системы во избежание негативных последствий. Чтобы обеспечить более высокую результативность лечения, используется метод электроимпедансной реокардиографии, который позволяет оценить суммарное кровенаполнение органов и тканей. Целью данной статьи являлась разработка технического проекта по созданию прибора для неинвазивной оценки параметров центральной гемодинамики. Представлен теоретический этап разработки технического устройства. Описаны существующие методы измерений - трансторакальные или прекордиальные для нахождения необходимых параметров сердечно-сосудистой системы с помощью реокардиографии. Предложены технические характеристики разрабатываемой биотехнической системы, а также схема и описание прибора The article presents the development of a technical project for the creation of a device for non-invasive assessment of the parameters of central hemodynamics. Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death worldwide: for no other reason as many people die every year as from heart disease. An estimated 17.9 million people have died from heart disease in recent years, accounting for 31% of all deaths worldwide. Various arrhythmias are another known cause of death. Thus, due to the growing number of people suffering from heart pathologies, it is necessary during treatment to study the state of the cardiovascular system in as much detail as possible in order to avoid negative consequences. To ensure a higher efficiency of treatment, the method of electrical impedance rheocardiography is used, which allows to assess the total blood volume of organs and tissues. The purpose of this article was to develop a technical project to create a device for non-invasive assessment of the parameters of central hemodynamics. The theoretical stage of the development of a technical device is presented. The existing measurement methods are described - transthoracic or precordial to find the necessary parameters of the cardiovascular system using rheocardiography. The technical characteristics of the developed biotechnical system, as well as the scheme and description of the device are proposed

Abstract We believe that isomorphic encryption technology can provide strong technical support for users’ privacy protection in a distributed computing environment. There are three types of quasi-homomorphism encryption methods: partial homomorphism encryption, shallow homomorphism encryption, and full homomorphism encryption. homomorphism encryption methods have important applications for ciphertext data computing in distributed computing environments, such as secure cloud computing, fee computing, and remote file storage ciphertext retrieval. It is pointed out that the construction of the homomorphism encryption method is still in the theoretical stage and cannot be used for real high-density data calculation problems. How to design (natural) isomorphic encryption schemes according to algebraic systems is still a challenging research. This question discusses the problem of Learning With Rounding (LWR). Based on the difficulty of LWR, multiple IDs, and attribute categories, a fully homomorphism encryption method corresponding to an ID is proposed. In this paper, in order to reflect the effectiveness of the proposed method, we propose a homomorphism encryption technology based on the password search attribute.

PurposeIndividual job performance is a phenomenon of fundamental importance for organizations, but difficult to measure and often with restricted diagnoses. The aim of this study was to present a set of general indicators of individual performance at work that contemplate different dimensions of this construct to support a personalized measurement and a comprehensive diagnosis.Originality / RelevanceIt presents a set of items that allows a comprehensive approach to work performance composed of eight behavioral classes and a personalized way of measuring it in different areas of work and occupational functions.Design / Methodology / ApproachThe work followed a theoretical stage and an empirical one. In the former, the theoretical model was chosen, the construct was operationalized, and job performance scales' items were selected. In the empirical stage, the items were classified, selected, and adapted according to the dimensions of the chosen theoretical model, based on an evaluators' analysis (n = 16), an expert panel (n = 6) and a semantic validation with professionals (n = 9).FindingsThe study generated 56 items for measuring job performance, distributed in eight dimensions, according to the theoretical model adopted. Its use will allow a careful measurement of performance, with comprehensive diagnostics on the topic. Additionally, the findings allow academics and managers to raise the level of debates about the construct to favor theoretical advances in the area and instigate new methodological advances.

This article is dedicated to problem of optimal selection of methods for studying everyday legal awareness in the Russian folk tales. Attention is turned to the complexity of such choice due to intricacy of the empirical base. The article provides an overview of the study of Russian folk tales by the representatives of various sciences: philology, folklore studies, philosophy, culturology, and psychology. The author believes that the methods of analysis (criticism) of the written sources, generalization, comparison, and specific historical methods are optimal on the empirical stage of research. On the theoretical stage, these are the methods of abstraction, analysis, system-structural method, induction, deduction, sociocultural approach. Hermeneutical and phenomenological methods rather carry significant risks. The author demonstrates the advantages of “morphological analysis” of tales proposed by V. Y. Propp. The author outlines the result of studying the legal phenomena in the Russian folk tales, namely acquisition of objective, reliable and scientifically proven knowledge on the system of natural correlation between the reflection and translation of legal ideas of the early period in the Russian tales, as well as on the inverse determining links between legal ideas of the early period and their reflection in folklore. The article provides the original definition of legal archetype as an element of the collective unconscious, which represents a prototype of the ideas on justice, norm and extent, reward, freedom, property, essence of agreement and its force, power, and judgment. The conclusion is made that the plotline of the Russian folk tales reflect the process of establishment of legal awareness based on individualization of self-consciousness of a person. At the same time, the sociocultural approach towards studying the phenomenon of tales is considered central, since the described in Russian folk tales sociocultural reality is the determinant of the development of law in the objective sense.

Introduction. The current state of the development of science and the society poses challenges to the pedagogical community and requires improvement of educational technologies to achieve a higher level of professional training of medical workers. Today, the search and development of effective teaching strategies for mastering fundamental and special professional knowledge is more relevant than ever. Our objectives were to create a learning environment contributing to the development of communication competencies within the system of continuing education of medical workers and to test it on occupational therapists and hygienists studying in the Pacific State Medical University. Materials and methods. First, we substantiated the hypothesis through the analysis of literary sources and legislative documents on the topic of the study. Second, we applied rapid diagnostic techniques (testing and a questionnaire-based survey) to study the level of development of communication competencies in healthcare professionals. Results. To solve one of the study goals, we defined communication competencies of a medical practitioner as the ability not only to establish but also to maintain necessary relationships with other people, including the professional network, over the years. At the theoretical stage of our research, we substantiated the system of organizational, pedagogical and psychological conditions necessary for effective development of communication skills of a medical doctor. The practical stage involved the elaboration of individual programs of professional and self-development and their introduction into practical activities of the doctors. Conclusion. Thus, according to the hypothesis of the study, implementation of the model of the development of communication competencies will help the medical practitioner expand professional communications enabling him to turn from a performer into a researcher and/or experimenter and master the skills of research activities, drafting projects and programs of experimental work.

Purpose: This study is a qualitative study that investigated the nature of Koreans’ spiritual health using a hybrid model, clarifying the definition and attributes of the concept. Methods: The nature and definition of Koreans’ spiritual health were identified through a review of the extensive literature at the theoretical stage and then compared with an analysis of the in-depth interview data conducted by the researcher in the fieldwork stage. Results: Koreans’ spiritual health comprised nine attributes: awareness of the meaning and purpose of life, self-awareness, self-acceptance and recognition, self-transcendence, self-integration, harmony of relationships, self-actualization and development, the inner affective attributes of hope, happiness, fulfillment and thankful mind, and the interpersonal affective attributes of one connected mind, compassion, generosity and humility. The scope of the Absolute is expanded to ‘heaven’ and ‘ancestors’, and harmony with the community is emphasized. Conclusion: We have found that Koreans’ spiritual health is important for total nursing care and that mental, social and physical health can be improved if spiritual health is promoted. Considering this point, personal and organizational efforts are needed to ensure that spiritual nursing is positively applied in community and clinical settings.

Oral English, as a language tool, is not only an important part of English learning but also an essential part. For nonnative English learners, effective and meaningful voice feedback is very important. At present, most of the traditional recognition and error correction systems for oral English training are still in the theoretical stage. At the same time, the corresponding high-end experimental prototype also has the disadvantages of large and complex system. In the speech recognition technology, the traditional speech recognition technology is not perfect in recognition ability and recognition accuracy, and it relies too much on the recognition of speech content, which is easily affected by the noise environment. Based on this, this paper will develop and design a spoken English assistant pronunciation training system based on Android smartphone platform. Based on the in-depth study and analysis of spoken English speech correction algorithm and speech feedback mechanism, this paper proposes a lip motion judgment algorithm based on ultrasonic detection, which is used to assist the traditional speech recognition algorithm in double feedback judgment. In the feedback mechanism of intelligent speech training, a double benchmark scoring mechanism is introduced to comprehensively evaluate the speech of the speech trainer and correct the speaker’s speech in time. The experimental results show that the speech accuracy of the system reaches 85%, which improves the level of oral English trainers to a certain extent.

The existing studies of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) are primarily focusing on the adoption and implementation stages, the post-implementation stage has received less attention in comparison. However, most enterprises have been struggling under the post-implementation stage. This work aims to review the state-of-the-art issues of ERP in the post-implementation stage, including communication, legacy system, collaboration, and the manager is hard to monitor the performance. Based on the Design Science (DS) method, we highlight how to offset the lack of an ERP system and ECS according to the guidelines of DS, and show the exhaustive steps for implementing the artifact-SuccERP. Our research is rigorous and interpretive by considering the steps of the DS and the functions of Software Engineering. Further, we explore multiple ERP systems to summarize the difference in authentication, initial data, and specific procedures aspects, after that, we consider the two most popular procedures (order creation and bill of purchase creation) as examples to demonstrate and evaluate the proposed artifact—SuccERP in the result. We propose the complete and practical research for solving the issues from previous theoretical results of an ERP, and to show experimentally that the proposed SuccERP is easy to maintain by applying the Cyclomatic Complexity and the Maintainability Index as metrics. This study is a milestone that allows ERP research to move from the theoretical stage to integrating, creating things that serve a human purpose, and dealing with the issues presented by previous works practically.

Based on the principle of the critical flow and standard k-ε three-dimensional turbulence model, experiments and simulations were performed on a portable pillar-shaped flume with three contraction ratios under 12 working conditions. By combining the numerical simulations with the experiments, the theoretical stage-discharge formula of the portable pillar-shaped flume was developed, and the variations in the Froude number, backwater height, critical submergence, head loss, and velocity distribution were examined. The simulation data obtained from the standard k-ε three-dimensional turbulence model are in good agreement with the experimental results, with a maximum error of 8.65%. The maximum error in the difference between the theoretical stage-discharge formula and the measured value is 4.74%. The upstream Froude number is less than 0.5, and critical submergence is between 0.73 and 0.96. Compared to airfoil pillar-shaped flumes, the portable pillar-shaped flume had a significantly smaller head loss and backwater height. Finally, the portable pillar-shaped flume can be used for flow measurement and has the advantages of high measurement accuracy, low backwater height, and small head loss.
